This thesis is an inquiry into the creative processes of poetry and poetic expression in documentary. The practice-based element is a 60 minute video about a poet living in Exeter, UK, called James Turner. The documentary is entitled, The Knotweed Factor. This written element of the thesis contextualises the investigation as a discourse on blindness and visual impairment. There are few representations of blindness and/or visual impairment (VI) in The Knotweed Factor. การอ่านทำความเข้าใจเพื่อใช้ตอบคำถาม เป็นหนึ่งในเรื่องที่สำคัญและยากที่สุดในงานสายการประมวลผลภาษาธรรมชาติ วิธีการที่ได้รับความนิยมและให้ผลที่ดีที่สุดในปัจจุบัน คือการใช้โมเดลที่นำเอาการเรียนรู้เชิงลึกเข้ามาช่วยตอบ โดยโมเดลจะทำการหาคำที่คล้ายกันระหว่างคำถามและบทความเพื่อนำไปใช้ในการตอบคำถาม แต่โมเดลในรูปแบบนี้จะมีข้อจำกัดที่ไม่สามารถจะตอบคำถามซึ่งคำตอบจะต้องใช้การเชื่อมต่อคำในหลายประโยคเข้าด้วยกัน หรือที่เรียกว่าคำถามที่มีหลายความสัมพันธ์ได้ งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้ต้องการที่จะเสนอแนวทางในการใช้คำอ้างอิงเข้ามาช่วยแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าว รวมถึงยังได้เสนอวิธีการตอบแบบสองทาง และฟังก์ชันต้นทุนจากความยาวของคำตอบเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพโดยรวมของระบบ

วิทยานิพนธ์ การแสดงนาฏยศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ในพิธีอรังกิตรัมในภารตะนาฏยัมเล่มนี้ เป็นการวิจัยในเชิงทดลอง สร้างสรรค์ และสามารถอธิบายออกมาในรูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเชื่อในพิธีอรังกิตรัม (Arangetram) ของผู้เรียนนาฏยศิลป์อินเดียภารตะนาฏยัม (Bharatanatyam) และนำมาสร้างเป็นงานนาฏยศิลป์สร้างสรรค์ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารการแปลบทความหรืองานวิชาการในต่างประเทศ การสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญนาฏยศิลป์อินเดียภารตะนาฏยัมในอินเดียและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิจัย ประกอบกับผู้วิจัยได้นำความรู้และประสบการณ์จากเมื่อครั้งเดินทางไปศึกษาภารตะนาฏยัม ณ มหาวิทยาลัยบาณารัสฮินดู (Banaras Hindu University) เมืองพาราณสี ประเทศอินเดีย การศึกษาจากสื่อสารสนเทศและนวัตกรรมต่างๆทั้งในและต่างประเทศ การลงพื้นที่สังเกตการณ์ และการสัมมนาเชิงวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานวิจัย โดยนำข้อมูลที่ได้ศึกษามาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ สร้างสรรค์การแสดง สรุปผล และนำเสนอเป็นผลงานวิจัย ตามลำดับ ผลจากการวิจัยทำให้ได้รูปแบบการแสดงที่ประกอบไปด้วย 1) โครงเรื่องและบทการแสดงจะเป็นเรื่องราวของศิษยาที่มีความเชื่อความศรัทธาต่อกูรูและพิธีกรรมอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ 2) ดนตรีที่นำมาใช้ มีทั้งที่เป็นแบบแผนตามขนบของการแสดงภารตะนาฏยัมและสร้างสรรค์ขึ้นใหม่เพื่อให้เกิดความร่วมสมัย เสียงสวดมนต์ของนักแสดง และการบรรเลงของนักดนตรีเพื่อสร้างบรรยายและดำเนินเรื่องราว 3) นักแสดงมีความสามารถทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ที่หลากหลาย 4) ลีลาและสัญลักษณ์มีการใช้ขนบแบบแผนและท่าสัญลักษณ์ของภารตะนาฏยัมมาผสมผสานนาฏยศิลป์ไทยและนาฏยศิลป์สากลตามทฤษฎีหลังสมัยใหม่ 5) อุปกรณ์ใช้แนวคิดมินิมอลลิสม์ (Minimalism) ที่มีความเรียบง่าย 6) เครื่องแต่งกายใช้แบบอนุรักษณ์และสร้างสรรค์อย่างเรียบง่าย 7) พื้นที่เวทีใช้ลักษณะเปิดเป็นโถงกว้าง 8) แสงและเทคนิคพิเศษใช้ในการถ่ายทอดอารมณ์และความรู้สึกของนักแสดงตามเรื่องราว และงานวิจัยเล่มนี้ยังได้ค้นพบแนวคิดในการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์หลังการปฏิบัติการ ดังนี้ 1) แนวคิดในเรื่องความเชื่อในพิธีอรังกิตรัมของภารตะนาฏยัม 2) แนวคิดในเรื่องประเพณีที่ยึดถือปฏิบัติในพิธีอรังกิตรัมของภารตะนาฏยัม 3) แนวคิดในการใช้ลีลาท่ารำ ภาวะ และรส ในภารตะนาฏยัม 4) แนวคิดในการใช้สัญลักษณ์ในการแสดงนาฏยศิลป์ 5) แนวคิดในการใช้อุปกรณ์เพื่อประกอบการแสดง 6) แนวคิดในการใช้ทฤษฎีทางด้านนาฏยศิลป์ ดุริยางคศิลป์ และทัศนศิลป์ 7) แนวคิดในการใช้นาฏยศิลป์เพื่อสะท้อนสภาพสังคม และ8) แนวคิดในการใช้การแสดงที่สร้างสรรค์เพื่อสังคม ดังนั้นผลการวิจัยทั้งหมดนี้จึงมีความสอดคล้องและตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ทุกประการ ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการนำเรื่องราวในทำนองเดียวกันกับหัวข้อวิทยานิพนธ์มาเผยแพร่เพื่อเป็นความรู้ และเป็นแนวทางแด่ผู้ที่สนใจเพื่อนำไปศึกษาในการพัฒนาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานในโอกาสต่อไป

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง การรำหน้าพาทย์เพลงตระโขนพระ ผู้วิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการศึกษา ประวัติความเป็นมากระบวนท่ารำตามหลักสูตรและการนำความรู้ไปใช้ ผู้วิจัยศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร หนังสือ ตำรา งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมภาษณ์ การฝึกปฏิบัติจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ พบว่า หน้าพาทย์เพลงตระ หมายถึง เพลงที่ใช้ประกอบกิริยาของตัวละครที่แสดงถึงการตระเตรียม การใช้อิทธิฤทธิ์ การบริกรรมพิธี มีหลักฐานปรากฏเพลงหน้าพาทย์นี้ ตั้งแต่สมัยกรุงศรีอยุธยา ถึงกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ พบว่ามี 8 เพลง ได้แก่ ตระนิมิต ตระนอน ตระบรรทมไพร ตระนารายณ์ ตระเชิญ ตระสันนิบาต ตระนารายณ์บรรทมสินธุ์ ตระบองกัน ผู้ที่รำเพลงหน้าพาทย์ต้องเป็นผู้ที่มีทักษะในการรำเป็นอย่างดี เพราะต้องเข้าใจความหมายของเพลงและฟังจังหวะ ทำนองเพลงได้ ตลอดจนมีความจำกระบวนท่ารำได้อย่างดี การรำหน้าพาทย์ประกอบด้วยการใช้อุปกรณ์และไม่ใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง มีเพลงตระนารายณ์ เพลงเดียวที่ใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง ได้แก่ คทา จักร ส่วนเพลงหน้าพาทย์อีก 7 เพลงไม่ได้ใช้อุปกรณ์ประกอบการแสดง การรำหน้าพาทย์เพลงตระมีทั้งนั่งรำและยืนรำ นั่งรำได้แก่ ตระนอน ตระบรรทมไพร ตระนารายณ์บรรทมสินธุ์ ตระเชิญ ตระสันนิบาต ยืนรำได้แก่ ตระนิมิต ตระบองกัน ตระนารายณ์ เพลงหน้าพาทย์เพลงตระทั้ง 8 เพลง ผู้วิจัยพบว่า มีจังหวะในการรำทั้งหมด 32 จังหวะ ที่เท่ากัน กลวิธีในการรำมีเยื้องตัว และย้อนตัว การรำหน้าพาทย์เพลงตระมีทั้งรำประกอบบทร้อง และรำประกอบทำนองเพลง กระบวนท่ารำพบว่ามี 14 ท่ารำได้แก่ ท่าเทพประนม ท่าปฐม ท่าสอดสร้อยมาลา ท่าผาลาเพียงไหล่ ท่าบัวชูฝัก ท่านารายณ์ขว้างจักร ท่ากินนรรำ ท่าเครือวัลย์พันไม้ ท่ากินนรฟ้อนโอ่ ท่าบัวชูฝักส่งจีบหลัง ท่าวงบน วงกลาง ท่ากรบน ท่ากรล่าง ท่านอน ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนท่ารำที่ได้รับการสืบทอดจากรุ่นสู่รุ่น และถือปฏิบัติอย่างเคร่งครัดตามแบบแผน สืบทอดกันต่อมาที่เรียกว่า รำเพลงครู การนำหน้าพาทย์เพลงตระไปใช้สำหรับการแสดง ต้องนำไปใช้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการแสดง และสอดคล้องตามความหมายของเพลงหน้าพาทย์ ในปัจจุบันการรำหน้าพาทย์เพลงตระ ได้สืบทอดในหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนเป็นวิชาบังคับของผู้เรียนนาฏยศิลป์ โดยเฉพาะโขนพระ ต้องรำหมวดหน้าพาทย์เพลงตระทั้ง 8 เพลงนี้ได้ จึงจะสามารถเป็นผู้แสดงในบทบาทตัวละครที่สำคัญได้ดี …

นวัตกรรมการแสดงหุ่นกระบอกไทย เรื่อง "พระเนมิราช", นิเวศ แววสมณะ

วิทยานิพนธ์เรื่อง "นวัตกรรมการแสดงหุ่นกระบอกไทยเรื่องพระเนมิราช" เป็นงานวิจัยสร้างสรรค์ มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการนวัตกรรมหุ่นกระบอกไทย เพื่อสร้างสรรค์รูปแบบหุ่นและการแสดงใหม่สำหรับเด็กและเยาวชน โดยเลือกเนื้อหาจากพระเนมิราชชาดก ซึ่งแสดงถึงอธิษฐานบารมีที่มุ่งมั่นในการทำความดีที่ตั้งใจให้สำเร็จ เป็นธรรมมะที่เหมาะกับเด็กและเยาวชน โดยใช้หลักการ "สวย ง่าย ถูก" เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้ผู้ที่สนใจนำไปสร้างเองได้ นวัตกรรมวิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีการทำบทใหม่ โดยยังคงรักษาขนบเดิมทั้งบทพากย์ เจรจา บทร้องและบทบรรยาย เพื่อให้สื่อกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้งสาระและบันเทิงด้วยภาษาที่เข้าใจง่าย การออกแบบหุ่นให้ดูเป็นไทยด้วยวัสดุที่หาได้ทั่วไปร่วมถึงการเชิดที่เรียบง่าย เพื่อให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายนำไปสร้างและแสดงเองได้ง่าย มีการสร้างฉากแนวใหม่ให้มีการเปลี่ยนและเคลื่อนไหวได้ตามท้องเรื่อง ด้วยการใช้โครงสร้างของร่มขนาดใหญ่ห้อยผ้าเพื่อเป็นจอรับภาพที่หมุนและบังผู้เชิด มีการนำสื่อประสมสมัยใหม่มาเสริมให้การแสดงดูสวยสมจริง เพลงประกอบการแสดงประพันธ์บท เนื้อร้อง และทำนองใหม่ในแนวไทยสากล เพื่อให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายยุคปัจจุบันเข้าถึงมากขึ้น นวัตกรรมการแสดงหุ่นนี้เป็นการร่วมมือจากหลายฝ่ายทำการสร้างและทดสอบจนเรียบร้อย แล้วทำการแสดงเพื่อรับฟังคำวิจารณ์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญเพื่อปรับแก้ให้สมบูรณ์ จากนั้นทำการแสดงที่มีทั้งการแสดงขนาดใหญ่และขนาดเล็กสู่กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 3 รอบ 2 สถานที่ จำนวนผู้ชม 300 คน การประเมินผลในรูปแบบการแสดงด้านรูปแบบพบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายชื่นชมมีความยอมรับในนวัตกรรมนี้ ฉากที่สร้างสรรค์ด้วยร่มมีต้นทุนประหยัดขนย้ายประกอบได้ง่าย มีรูปแบบที่สวยงามและยังคงทำหน้าที่โรงหุ่นได้เหมือนโรงหุ่นแบบดั้งเดิม รูปแบบตัวหุ่นดูสวยงามสามารถนำไปสร้างเองได้ง่าย ด้านสื่อประสมที่นำมาประกอบการแสดงทำให้การแสดงดูสมจริงและสวยงาม เนื้อหาการแสดงพบว่า มีความสนุก ชื่นชอบชวนติดตามอยากชมซ้ำ และได้เรียนรู้เนื้อหาของพระเนมิราชจากการแสดง มีความเข้าใจในปรัชญาธรรมะในการทำความดีละเว้นความชั่ว และตั้งใจประพฤติดี ซึ่งตรงกับอธิษฐานบารมีที่เป็นหัวใจของชาดกพระเนมิราช การที่ผู้วิจัยได้ทำตามคำอธิษฐานบารมีนั้น ได้นำไปสู่การทำวิจัยสร้างสรรค์ดังกล่าวได้สำเร็จด้วยความตั้งใจมุ่งมั่นที่จะนำหุ่นกระบอกไทยให้ยังคงมีหน้าที่ให้สาระและความบันเทิงต่อสังคมได้นั้น ผู้วิจัยประจักษ์ว่า ผู้วิจัยได้เดินตามคำอธิษฐานบารมี

This paper introduces Western readers to Japanese scholarship on late Qing and early Republican fiction and translation. It begins with a historical background on the development of modern Chinese literature studies in Japan, covering research societies, publications, and scholars in the field. Next, it discusses questions related to new directions in the study of the May Fourth Movement. Then, it addresses groundbreaking studies on writers and translators outside the main stream of research, covering Lin Shu, Liu Tieyun, and Li Boyuan. Further discussion examines thematic studies, including detective novels and Japanese political fiction.

The untitled manuscript, typed with handwritten additions and corrections, is contained in a folder marked “Untitled article or speech” and appears to be the script of an oral presentation in which Chang surveys the development of translation in China from the late-Qing period, through the 1911 revolution, the May Fourth period, the war with Japan, the 1949 revolution and the Cultural Revolution. การดัดแปลงพงศาวดารจีนฉบับแปลไทยเป็นบทละครรำของหลวงพัฒนพงศ์ภักดี (ทิม สุขยางค์), ปาริฉัตร พิมล

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษากลวิธีการดัดแปลงพงศาวดารจีนฉบับแปลไทยเป็นบทละครรำของหลวงพัฒนพงศ์ภักดี (ทิม สุขยางค์) จำนวน 6 เรื่อง ได้แก่ บทละครเรื่องกวางเผง บทละครเรื่องซุยถัง บทละครเรื่องไต้ฮั่น บทละครเรื่อง บ้วนฮวยเหลา บทละครเรื่องสามก๊ก และบทละครเรื่องห้องสิน และศึกษาคุณค่าของบทละครรำดังกล่าวในฐานะวรรณคดีการแสดง ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพงศาวดารจีนฉบับแปลไทยที่หลวงพัฒนพงศ์ภักดีนำมาแต่งเป็นบทละครรำกลุ่มนี้มีทั้งเรื่องที่ได้รับความนิยมมาช้านานและเรื่องใหม่ ๆ ที่เริ่มเป็นที่รู้จักของคนในสังคมสมัยนั้น โดยตอนที่นำมาแต่งพบว่าเป็นตอนที่มีปมขัดแย้งจำนวนมาก มีอนุภาคสนุกสนาน และมีอนุภาคคล้ายคลึงกับอนุภาคในวรรณคดีไทย ในการนำพงศาวดารจีนฉบับแปลไทยมาแต่งเป็นบทละครรำดังกล่าวพบว่ากวีใช้กลวิธีการดัดแปลงทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย การดัดแปลงด้านรูปแบบ ได้แก่ การดัดแปลงสำนวนร้อยแก้วเป็นกลอนบทละครที่มีการบรรจุเพลงร้องและเพลงหน้าพาทย์รวมทั้งกำหนดช่วงที่จะให้เจรจา การดัดแปลงด้านเนื้อหา ได้แก่ การเลือกแต่งเฉพาะตอน การตัดรายละเอียดบางส่วน และการสลับความ การดัดแปลงด้านตัวละคร ได้แก่ การรักษาตัวละครหลักและตัดตัวละครประกอบ การรวมบทบาทของตัวละคร และการสร้างตัวละครให้มีชีวิตชีวา การดัดแปลงด้านกลวิธีการนำเสนอ ได้แก่ การดำเนินเรื่องด้วยบทพรรณนาตามขนบ และการผสมผสานวัฒนธรรมจีนในบทละคร กลวิธีดังกล่าวทำให้บทละครรำกลุ่มนี้มีคุณค่าในฐานะวรรณคดีการแสดง ประกอบด้วยคุณค่าด้านวรรณคดีและคุณค่าด้านการแสดง คุณค่าด้านวรรณคดี ได้แก่ คุณค่าด้านวรรณศิลป์ เช่น ความไพเราะทั้งในระดับเสียง ระดับคำ และระดับความหมาย และคุณค่าด้านเนื้อหาที่ให้ความรู้และแง่คิดแก่ผู้ชม ส่วนคุณค่าด้านการแสดง บทละครรำกลุ่มนี้แสดงให้เห็นการผสมผสานจารีตกระบวนแสดงแบบเดิมกับแบบใหม่อย่างเหมาะสม จารีตกระบวนแสดงแบบเดิม ได้แก่ การประกอบด้วยการร้อง การรำ และการเจรจาตามขนบ การกำกับเพลงร้องและเพลงหน้าพาทย์ไทย และการแสดงให้เห็นกระบวนรำตามขนบ ส่วนจารีตกระบวนแสดงแบบใหม่ ได้แก่ การเล่นเรื่องที่มาจากพงศาวดารจีน การแสดงลักษณะการออกภาษาจีนในการแสดง และการแสดงให้เห็นกระบวนรำที่ต่างไปจากขนบเดิม การผสมผสานดังกล่าวทำให้บทละครรำกลุ่มนี้ให้รสทางการแสดงแบบละครรำแต่เดิม ขณะเดียวกันก็มีความแปลกใหม่ที่ต่างไปจากละครรำตามขนบด้วย นอกจากนี้ บทละครรำกลุ่มนี้ยังมีองค์ประกอบพร้อมสำหรับนำไปใช้แสดงได้ ได้แก่ มีเนื้อเรื่องสนุกสนาน มีการดำเนินเรื่องที่ทั้งกระชับและเอื้อต่อการแสดงกระบวนรำ มีการบรรจุเพลงร้องและเพลงหน้าพาทย์ไว้พร้อม มีการกำหนดช่วงเจรจาในบทละคร และมีการใช้ภาษาที่เหมาะกับการแสดง บทละครรำกลุ่มนี้นับเป็นตัวอย่างหนึ่งของบทละครรำในยุคที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางการแสดงในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 ที่มีลักษณะของการผสมผสานความเป็นไทยกับความเป็นต่างชาติอย่างลงตัวและเป็นต้นเค้าของรูปแบบการแสดงที่ภายหลังเรียกว่าละครพันทาง

การแสดงเดี่ยวเฟร็นช์ฮอร์นมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้าและวิเคราะห์บทเพลง เพื่อใช้ประกอบข้อมูลในการทำวิทยานิพนธ์ระดับมหาบัณฑิตด้านการแสดงเดี่ยวเฟร็นช์ฮอร์นของ ณัฐภรณ์ ณ เชียงใหม่ อีกทั้งศึกษาหาข้อมูลชีวประวัติผู้ประพันธ์ ประวัติความเป็นมาของบทเพลง การคิดวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพลงในเชิงลึก ตลอดจนวิธีแนวทางการฝึกซ้อมที่จะทำให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดสำหรับผู้บรรเลงเครื่องดนตรีเฟร็นช์ฮอร์นมากยิ่งขึ้น ผู้แสดงได้คัดเลือกบทเพลงที่มีความไพเราะน่าสนใจและมีเทคนิคต่าง ๆ มากมายซึ่งเป็นบทเพลงในยุคคลาสสิกและยุคโรแมนติก โดยเป็นบทเพลงที่ต้องใช้ความสามารถและทักษะในการเล่นเครื่องดนตรีเฟร็นช์ฮอร์นระดับสูง เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการฝึกซ้อมและเป็นประโยชน์สูงสุดสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจ บทเพลงที่ได้นำมาแสดงมีทั้งสิ้น 2 บทเพลง ได้แก่ (1) Concerto for Horn in Bb Major, Op.91 ประพันธ์โดย ไรน์โฮลด์ กลิแอร์ (2) Concerto for Two Horns in Eb Major ประพันธ์โดย โจเซฟ ไฮเดิน การแสดงเดี่ยวเฟร็นช์ฮอร์นได้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันพุธที่ 4 เมษายน พ.ศ.2561 เวลา 16.00 น. ณ ห้องแสดงดนตรี ชั้น 3 คณะศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยใช้เวลาในการแสดงทั้งหมดประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง และในการแสดงคอนเสิร์ตครั้งนี้ได้มีผู้ร่วมแสดงประกอบ ได้แก่นายเอกนก ขอเจริญ นักดนตรีเฟร็นช์ฮอร์น และนายเกริกสกุล จารี นักเปียโน

After a study abroad course in southern France in August 2015 during which we explored the locations that inspired artworks by Vincent van Gogh, I found my topic: health and art.
