Di era demokratisasi saat ini yang bercirikan adanya kebebasan berpendapat setiap warga baik secara lisan ataupun tertulis, maka fenomena hoax menjadi satu hal yang harus menjadi perhatian bersama. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey. Proses penyebaran berita dalam media sosial banyak melibatkan kaum perempuan. Hanya sebagian kecil saja yang mengakui sering mendapatkan berita-berita hoax tentang suku, agama, ras, dan antar golongan (SARA). Dengan demikian, maraknya penyebaran berita hoax di media sosial merupakan satu bentuk pembodohan masyarakat dan respons terhadap kemunculan berita hoax dengan cara melakukan tindakan perlawanan.

Partai politik mempunyai kewajiban yuridis dan moral untuk melaksanakan pendidikan politik khususnya memberdayakan kader perempuan di tengah minimnya partisipasi politik perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penentuan informan penelitian melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kendala-kendala pendidikan politik kader perempuan, yakni (1) kendala internal, yang berasal dalam diri kader perempuan; (2) kendala eksternal, stereotip dalam konstruksi sosial budaya masyarakat; (3) keseriusan partai dalam memberdayakan kader perempuan; (4) kelemahan regulasi peraturan perundang-undangan. This study investigated how is the perception of high school of vocational in tourism program study students in communicating foreign language and revealed the competence in twenty-first century skills. There are about 125 respondents who participated out from 150 survey spread on the vocational high schools that held tourism program study in Yogyakarta involving the teachers and students. The data were collected through comprehensive questionnaire. The results shown that the subjects had following in common and compared result to the teachers shown that perceptual matches and mismatches between the two groups. Through One-Way ANOVA test (P<0.05), there found 7 items in communicative competence that significantly difference in students perception and 18 items on 21^st century skills. Meanwhile, …

Violence in schools is increasingly reported by the mass media. It indicates that its prevalence is escalating. An instrument which has a proper psychometric property is needed to investigate the phenomenon. The study aims to develop an instrument for measuring physical abuse experienced by students in schools and explore the construct of the instrument. To pursue those objectives, the content validitity, construct validity, and reliability analysis on the developed instrument were measured. Its content validity was confirmed through expert judgment, construct validity was proven through exploratory factor analysis, and reliability was estimated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. This qualitative study aimed at evaluating the circumstances in plenary class that provoke learners' speaking anxiety. To meet the objectives, this study investigated students of German as a Foreign Language (GFL) course who were experiencing speaking anxiety symptoms in the plenary class. The research was a narrative qualitative study, and the data were collected through observation and interview. The result of this study reveals that learners' speaking anxiety occurred in particular circumstances of the plenary class, such as unfamiliar topic, still class, students' unpreparedness for spontaneous speaking, expressionless face of the lecturer, and students' fear of native speaker lecturers.

Salah satu teknik multiplexing yang saat ini populer digunakan untuk aplikasi akses komunikasi cepat berbasis cahaya tampak adalah Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). Meskipun lebih kompleks dibandingkan modulasi berbasis Pulse Time Modulation (PTM), teknik OFDM disinyalir dapat lebih menghemat bandwidth komunikasi karena membagi bandwidth lebar menjadi spektrum yang sempit (sub-carrier) dan saling overlap. Sebagai akibat, transfer data akan lebih cepat dibandingkan PTM.
