يهدف البحث الحالي الى قياس واختبار دور ممارسات الموارد البشرية الدولية التي تمتلكها العينة المبحوثة لمعالجة مشاكل الاغتراب الوظيفي الذي يعانيه العاملين المتمثل بـ (ضعف القدرة على التأثير, وضياع المعنى, ونقص المعايير, وضعف العلاقات مع الاخرين, وغربة الذات), واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الضرورية واللازمة لتحقيق هدفها. اذ تم توزيع (60) استمارة لتحديد مستوى توافر ادارة الموارد البشرية الدولية والاغتراب الوظيفي, وتم استرجاع (53) استمارة، فضلا عن استعمال مجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية متمثل بالوسط الحسابي الموزون، والانحراف المعياري، ومعامل الارتباط البسيط سبيرمان، ومعامل الانحدار البسيط والمتعدد. وأظهرت نتائج البحث وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين …

The purpose of this research was twofold: to learn more about how students at San Jose State University experience food insecurity and to learn how food insecurity is addressed by this public university given the rise and prevalence of neoliberalism in higher education. Three focus groups were conducted gauging how 16 students defined food insecurity and what their experiences with food insecurity at college were like. A total of eight individual interviews took place after the focus groups, delving further into how it feels to experience food insecurity at SJSU and the students’ recommendations for improvement. The motivation for this paper was to design a current feedback-based high load current, low drop-out (LDO) voltage regulator. A bandgap voltage reference (BGR) was also designed in conjunction with the LDO to simulate realistic environments. The schematic was designed with Cadence Virtuoso Schematic XL, using the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) 65-nm CMOS library, used for Internet of Things (IoT) System on Chip (SoC) applications. The proposed capacitor-less LDO with BGR provided an average temperature coefficient (TC) of 13.34 ppm/℃ within the range of -40 to 125 ℃. Crop pest management requires an understanding of the complex interactions among pest species that potentially damage crop yield and species that may be crucial for controlling pest species outbreaks. For example, predators, parasitoids, and pathogens are constantly interacting via their shared prey or hosts. Predators may prefer infected prey, which can be easier to catch; however, infected prey may be less nutritious or even lethal for predators. These interactions then dictate the short-term dynamics of host and pathogen as well as between prey and predator. Chinese Malaysians retain a distinct Chinese identity in a multicultural nation and highly appraise the ethnic-based and cultural importance of the Chinese language. Based on a social psychological perspective, this study employs a survey method with multiple-choice and open-ended questions to examine Chinese identity and the issues of Chinese language from the micro and macro level in two different education systems. With television still being the dominant avenue for advertising in India, the study seeks to enhance the understanding of consumer behavior underlying ad and brand attitude formation leading to the self-engagement with fast moving healthcare goods (FMHG). Data (n =100) was collected through online questionnaires using stratified sampling from respondents in two cities of Tamil Nadu, India. The analysis reveals an indirect effect of creative divergence on consumer self-engagement with functional foods and dietary supplements through attitude towards the ad and brand. This study surveys and describes the patterns or modalities of political interference in national roadworks in the Philippines based on an examination of the literature and interviews using process-level frameworks, specifically the project management cycle and the budget cycle framework. Political interference here refers to non-legitimate interventions by politicians in government processes and programs. We argue that it is a form of political corruption. Evidence suggests that this type of interference tends to be prominent in national roadworks. Executive interference occurs at various stages of the project management and budget processes. Dropping from a peak of 88 million riders in 1994, Thailand’s state railway system today is only transporting 35 million passengers annually. Operations run at a loss, with infrastructure and aged equipment contributing to significant delays, and a continuing loss of passengers. However, in September 2017, a new 20-year US$81.57 billion plan was introduced to save the State Railway of Thailand [SRT] from its death spiral. This research aims (i) to elaborate about a central government plan on repositioning the structure of inspectorate; (ii) to explain responses of some inspectorate officers regarding the plan; and (iii) to provide suggestions on the adjustment plan that should be taken into consideration by the central government. This research found that, different with the public perception, the plan is not intended to reposition all the inspectorates, rather to inspectorates attached to local governments. Indonesia has ranked third among countries with the highest number of smokers in Asia because the price of cigarettes in those countries is still affordable. The strategy to make the price of cigarettes is not affordable is increasing cigarette excise tax. This instrument is considered the most effective way to control cigarette consumption. A prophylactic antibiotic for patients with cesarean section surgery is highly recommended in the clinical guideline. The use of antibiotics is selected by using criteria safety and cost-effectiveness. This partial economic evaluation in the form of cost and outcome analysis was using alongside observational study method, prospective data were collected from April to May 2017 covering 60 patients with cesarean section surgery who received prophylaxis antibiotics, comparing cost-effectiveness between Cefotaxime and Ceftriaxone.
