The study attempts to examine the concept of hegemonic masculinity in Tayeb Salih's Season of Migration to the North (1966) and Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart (1958). To achieve that it deals with two concerns. First, it tackles the process of development of masculinity attempting to identify hegemonic masculinity among other stages within this process. This study was aimed at evaluating an internship program using Kirkpatrick's evaluation program. The subjects of the study were students of batch 2015 and instructors. Slovin formula was used to calculate the sample. A questionnaire and teaching assessment sheet were used as instruments for collecting data. Artikel ini bermaksud untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimanakah penguasaan kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dan faktor apa yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan di Prodi PPKn FISH UNESA ini mengambil sampel 86 mahasiswa yang telah menyelesaikan Praktik Pengalaman Pembelajaran (PPP). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes dan angket yang dikembangkan peneliti. Temuan penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa mereka memiliki kompetensi profesional guru yang cukup baik. Temuan ini konsisten dengan gambaran tentang sikap, minat, dan motivasinya serta pengalaman belajar yang juga berada pada kategori cukup. Kompetensi ini masih perlu diperbaiki, salah satunya dengan mengoptimalkan proses belajarnya.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi pedagogis dan kompetensi profesional guru PPKn dengan prestasi belajar siswa di SMA Negeri se-Kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Hanya sebagian kecil saja yang mengakui sering mendapatkan berita-berita hoax tentang suku, agama, ras, dan antar golongan (SARA).
