In this article the results of determination of physical-mechanical and technological properties of soil slopes under the winter of wheat were indicated. There were founded and analyzed that the traditional technology of the main processing of the soil moisture content, density, hardness and resistance to various strains of the soil plowing and subsurface layers of soil upper, middle and lower part of the slope in the spring and after harvest of grain differ greatly. We consider land use nature as an objective phenomenon, continuous, cyclical process and multipurpose process land use in public.. It consists the deep ecological, economic and social essence. How difficult material and abstract system includes a subsystem of «land resources» and «land management». Multiplepurpose of land use in different spheres of the activity of the society determines the structure of land-use (its types). Land use in general is not a part of any one of the industries of the national economy.

Article considered one of the most actual issues of today’s to optimize selection and land allocation for non-agricultural enterprises. The scientific work reviewed by a need individual approach for each of polygon, line and point feature. Since polygon, line and point features requires its own kind of shape from neigboring land users. Improving the system of land cadastre information allows rational use of land resources administrative district. The study found, what create a database of land inventory information covering about 42,000 of the subjects of land use Kibray district of Tashkent region will promote a more rational management of information stream. The use of electronic programs for creating a cadastral database at the district level will improve the quality of the work of specialists , cost savings, time three times and on time delivery to consumers of information are reduced 5 times compared to traditional methods.

This review examines the existing evidence on the impacts of Promise Programs on community development, K-12 academic achievement, and student postsecondary outcomes. Promise Programs are place-based, guaranteed college scholarships offered to all students who graduate from a certain school or district while meeting the minimum thresholds of the program. We delineate Promise Programs by their design - whether the scholarships are available to all students, are awarded based on merit, or are awarded based on need. This essay uses the concept of Christian nationalism to explore the religious dynamics of the Contra war and U.S.–Nicaraguan relations during Ronald Reagan’s presidency. Religious organizations and individuals played crucial roles on both sides in the war in Nicaragua and in the debates in the United States over support for the Contras. Evangelistic work strengthened transnational ties between Christians, but also raised the stakes of the war; supporters of the Sandinistas and Contras alike alleged a victory by their adversary imperiled the future of Christianity in Nicaragua. Decision-makers in Texas have proposed an Education Savings Account (ESA) that would allow all families to take a fraction of their public education financing to a school of their choice. If the ESA funding amount exceeds the school tuition level, families would be able to use these funds for other educational expenses such as tutoring, textbooks, educational therapy, online learning, and college costs. While this is may be viewed as obvious benefits to individual children and their families, the impacts on society overall are less clear. We estimate the impact of the proposed ESA on criminality from 2016 to 2035. …

Characteristics Of Medication Advertisements Found In Us Women’S Fashion Magazines, Jennifer Mongiovi, Grace Clarke Hillyer, Corey H. Basch, Danna Ethan, Rodney Hammond

Publications and Research

Background: Although prescriptions are dispensed at discretion of medical professionals, many pharmaceutical companies use direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising to increase sales. Over-the- counter (OTC) medications are similarly marketed.

Methods: We examined the content of advertisements in 38 issues of 9 popular US women’s fashion magazines. We evaluated target audience, health condition, product availability, message appeal, target to females, and mention of potential side effects and benefits.

Results: Sixty total medication advertisements were identified, 58.3% (95% CI: 45.8, 70.8) for prescription products. In magazines targeted to non-Hispanic Whites, >65% of advertisements were for OTC medications whereas 80% (95% CI: 66.7, 94.5) of …

This paper addresses the comorbidity of communication and psychological disorders in children by gathering and analyzing research on communication disorders, psychological disorders, and approaches to understand their connection and present a possible origin of these two disorders. Using the transactional model, one can understand the comorbidity of these disorders and of an individual's psychological environment, communicative environment, and the relationship between these two spheres. The impacts on academics and social life can cause learning disabilities, reading disabilities, and social isolation from friends, teachers, and family.
