Neutral Citation, Court Web Sites, And Access To Case Law, Peter W. Martin

In 1994 the Wisconsin Bar and Judicial Council together urged the Wisconsin Supreme Court to take two dramatic steps with the combined aim of improving access to state case law: 1) adopt a new system of neutral citation and 2) establish a digital archive of decisions directly available to all publishers and the public. The recommendations set off a storm, and the Wisconsin court deferred decision on the package. In the years since those events, the background conditions have shifted dramatically. Neutral citation has been endorsed by the AALL and ABA and formally adopted in over a dozen states, including …

Harmonizing Preferential Rules Of Origin In The Wto System, John J. Barceló Iii

Preferential arrangements (bilateral and multilateral free trade areas and GSP systems (preferences for developing countries)) are emerging everywhere in the world trading system and are causing concern because they discriminate against non-members and add complexity, distortions and inconsistency to the global system. Rules of origin (ROOs) linked to these arrangements are a significant part of the problem. More and more they have become the source in their own right of distortions in trade patterns, complexity, non-transparency and inconsistency. Phosphorus-31 Nmr Of The Intact Crystalline Lens: I. The Living Lens Spectrum. Ii. The Spectroscopic Effects Of Deuterium Oxide Incubation, Thomas Glonek, Stephen J. Kopp, Jack V. Greiner
President's Research
Spectra of intact bovine and canine crystalline lenses in vitro at 37°C were generated using phosphorus-31 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Lens incubation in a pure D2O buffer results in a progressive narrowing of the tissue P-31 NMR signals.

This document provides details of operations and procedures for the approval of grid-connected photovoltaic (PV) system designs and documentation conducted by the Florida Solar Energy Center. The principal goal of this process is to help ensure the safety and quality of installed PV systems, and provides an assurance to installers, consumers and financiers that approved designs meet accepted codes and industry practices, and are accompanied by a complete System Manual that meets the minimum requirements outlined in this document.

Social Support Indicators That Influence Breastfeeding Decisions In Mothers Of North Florida
Florida Public Health Review
To examine whether a mother’s social support system influences decision to breastfeed, pregnant women and women who had children, from six north Florida counties, were asked to participate in this study. Women were recruited from local lactation support groups and agencies serving mothers and children. Participants were administered a 34-item questionnaire that asked about motivation, social support and intention. Mothers breastfed because they believed breast milk was healthier for the baby. These mothers identified the baby’s fathers as being most supportive, but felt they needed more support from the fathers. Interestingly, most women strongly agreed that whereas the support system …
