วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาสภาพปัญหาการคุกคามทางเพศบนรถโดยสารประจำทางในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจากทัศนะของผู้ใช้บริการที่เป็นเพศหญิง รวมถึงศึกษามาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวกับการจัดการเชิงระบบขององค์การภาครัฐและองค์การพัฒนาเอกชนที่ร่วมมือกันในแคมเปญถึงเวลาเผือก และให้ข้อเสนอแนะอันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปรับปรุงความร่วมมือระหว่างองค์การ วิทยานิพนธ์นี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพที่เก็บข้อมูลด้วยเทคนิคการวิจัยเอกสาร เสริมกับเทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 3 กลุ่มประชากรของประเทศไทย ได้แก่ ผู้ใช้บริการรถโดยสารประจำทางที่เป็นเพศหญิงและเคยตกเป็นเหยื่อการคุกคามทางเพศ จำนวน 13 คน และผู้บริหารและพนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการในสังกัดองค์การภาครัฐและสังกัดองค์การพัฒนาเอกชน จำนวนละ 5 คน รวมเป็นทั้งสิ้น 10 คน ผู้วิจัยได้เลือกวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะเจาะจง และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบลูกโซ่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สภาพปัญหาการคุกคามทางเพศบนรถโดยสารประจำทางมีรากเหง้ามาจากมายาคติชายเป็นใหญ่และมองเพศหญิงเป็นวัตถุทางเพศ 2) สภาพแวดล้อมทางกายภาพของรถโดยสารประจำทางยังไม่มีคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม 3) การให้ความช่วยเหลือเหยื่อการคุกคามทางเพศของพนักงานสอบสวนบางคนที่มีทัศนคติขาดความเข้าใจในสภาพปัญหาดังกล่าว 4) มาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวของแคมเปญถึงเวลาเผือก ยังมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้เป็นที่รับรู้แก่ประชาชนที่ใช้บริการไม่ครอบคลุมทั่วถึงมากพอ และขาดการนำมุมมองของผู้หญิงที่เคยตกเป็นเหยื่อมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการสร้างมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาดังกล่าวอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

อาชญากรรมเป็นปรากฏการณ์ของสังคมซึ่งเกิดจากความบกพร่องในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมของรัฐ เหยื่ออาชญากรรมจึงสมควรได้รับการช่วยเหลือในรูปแบบรัฐสวัสดิการจากนโยบายการช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรม วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ประเมินกระบวนการนำนโยบายไปสู่การปฏิบัติ ศึกษาสภาพและผลการดำเนินงานตามนโยบาย วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินนโยบาย และจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายในการช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรม การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเป็นการสืบค้นข้อมูลแนวกว้างจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการดำเนินนโยบายการช่วยเหลืออาชญากรรมโดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการสืบค้นข้อมูลแนวลึกเพื่ออธิบายข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้การวิจัยเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณวิเคราะห์โดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การจัดอันดับ วิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหูคูณ ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา สรุปประมวลผลเป็นความเรียง การผสมการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและคุณภาพใช้วิธีเปรียบเทียบผลการศึกษาที่ได้แบบประเด็นต่อประเด็น ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัญหาหลักเป็นความเพียงพอของทรัพยากร การประชาสัมพันธ์สิทธิ์การได้รับการช่วยเหลือและเยียวยาจากภาครัฐ เหยื่ออาชญากรรมยังมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับนโยบายการช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรมน้อย การดำเนินการช่วยเหลือและเยียวยาเหยื่ออาชญากรรมยังมีความล่าช้า งบประมาณในการช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรมยังมีไม่เพียงพอ พนักงานสอบสวนของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติยังทราบว่ากรมคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพมีเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำอยู่ที่สถานีตำรวจภูธรเมืองน้อย นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยด้านนโยบาย การบริหารจัดการ การประชาสัมพันธ์ การจัดสรรทรัพยากร การพัฒนาระบบช่วยเหลือและเยียวยา คณะกรรมการและอุทธรณ์ และปฏิบัติการช่วยเหลือและเยียวยา เป็นปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อการดำเนินนโยบาย อย่างไรก็ตาม ข้อเสนอแนะในการดำเนินนโยบายในการช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรมในอนาคต ควรมีการกำหนดเกณฑ์ในการพิจารณาให้ชัดเจนและไม่คลุมเครือ ประชาสัมพันธ์การรับรู้สิทธิ์ให้เข้าถึงประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในนโยบายการช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรมเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการกำหนดนโยบายได้อย่างทั่วถึง เพื่อลดช่องว่างในการเข้าถึงการช่วยเหลือประชาชนของภาครัฐ ควรจัดตั้งกองทุนสำหรับช่วยเหลือเหยื่ออาชญากรรมโดยเฉพาะ โดยเงินกองทุนมาจากเงินประเดิมที่รัฐบาลจัดสรรให้ เงินอุดหนุนจากงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี เงินหรือทรัพย์สินที่มีผู้บริจาคอุทิศให้ เงินที่ได้รับจากต่างประเทศหรือองค์กรระหว่างประเทศ ดอกผลและผลประโยชน์ที่เกิดจากกองทุน และไม่ควรให้เงินและทรัพย์สินของกองทุนต้องส่งคืนคลังเป็นรายได้แผ่นดินในแต่ละปีงบประมาณ

การพัฒนารูปแบบนวัตกรรมขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมในเขตภาคกลาง, สัณหกฤษณ์ บุญช่วย

การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยจุดยืนทางกระบวนทัศน์แบบตีความ (Interpretivism paradigm) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อทำความเข้าใจปรากฏการณ์ทางสังคม ศึกษา และถอดบทเรียนของโครงการนวัตกรรมในด้านการป้องกันอาชญากรรมและความปลอดภัยขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีการบริหารจัดการที่ดี (best practice) และเพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยความสำเร็จในการดำเนินการบริหารจัดการในโครงการนวัตกรรมด้านการป้องกันอาชญากรรมและความปลอดภัยขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นแต่ละแห่ง โดยเปรียบเทียบปัญหาอุปสรรคในการบริหารงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และเพื่อนำไปสู่การค้นหารูปแบบในการบริหารจัดการด้านป้องกันอาชญากรรมและความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสมขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (qualitative research) ในลักษณะของการศึกษาเฉพาะกรณี (case study) ซึ่งมีหน่วยที่ทำการศึกษาคือองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 4 องค์กร ได้แก่ เทศบาลนครรังสิต เทศบาลตำบลเจ็ดเสมียน เทศบาลตำบลตะเคียนเตี้ย และองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเทพารักษ์ ซึ่งคัดเลือกจากองค์กรที่มีผลการดำเนินงานจากโครงการนวัตกรรมด้านการป้องกันปัญหาอาชญากรรม จนกระทั่งประสบผลสำเร็จได้รับการประเมินเพื่อเข้ารับรางวัลต่าง ๆ ในระดับชาติ จากนั้นเลือกใช้การวิจัยภาคสนาม (field research) ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก และการสนทนากลุ่ม (focus group) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นกลุ่มตัวอย่างให้ความสำคัญต่อประเด็นในการที่จะสร้างความสงบเรียบร้อย การป้องกันอาชญากรรมและความปลอดภัยในท้องถิ่นโดยมีการกำหนดไว้ในแผนยุทธศาสตร์การพัฒนาและได้แปลงเป็นโครงการนวัตกรรม เนื่องจากการมีบริบททางสังคมที่มีพลวัตย่อมส่งผลโดยตรงต่อการเกิดอาชญากรรม 2) ปัจจัยที่นำไปสู่ความสำเร็จพบว่ามี 6 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) ผู้นำองค์กรที่มีวิสัยทัศน์ 2) สมรรถนะของพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ในองค์กร 3) ความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างฝ่ายบริหารกับฝ่ายนิติบัญญัติ 4) ศักยภาพขององค์กร 5) ความร่วมมือจากภาคีเครือข่ายภายนอก และ 6) การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน สำหรับปัญหาและอุปสรรคพบว่าเกิดจาก 1) ความยุ่งยากซับซ้อนในการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานราชการภายนอก 2) ความจำเป็นในการต้องพึ่งพิงระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และ 3) ปัญหาความกังวลขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นต่อเรื่องระเบียบข้อกฎหมาย 3) รูปแบบนวัตกรรมขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมในเขตภาคกลาง ดังนี้ 1) รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตภาคกลางที่มีบริบทความเป็นเมืองคือรูปแบบในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมโดยสภาพแวดล้อมที่เน้นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือปฏิบัติการ 2) รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตภาคกลางที่มีบริบทความเป็นชนบท คือรูปแบบในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมโดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในลักษณะเครือข่ายภาคประชาสังคม และ 3) รูปแบบที่เหมาะสมกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตภาคกลางที่มีบริบทความเป็นกึ่งเมืองกึ่งชนบท คือรูปแบบในการป้องกันอาชญากรรมโดยเน้นการเฝ้าระวังกลุ่มเสี่ยงที่มีโอกาสจะกระทำความผิดในลักษณะเครือข่ายการปรึกษาหารือ

บทลงโทษทางอาญาที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการป้องกันอาชญากรรมเกี่ยวกับมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทย, ยุทธศักดิ์ ศิริสินธว์

การศึกษาเรื่อง "บทลงโทษทางอาญาที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการป้องกันอาชญากรรมเกี่ยวกับมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทย" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบของบทลงโทษทางอาญา ความรุนแรงของบทลงโทษทางอาญา การบังคับใช้บทลงโทษทางอาญา และแนวทางในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมบทลงโทษทางอาญาให้เหมาะสมต่อการป้องกันอาชญากรรมเกี่ยวกับมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทย การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีศึกษาค้นคว้าข้อมูลจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Documentary Research) การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก (In-depth Interview) และการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) จากการศึกษาพบว่า บทลงโทษทางอาญาตามกฎหมายมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทยยังมีความหลากหลายของรูปแบบของบทลงโทษที่น้อยเกินไป มีความรุนแรงของบทลงโทษที่ไม่สอดคล้องต้องกันกับสถานการณ์ในปัจจุบัน และมีการบังคับใช้บทลงโทษที่ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ จึงส่งผลให้บทลงโทษทางอาญาดังกล่าวยังไม่มีความเหมาะสมสำหรับการป้องกันอาชญากรรมเกี่ยวกับมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทยในปัจจุบัน ดังนั้น ผู้วิจัยจึงได้เสนอแนะแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหาที่สำคัญเช่น การเพิ่มเติมรูปแบบของบทลงโทษทางอาญาตามกฎหมายมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทยให้มีความหลากหลายมากยิ่งขึ้นด้วยการนำบทลงโทษทางอาญาของประเทศฝรั่งเศส ประเทศเยอรมัน ประเทศอังกฤษ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และประเทศออสเตรเลียมาใช้เป็นกฎหมายต้นแบบ การบังคับใช้บทลงโทษจำคุกตามกฎหมายมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทยเท่าที่จำเป็น การเพิ่มขนาดของบทลงโทษปรับแบบธรรมดาตามกฎหมายมลพิษทางสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศไทยให้มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม เป็นต้น

การตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมในสถานศึกษา: กรณีศึกษาจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย, อู่ธนา สุระดะนัย

การศึกษาเรื่อง การตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมในสถานศึกษา กรณีศึกษาจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาอาชญากรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยนั้น ศึกษาสาเหตุและปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้นักเรียน นิสิต อาจารย์ และบุคลากรในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยเสี่ยงต่อการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรม ทั้งด้านกายภาพ ปัจจัยที่เอื้อต่อการประกอบอาชญากรรม ลักษณะของเหยื่ออาชญากรรม และช่องโอกาสในการเกิดอาชญากรรม ตลอดจนศึกษาแนวทางหรือ มาตรการที่ช่วยลดการตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรม โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์และเขียนรายงานต่อไป จากการศึกษาพบว่าจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยมีอาชญากรรมเกิดขึ้นทุกปี โดยเหยื่ออาชญากรรมเป็นนักเรียน นิสิต อาจารย์ รวมถึงบุคลากรในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยและประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่บริเวณโดยรอบสถานศึกษา ซึ่งประเภทอาชญากรรมที่พบคือ อาชญากรรมต่อทรัพย์ ต่อชีวิตร่างกายและต่อเพศ จากการศึกษาวิเคราะห์สถิติคดียังพบอีกว่า มีแนวโน้มที่บุคลากรในจุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัยจะตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมประเภทดังกล่าว โดยมีสาเหตุและปัจจัยระดับปัจเจกบุคคลที่ทำให้ตกเป็นเหยื่ออาชญากรรมได้แก่ 1) พฤติกรรม 2) บุคลิกภาพ และ 3) ลักษณะทางชีวภาพ เมื่อพิจารณาถึงความตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยพบว่า นิสิตและบุคลากร ตลอดจนประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่โดยรอบสถานศึกษานั้นไม่ค่อยจะระมัดระวังตนเองหรือทรัพย์สิน มีความประมาท ประกอบกับจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยต่อบุคลากรและต่อพื้นที่ไม่เพียงพอต่อการดูแล และไม่มีความชำนาญในพื้นที่ ตลอดจนขาดความชำนาญและขาดประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันอาชญากรรม ในส่วนของโครงสร้างทางกายภาพ พบว่า สถานศึกษามีประตูเข้า-ออกหลายช่องทางหากมีเหตุอาชญากรรมเกิดขึ้นอาชญากรสามารถหลบหนีได้ง่าย อีกทั้งถนนภายในและภายนอกของสถานศึกษาบางแห่งมีแสงไฟส่องสว่างน้อย บางจุดไม่มีกล้องวงจรปิด โดยเฉพาะในช่วงที่มีการก่อสร้างปรับภูมิทัศน์ พื้นที่ดังกล่าวกลายเป็นจุดเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดอาชญากรรมได้

การคุ้มครองสิทธิและการเข้าถึงความยุติธรรมของคนไร้ที่พึ่งในสถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง, ภีมกร โดมมงคล

การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง "การคุ้มครองสิทธิและการเข้าถึงความยุติธรรมของคนไร้ที่พึ่งในสถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้า กฎหมาย หลักการ แนวปฏิบัติเพื่อคุ้มครองสิทธิ สภาพปัญหา สาเหตุ อุปสรรค ผลกระทบ การเยียวยา สถานการณ์การละเมิดสิทธิและการเข้าไม่ถึงความยุติธรรม และเสนอแนะแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่เหมาะสมต่อการคุ้มครองสิทธิและการเข้าถึงความยุติธรรมของคนไร้ที่พึ่งในสถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาโดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed method) คือเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ รวมถึงการศึกษาทบทวนเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Documentary research) ตามแนวคิดการคุ้มครองสิทธิและการเข้าถึงความยุติธรรม ผลการวิจัยสรุปสาระสำคัญได้ 2 ประการดังต่อไปนี้ ประการแรก การถูกละเมิดสิทธิ (Rights Infringement) พบปัญหาหลายประการทั้งด้านกฎหมาย นโยบาย การปฏิบัติและองค์ความรู้ เช่น (1) พ.ร.บ คุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง พ.ศ. 2557 กีดกันคนบางกลุ่มออกจากสถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่งเนื่องจากกฎหมายคุ้มครองเฉพาะกลุ่มที่เกี่ยวข้อง (2) สถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่งมีกฎระเบียบมากเกินไป ขาดการเชื่อมโยงฐานข้อมูลและขาดระเบียบวิธีการปฏิบัติงานที่ชัดเจนระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง (3) คนไร้ที่พึ่งส่วนใหญ่ขาดการรับรู้เรื่องสิทธิของตนเอง (4) เจ้าหน้าที่และบุคลากรไม่เพียงพอ ขาดองค์ความรู้ และทักษะการปฏิบัติงานด้านสังคมสงเคราะห์ ประการที่สอง การเข้าไม่ถึงความยุติธรรม (Inaccessibility to justice) พบปัญหาหลายประการ เช่น (1) เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจใช้วิธีการล่อลวงและควบคุมตัวคนไร้ที่พึ่งเพื่อเข้าสู่กระบวนการคัดกรองคุณสมบัติโดยปราศจากความยินยอม (2) การเลือกปฏิบัติของเจ้าหน้าที่ในบางสถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง (3) สถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่งยังขาดมาตรการ หลักเกณฑ์และกองทุนการเยียวยากรณีคนไร้ที่พึ่งที่ได้รับการปฏิบัติที่ไม่เหมาะสม (4) คนไร้ที่พึ่งไม่กล้าร้องเรียนปัญหาเนื่องจากเกรงผลกระทบต่อการใช้บริการ ผลการวิจัยในครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงกฎหมาย นโยบาย ระเบียบ กลไกลและหลักการปฏิบัติในการคุ้มครองสิทธิและการเข้าถึงความยุติธรรมของคนไร้ที่พึ่งในอนาคต

งานวิจัยเรื่อง "การสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากข้อถกเถียงเรื่องเพศ" มีรูปแบบในลักษณะการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงสร้างสรรค์ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารูปแบบและแนวคิดหลังการสร้างสรรค์นาฏยศิลป์จากข้อถกเถียงเรื่องเพศ โดยศึกษาปรากฏการณ์ของข้อถกเถียงเรื่องเพศวิถีและความเท่าเทียมในมนุษย์ นาฏยศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ในปัจจุบัน ศิลปะแบบสมัยใหม่และแบบหลังสมัยใหม่ที่ส่งผลต่องานนาฏยศิลป์ เพื่อเป็นพื้นฐานประกอบในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ จากนั้นผู้วิจัยได้ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเชิงเอกสาร สัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิจัย สื่อสารสนเทศอื่น ๆ ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล สรุปผล และนำเสนอผลงานวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์เป็นการนำเสนอเรื่องราวของข้อถกเถียงเรื่องเพศมาสร้างสรรค์เป็นงานนาฏยศิลป์เพื่อสังคมลักษณะหนึ่ง ซึ่งเป็นการแสดงข้อถกเถียงเรื่องเพศทางด้านเพศวิถีและความเท่าเทียมในมนุษย์ ตามทรรศนะของวิทยาศาสตร์ มานุษยวิทยาและสังคมวิทยา สามารถจำแนกตามองค์ประกอบของการสร้างสรรค์ผลงงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ทั้งหมด 8 ประการ ได้แก่ 1) บทการแสดง สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นใหม่ภายใต้ลักษณะของข้อถกเถียงเรื่องเพศทางด้านเพศวิถีและความเท่าเทียมในมนุษย์ตามทรรศนะของวิทยาศาสตร์ มานุษยวิทยาและสังคมวิทยา แบ่งออกได้ทั้งหมด 4 องก์ ได้แก่ องก์ 1 เพศกำหนด (Sex Determination) องก์ 2 จิตวิญญาณ (Soul) องก์ 3 พื้นที่การแสดงออก (Space) และองก์ 4 การเคลื่อนไหวของเพศวิถี (Sexuality Movement) 2) นักแสดง มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและความสามารถทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ รวมถึงมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับเพศวิถีและความเท่าเทียมในมนุษย์ 3) ลีลานาฏยศิลป์ นำเสนอผ่านรูปแบบนาฏยศิลป์หลังสมัยใหม่ โดยการนำแนวคิดของมาธ่า เกร์แฮม (Matha Graham) ดอริส ฮัมเฟรย์ (Doris Humphrey) พอล เทย์เลอร์ (Paul Taylor) และพีน่า เบาซ์ (Pina Bausch) ในการเคลื่อนไหวการด้นสด การใช้ท่าทางในชีวิตประจำวัน และการแสดงอารมณ์ทางการเคลื่อนไหว 4) เสียงและดนตรีที่ใช้ประกอบการแสดง ได้รับการสร้างสรรค์และประพันธ์เพลงขึ้นใหม่ สามารถสื่อความหมายและสื่อสารอารมณ์ 5) เครื่องแต่งกาย ใช้การออกแบบจาก 3 แนวคิด คือ หลักศิลปะมินิมอลลิสม์ (Minimalism) หลักทฤษฎีน้อยดีกว่ามาก (Less is more) และแนวคิดแบบอาวองการ์ด (Avant-garde) 6) พื้นที่การแสดง นำเสนอการแสดงบนพื้นที่อื่นที่ไม่ใช่ลักษณะโรงละคร โดยจัดแสดงบริเวณพื้นที่แบบเปิด และมีมุมมองรอบด้านลักษณะวงกลม …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายประสบการณ์การเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยอาหรับ โรงพยาบาลเอกชนแห่งหนึ่ง โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบปรากฎการณ์วิทยาการตีความตาม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่มีประสบการณ์ดูแลผู้ป่วยอาหรับตั้งแต่ 3 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 12 รายที่ยินดีเข้าร่วมการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกและการบันทึกเทป ร่วมกับการบันทึกภาคสนาม นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดความแบบคำต่อคำ และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามวิธีการของ van Manen ผลการศึกษาแบ่งออกเป็น 7 ประเด็นหลักดังนี้ 1.เหตุผลการเลือกทำงานที่หอผู้ป่วยอาหรับ ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 1.1) รุ่นพี่แนะนำทำให้เกิดสนใจ 1.2) เป็นความท้าทายที่จะได้พัฒนาภาษา และ 1.3) สนใจดูแลผู้ป่วยอาหรับ เพราะเป็นมุสลิมเหมือนกัน 2. เริ่มทำงานใหม่ๆ ยังต้องปรับตัวปรับใจ ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 2.1) ตื่นเต้นตกใจยังไม่เคยดูแลผู้ป่วยอาหรับมาก่อน และ 2.2) กังวลกับการใช้ภาษาในการสื่อสารกับผู้ป่วย 3. พัฒนาตนเองให้มีความพร้อมในการสื่อสารภาษาอาหรับ ประกอบด้วย 2 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 3.1) เข้าอบรมภาษาอาหรับเบื้องต้นที่โรงพยาบาลจัดให้ และ 3.2) เรียนรู้ ฝึกฝนการใช้ภาษาด้วยตนเอง 4. ศึกษาวัฒนธรรมทำให้เข้าถึงผู้ป่วยด้วยความเข้าใจ ประกอบด้วย 5 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 4.1) ชาวอาหรับอารมณ์ร้อน พูดเสียงดัง 4.2) ผู้ชายมีอำนาจตัดสินใจยินยอมการรักษา 4.3) มีน้ำใจแบ่งปันอาหารให้พยาบาล 4.4) คาดหวังผลการรักษา แต่ไม่ให้ความร่วมมือปฏิบัติตาม และ 4.5) นำความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพของตนมาใช้ร่วมกับการรักษาของโรงพยาบาล 5. ลักษณะเฉพาะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยอาหรับ ประกอบด้วย 5 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 5.1) ตรวจสอบหลักฐานสิทธิในการรักษาเพื่อเบิกจ่ายกับสถานทูต 5.2) งดกิจกรรมหลายอย่าง หากผู้ป่วยถือศีลอด 5.3) อธิบายแผนการรักษาต้องเน้นย้ำ พูดซ้ำๆ หลายครั้ง 5.4) เตรียมความพร้อมผู้ป่วยหญิงก่อนแพทย์เข้าเยี่ยม และ 5.5) การพยาบาลต้องปรับเปลี่ยนให้เข้ากับชีวิตประจำวันของผู้ป่วย 6. ความเสี่ยงเกิดขึ้นได้ หากไม่ป้องกันหรือจัดการแก้ไข ประกอบด้วย 3 …

The determinants of health inequities between Indigenous and non-Indigenous populations include factors amenable to medical education’s influence, for example, the competence of the medical workforce to provide effective and equitable care to Indigenous populations. Medical education institutions have an important role to play in eliminating these inequities. However, there is evidence that medical education is not adequately fulfilling this role, and in fact may be complicit in perpetuating inequities.

This study utilizes Lave and Wenger’s (1991) communities of practice (COP) model to explore how ELLs navigate their positions within and between their many language learning communities. This research sought to understand the potential association between officer perceptions of organizational justiceand officer perceptions of body-worn cameras (BWCs). A questionnaire was administered to a convenience sample of 362 officersfrom the 750 sworn personnel from the Richmond Police Department in Richmond, VA, yielding a response rate of 91% and representing 44% of the Richmond Police Department’s sworn employees. This study extends prior work by partially replicating a previous BWC survey conducted by leading body-worn camera scholars, utilizing a large sample from an urban mid-Atlantic police department. The Castillo de San Marcos is the oldest stone fortification on the North American mainland, a unique site that integrates Florida’s Spanish colonial past with American Indian narratives. A complete history of this fortification from its origins to its management under the National Park Service has not yet been written. Knowledge of a predato's diet is important for understanding its ecology and for predicting its influence on the dynamics of prey populations. We investigated the spatial distribution and diet composition of the leopard (Panthera pardus) in the northeastern Himalayan region of Pakistan. We used molecular scatology technique to identify scats of common leopard collected from the field. The leopard was recorded at 30 different surveyed sites with an elevational range between 757-1891 m a.s.l. Its diet comprised 17 prey species, including both wild and domestic prey.
