Pengembangan Bank Soal Keterampilan Proses Ipa (Biologi) Kelas X Tingkat Madrasah Aliyah, Heni Prilantari

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: menyusun, mengetahui karakteristik, dan melakukan penyetaraan soal Biologi yang mengukur keterampilan proses, perumusan hipotesis, identifikasi variabel, prosedur eksperimen, dan penafsiran data.

Populasi penelitian adalah respons siswa Madrasah Aliyah di Propinsi DIY terhadap tes yang dikembangkan. Sampel sekolah dan kelas sebagai uji coba ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik stratified proposional random sampling. Ada dua paket soal yaitu paket tes 1 (kode KP-BIO/MA/P-1/2007) dan paket tes 2 (kode KP-BIO/MA/P-2/2007). Soal tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 36 butir tiap paket. Butir soal dianalisis secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis butir tes secara modem menggunakan program BIGSTEP.

PeneHtian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: karakteristik, kualitas, dan daya prediksi tes seleksi masuk SMP Negeri Kabupaten Bantul tahun pelajaran 2004/2005.

Subjek penelitian ini adalah butir soal tes seleksi masuk SMPN di Kabupaten Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sumber data adalah 1.657 lembar jawaban (respon) peserta tes seleksi atas 100 butir soal pilihan ganda dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan teori tes klasik berbantuan komputer program MicroCat Iteman versi 3.00 dan dengan teori respons butir menggunakan bantuan komputer program MicroCat Bigsteps versi 2.30. Daya prediksi butir soal dianalisis secara regresi menggunakan program SPSS versi 11.00.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program sekolah binaan LPMP Propinsi Papua yang mencakup: relevansi materi; partisipasi peserta; kualitas pelaksanaan; kemanfaatan; dan kesiapan widyaiswara.

Penelitian evaluatif ini menggunakan model Stake. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, kepala seksi peningkatan sumber daya pendidikan, staf, dan widyaiswara LPMP. Fokus penelitian adalah pelaksanaan program. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, kaji dokumen, dan wawancara.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: materi binaan sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan sekolah; partisipasi guru tinggi; kualitas pelaksanaan sangat balk; program bermanfaat; dan kesiapan widyaiswara dalam melaksanakan program masuk kategori baik.

Tujuan penelitian adalah membuat dan mengevaluasi media pembelajaran fisika SMA menggunakan program Macromedia Flash 8.

Subjek coba pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang yang terdiri dari 10 siswa untuk uji coba instrumen penelitian, 10 siswa untuk ujicoba kelompok kecdl, dan 20 siswa untuk uji coba lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengguna­kan kuesioner dan tes fisika (pre-test dan post-test). Evaluasi terhadap program ditinjau dari aspek pembelajaran dan aspek media. Kritik dan saran digunakan untuk memperbaiki program.

The characterization of 3-D shapes of particles in geomaterial aggregate mixtures is important for understanding the micro-mechanics of granular materials. Also, numerical synthesis of 3-D particle shapes from their corresponding shape descriptors is required for developing discrete element models (DEMs) that can be used to predict particle contact-forces, and ultimately the shear strength of the aggregate mixture.

Previous work has shown that Fourier-based 3-D shape descriptors can be constructed for aggregate mixtures, using a statistical combination of 2-D projections. The University of New Hampshire Zoology Department reports on a study designed to continue monitoring the distribution of invasive species in the Great Bay Estuary and to carry out laboratory experiments designed to test the effects of salinity on ascidian mortality and determine predators of ascidian species. Researchers collected presence/absence and abundance data of invasive species at four sites within the Great Bay Estuarine System. The Buddist Tzu Chi Dalin Hospital was responsible for providing medical services to special education students of Chiayi County in 2004. We evaluated the cognitive skills, activities of daily living, language skills, and gross and fine motor functions of 160 disabled students, 113 male and 47 female. Students with mental retardation were the most frequent, followed by students with dyslalia, then autism, and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. A needs assessment revealed that 155, 132, and 107 students fed, dressed, and bathed themselves independently, respectively. This study investigated and analyzed the prevalence of contraindications that can co-exist with a prescribed physical agent. To prevent likely complications, this study implemented a computer warning system, which prompts physiatrists to possible contraindications. Once a physical agent is prescribed, the system automatically reviewarticles the ICD-9 codes in the patients’ medical chart. Two pre-established databases are used in the warning system: one contains contraindications for each physical agent and the other has possible contraindications for each selected ICD-9 code. Between February and September 2004, 73 patients with spinal cord lesions of greater than 2 years duration were enrolled in this study. A chart reviewarticle was conducted to record the manner in which the patients' bladder management, previous urologic complications, and any corresponding treatments and effects. Among the patients, 55 were male and 18 were female, with an average age of 29.3±12.1 and 32.0±13.0 years, respectively. Hereditary neuropathy with liability to pressure palsies (HNPP) is an autosomal-dominant disorder characterized by self-limited, recurrent compressive mononeuropathies at common entrapment sites precipitated by trivial injuries. This disorder typically develops in early adulthood. Electrodiagnostic studies revealed diffuse mild demyelinating neuropathies with entrapment over common entrapment sites. Nerve biopsies frequently show segmental demyelination and thickening of the myelin sheath which is mostly caused by 1.5 Mb deletion of the 17p 11.2 site containing the peripheral myelin protein 22 (PMP22) gene on the 17(superscript th) chromosome. Bickerstaff's brainstem encephalitis is a post-infectious brainstem inflammatory disorder of unknown etiology. The characteristic symptoms include: acute ophthalmoplegia with diplopia, ataxia, disturbed consciousness, and extensor plantar response. In this report we describe a 33-year-old woman with Bickerstaff's brainstem encephalitis combined with Guillain-Barré syndrome that presented 25 days after a Cesarean section. After five treatments with plasmapheresis and intravenous immunoglobin for 5 days, the patient's muscle strength recovered to MRC 4/5. The ophthalmoplegia and bilateral extensor plantar responses also disappeared. The patient then was transferred to the PM&R department for persistent slurred speech, ataxia, and diplopia. Infective discitis accompanying low back pain is uncommon. In general, risk factors for infective discitis include an age greater than 50 years, a history of cancer, unexplained weight loss, pain that lasts more than 1 month, a history of intravenous drug abuse, presence of a urinary tract infection or other infections, diabetes mellitus, and recent invasive procedures. The presence of an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and a C-reactive protein (CRP) level have proven to be reliable laboratory criteria consistent with infective discitis. Viscosupplementation by intraarticular administration of exogenous hyaluronic acid has been a favorable treatment option to alleviate the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis. The potential but uncommon adverse reactions associated with intraarticular hyaluronic acid injection are local pain, swelling, and allergic response. These reactions are typically mild, transient, and self-limiting. The focus of this report is an 80-year-old man who presented with acute painful swelling of his knee joint after an injection of naturally derived hyaluronic acid. Patients who suffer antiphosphlipid antibody syndrome may have two kinds of antibodies, Anticardiolipin and Lupus anticoagulant. These antibodies may increase the risk of ischemic stroke and cerebral ischemia. However, the incidence of cerebral bleeding is relative rare.
