Percobaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk pelengkap organik cair dan sistem olah tanah terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.). Percobaan dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Padjadjaran, Jatinangor, dari bulan Januari 2015 sampai April 2015.Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan 18 perlakuan dan 2 ulangan. This paper aims at illustrating clinical supervision within learning process in elementary school. this study employed descriptive qualitative design. The instrument of this study is interview guide and direct practice of the reseracher. The data was obtained through interview, observation, and documentation. The data obtained, then, were analyzed descriptively using interactive analysis model with the steps of collecting data, reducing data, exposing data, and drawing conclusion. The result of this study showed that clinical supervision could improve teacher’s performance in elementary school.

This research aimed to help teachers reinforce their teaching skills in the classroom. This study was a qualitative research with case study design, it also uses the supervision instrument. Data collection was done using observation, interviews, and documentary study with used descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the implementation of clinical supervision in three cycles to improve the teaching quality runs well and affects greatly to the quality of teacher teaching and learning in the classroom.

This study aimed to describe the perception of teachers towards the integration of ICT in learning; experience and ability to use computers in learning; availability of ICT facilities; and ICT training of teachers who have been followed. This research uses descriptive research design. Samples were taken for 166 vocational high school teachers, 53 adaptiveteachers, 38 normative teachers, and 75 productive teachers with proportionate stratified random sampling. The purpose of this study is to examine ideological, psychological, and demographic predictors of motivated reasoning. Three-hundred and seventy-seven participants from Amazon’s Mechanical Turk system completed written responses critically evaluating strengths and weaknesses in a vignette on the topic of anthropogenic climate change. The vignette has two fictional scientists present prototypical arguments for and against anthropogenic climate change that are constructed with equally flawed and conflicting reasoning from both view points. A simple and flexible optical system for generating electromagnetic or vector partially coherent sources or beams is presented. The alternative design controls field amplitude (beam shape), coherence, and polarization using only spatial light modulators. This improvement makes the apparatus simpler to construct and significantly increases the flexibility of vector partially coherent source generators by allowing many different types of sources to be produced without changing the physical setup. The system’s layout and theoretical foundations are thoroughly discussed. The utility and flexibility of the proposed system are demonstrated by producing a vector Schell-model and non-Schell-model source. The experimental results are compared …
