Variety selection is a fundamental element in a sound crop production program. This report contains variety recommendations, descriptions, and yield data for the spring-seeded small grains – hard red spring wheat, oat, and barley, along with the fall-seeded small grain –hard red winter wheat. Key factors in variety selection include yield, yield stability, maturity, straw strength, height, test weight, quality, and disease resistance. Yield is an important factor; however, a variety with good disease resistance, straw strength, and high grain quality may be more profitable in some cases than the highest yielding variety. Matrix inversion is an essential computation for various algorithms which are employed in multi-antenna wireless communication systems. FPGAs are ideal platforms for wireless communication; however, the need for vast amounts of customization throughout the design process of a matrix inversion core can overwhelm the designer. Decomposition methods provide the analytic simplicity and computational convenience necessary for computationally intensive matrix inversion. This paper presents automatic generation of different decomposition based matrix inversion architectures using a matrix inversion core generator tool, GUSTO with different parameterization options. This thesis explores the U.S. correctional system in order to determine its most serious problems and call for a change in policy in order to eliminate the injustices within the system. Prisons are not benefiting inmates, correctional officers, or society. The goal of rehabilitation of inmates is a failed one. Inmates are destroyed in prison; they lose connection with the outside world, they suffer from the harsh realities of prison life, and they return to society worse off than when they entered prison. Current prisons are degrading the inmates through its dismal atmosphere, its extreme violence, and its culture. Society …
