การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) กำหนดสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัย เกษตรศาสตร์ 2) ศึกษาสมรรถนะที่มีอยู่จริงของอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ตามที่กำหนดใน วัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 1 โดยจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประสบการณ์การทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ทรง คุณวุฒิการสัมภาษณ์จำนวน 5 คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง และอาจารย์ของมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ที่เป็นผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามจำนวน 351 คน เลือกโดยการสุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากการสัมภาษณ์ และ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และ ค่า ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับข้อมูลจากการตอบแบบสอบถาม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ของอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มีดังนี้ 1) สมรรถนะด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน 2) สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย 3) สมรรถนะด้านการให้บริการ วิชาการ 4) สมรรถนะด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม นอกจากนี้จากการศึกษาสมรรถนะที่พึงประสงค์ ของอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดไปหา ค่าเฉลี่ยตำสุด ดังนี้ สมรรถนะด้านหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน สมรรถนะด้านการวิจัย สมรรถนะ ด้านการให้บริการวิชาการ และสมรรถนะด้านการทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม เมื่อจำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา พบว่า อาจารย์ที่มีวุฒิปริญญาโทและเอกมีสมรรถนะอยู่ในระดับมาก วุฒิปริญญาตรีมีสมรรถนะอยู่ใน ระดับปานกลาง และเมื่อจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในการสอน พบว่า อาจารย์ที่มีประสบการณ์การสอน มากกว่า 25 ปีมีสมรรถนะอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อสภาพ การดำเนินการตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียน จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การสอนและขนาดโรงเรียน ที่แตกต่างกัน รวมทั้งศึกษาแนวทางและข้อเสนอแนะของครูเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียน ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากความรุนแรงในเหตุการณ์สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ในอำเภอกรงปินัง สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถามคือข้าราชการ ครูในอำเภอกรงปินังจำนวน 105 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่สัมภาษณ์คือข้าราชการครูที่มีประสบการณ์ 11 ปี ขึ้นไปจำนวน 10 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้าง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ค่า F-test t-test และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการดำเนินการตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนทั้งห้าด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผนการนิเทศ ด้านการสร้างความเข้าใจให้ความรู้ ด้านการดำเนินการนิเทศ ด้านการ สร้างขวัญและกำลังใจ และด้านการประเมินผลการนิเทศ ตามความคิดเห็นของครูในโรงเรียนอำเภอ กรงปินัง โดยภาพรวมและแต่ละด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ยกเว้นด้านการสร้างความเข้าใจ ให้ความรู้ มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีประสบการณ์ การสอนต่างกันเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการนิเทศภายในทั้งในภาพรวมและแต่ละด้านพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน ไม่สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานการวิจัย ส่วนความคิดเห็นของครูที่สอนในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกันโดยภาพรวมและแต่ละด้านพบว่าแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 สอดคล้องกับสมมติฐานการวิจัย ยกเว้นด้านการวางแผนการนิเทศไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนแนวทางและข้อเสนอแนะของครูเกี่ยวกับการดำเนิน การตามกระบวนการนิเทศภายใน พบว่า 1) ควรมีการสำรวจปัญหาและความต้องการครูในพื้นที่ก่อนการ นิเทศ 2) ควรจัดอบรมให้ความรู้ในเรื่องการนิเทศภายใน และวิธีการนิเทศแบบใหม่ ๆ ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบท ของปัญหาในสถานการณ์จริง ให้บริการแก่ครูเป็นสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์หรือสื่อออนไลน์เพื่อพัฒนาตนเอง 3) ควรมี การนิเทศภาคเรียนละ 2 ครั้งและใช้วิธีที่เหมาะสมกับขนาดของโรงเรียนและยืดหยุ่นได้ตามสถานการณ์ 4) ควรให้รางวัลเป็นกำลังใจแก่ครูด้วยความยุติธรรม 5) ควรตรวจสอบปัญหาและอุปสรรคก่อนและหลัง การปฏิบัติงานนิเทศ

This paper concerns the usability of e-commerce. It presents the results of research both as a statistical description and in a model approach. The sample included 511 people. The Technology Acceptance Model and Task-Technology Fit Model assumptions were used in this research. Additionally, differences in the perception of e-commerce by gender of respondents were also sought. The study used both a simple analysis (descriptive statistics) and an analysis of the interaction forces in four research models.

Due to the growing demand for different types of e-services there are more and more systems that allow for e-services provision and management on the market. The quality of such solutions should be improved in cooperation with customers on the basis of information about the level of their satisfaction with the usage. The main purpose of this article is to identify factors that influence the development of selected services and platforms for commercial content distribution in Poland at the beginning of 2014. The analysis was made using the scoring method. In this way, it was possible to obtain an objective performance evaluation of the studied sites. The paper also analyzes international legal instruments that constitute the international legal framework governing migration and trafficking to draw connections between these legal instruments and the status of Asian migrant domestic workers in Egypt. This paper assessed physicochemical properties (temperature, pH, acidity, alkalinity, colour,odour, taste, EC, TDS, TH, turbidity, bicarbonate, phosphate, nitrate, Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, K+, Cl-& SO42-as well as heavy metal concentrations heavy metals (Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Pb and Zn) of selected wells and borehole near textile industries in Ikorodu, Nigeria. The physicochemical parameters were analysed using standard methods by APHA, while heavy metals were analysedusing atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS). The pH of water from the boreholes and hand-dugwells ranged from 5.90 to 6.70. The well water had higher total hardness, calcium, magnesium, sulphate and chloride compared to the boreholes. This study investigates application of the reduction melting method to recover metals fromelectronic wastes. The study began with determination of the optimal conditions for metal recovery from cathode ray tube (CRT) glass by melting under various conditions. The reco-very of metallic lead and lead oxide (PbO) remaining in the glass residues for each set of melting condition were compared. It was found that the optimal condition for metallic Pb recovery from the CRT glass was melting the glass at 1200oC for 1 hand then soaking at precipitation temperature of 500oC for 1-2 h. Flooding remains a common environmental hazard worldwide, causing some of the most devastating natural disasters of the last century. This is why understanding public perception hasbecome such an important topic for policy makers concerned with flood risk management.This study investigated public perception of flooding events through analysis of risk communi-cation for Thailand's flood crisis in 2011. An online questionnaire was electronically distributed toresidents potentially affected by flooding in Bangkok. This studycompared thecontamination of the chemotherapeutic agent cyclophosphamide between using a conventional admixing procedure and closed system transfer devices (CSTDs). Surface wipes and urine samples were collected for two weeks before and two weeks after the CSTDs were used. The surface wipe samples were collected from critical areas in an aseptic dispensary unit and a chemotherapy patient care unit. The urine samples were collected from healthcare workers. Contamination from cyclophosphamide in the surface wipe samples was detected in fewer areas following the implementation of CSTDs. For some arrested individuals, the most important consequences of their arrest arise outside the criminal justice system. Arrests alone—regardless of whether they result in conviction—can lead to a range of consequences, including deportation, eviction, license suspension, custody disruption, or adverse employment actions. But even as courts, scholars, and others have drawn needed attention to the civil consequences of criminal convictions, they have paid relatively little attention to the consequences of arrests in their own right. The West African Ebola epidemic is a pivotal moment for the global health system. Just as the depth of the crisis ultimately spurred an unprecedented response, the failures of leadership demand innovative reforms. This analysis offers a template for these reforms, responding to the profound harms posed by fragile national health systems, delays in the international response, deficient resource mobilization, ill-defined responsibilities, and insufficient coordination. Catholic Action was an international movement that encouraged active promotion of the Catholic faith by ordinary believers. While the idea gained force at a local level in Italy in the early twentieth century, Pope Pius XI gave the philosophy official Church approval in 1931. Catholic Action served as a major intellectual and religious force among American Catholics from the Great Depression until the transformations in Catholicism caused by the Second Vatican Council from 1962 to 1965. Single-carrier frequency division multiple access (SC-FDMA) has become a popular alternative to orthogonal frequency division multiple access (OFDM) in multi-user communication on LTE uplink systems. This is primarily due to the low peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of SC-FDMA compared to that of OFDM. Long-term evolution (LTE) uses SC-FDMA on the uplink to exploit this PAPR advantage to reduce transmit power amplifier (PA) back-off in mobile user terminals. This paper presents wavelength configurable on-chip solid-state ring lasers fabricated by a single-mask standard lithography. The single- and coupled-ring resonator hosts were fabricated on a fused-silica wafer and filled with 3,3′-Diethyloxacarbocyanine iodide (CY3), Rhodamine 6G (R6G) and 3,3′-Diethylthiadicarbocyanine iodide (CY5)-doped polymer as the reconfigurable gain media. The recorded lasing threshold was ~220 nJ/mm² per pulse for the single-ring resonator laser with R6G, marking the lowest threshold shown by solid-state dye-doped polymer lasers fabricated with a standard lithography process on a chip. Background

Prostate cancer is one of the most widespread cancers in men and is fundamentally a genetic disease. Identifying regulators in cancer using novel systems biology approaches will potentially lead to new insight into this disease. It was sought to address this by inferring gene regulatory networks (GRNs). Moreover, dynamical analysis of GRNs can explain how regulators change among different conditions, such as cancer subtypes.

In this Article, I imagine a post-class action landscape for shareholder litigation. Assuming, for the sake of this exercise, an environment in which both securities-fraud and transactional class actions are hobbled by procedural or substantive reforms — most likely through the adoption of mandatory-arbitration provisions or fee-shifting provisions — I assess what shareholder litigation would disappear, what would remain, and what a post-class action landscape would look like. I argue that loss of the class action would remove a layer of legal insulation that prevents institutional investors from having to pursue positive value claims against companies. This Article examines how the stock market reacts to the filing of lawsuits against mergers and acquisitions targets as the quality of the plaintiffs’ law firm varies. Our primary dataset includes all cases of this type filed in the Delaware Chancery Court from November 2003–September 2008. We group the law firms that file these suits into higher and lower quality categories using several quantitative and qualitative measures. We hypothesize that target firm share value should reflect the likelihood that litigation will result in an increase in merger consideration. One of the most important roles government plays in contemporary society is protecting people from unsafe products and environmental conditions. Although the Supreme Court has rejected calls to read the Constitution of the United States to include positive rights, this article’s central claim is that the Supreme Court’s rejection of the Medicaid expansion in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act makes sense only if the Constitution is understood as requiring government to provide for the health, safety and welfare of its citizens. This essay explores the arguments of Bruce Ackerman, who decries the Roberts Court’s “shattering judicial betrayal” of our living constitution’s Civil Rights Revolution. He argues for a broader conception of the constitutional canon: The higher law of the Constitution includes not only formally adopted provisions but also “landmark statutes” and judicial “superprecedents,” for example, those of the Civil Rights Revolution. He also argues for a broader conception of popular sovereignty: We the People manifest our will not only through the formal amending procedures but also through higher lawmaking procedures outside Article V.
