Keberadaan laboratorium menjadi hal yang penting dalam pelaksanaan Diklat Pengendali Hama dan Penyakit Ikan (PHPI) oleh karena itu Balai Diklat Aparatur (BDA) Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) bekerjasama dengan Stasiun Karantina Ikan Kelas II Cirebon pada tahun 2014 membangun laboratorium uji karantina ikan di lingkungan kampus BDA KKP. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan laboratorium Diklat PHPI dengan mengukur perubahan kepuasan peserta terhadap ketersediaan media pembelajaran dan kelengkapan fasilitas belajar mengajar, nilai hasil belajar, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta sebelum dan setelah laboratorium digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan model evaluasi implementasi kebijakan standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) jenjang sekolah dasar (SD). Hasil evaluasi diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada Dinas pendidikan dan para praktisi pendidikan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah non experimental. Desain penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 variabel laten dan 33 variabel manifest. Populasinya mencakup 307 SD di 11 Kecamatan wilayah Kabupaten Pesawaran. The transport image, called marked-image or stego-image, conveys the hidden messages while appears visibly similar to the cover-image. Therefore, image watermarking enables various applications such as copyright protection and covert communication. In a watermarking scheme, fidelity, capacity and robustness are considered as crucial factors, where fidelity measures the similarity between the cover- and marked-images, capacity measures the maximum amount of watermark that can be embedded, and robustness concerns the watermark extraction under attacks on the marked-image. This study aims to describe the use of MAKSI: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) based accounting multimedia in improving students' understanding on bank reconciliation material in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This research is a quantitative-descriptive research with case study method involving 40 students. Data collection techniques used are tests using essay tests, observations, and interviews. The result showed that the average understanding before using MAKSI is 52.18 with the less category, while after using MAKSI the average increases to 76.23 with good category.
