Pennsylvania School Solicitors’ Guidance On How School Officials Should Respond When Regulating Off-Campus Student Expression, Scott Thomas Eveslage Nov 2015

Pennsylvania School Solicitors’ Guidance On How School Officials Should Respond When Regulating Off-Campus Student Expression, Scott Thomas Eveslage

Seton Hall University Dissertations and Theses (ETDs)

The purpose of this study was to gather and analyze the perspectives of Pennsylvania school solicitors in Montgomery and Bucks Counties about how school officials should assess their regulatory authority of off-campus student online expression. Case law used as precedent to guide decision making has been inconsistent, with variations based on geographic region and the trends in that particular Circuit Court of …

This study employs a case-centric research design with the ambition to build a plausible explanation of Russia’s foreign policies in Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia, using theories (neoclassical realism and regimes theories) as heuristic tools that act as frameworks for this analysis. It argues that Russia’s material power capabilities (an independent variable) guides Moscow’s foreign policies (dependent variables in this study) in all three South Caucasian states.
