Documents are a primary source of potential accounting history: annual reports, worksheets, contracts, and so on. But how does a researcher determine the significance of the documents and analyze the historical context? The use of archives typically is necessary to answer these questions. However, archival research may be difficult to implement. The purpose of this paper is to review potential archival sources that may be useful to accounting historians when evaluating business documents. These include library searches, specialized sources such as historical societies, as well as new techniques available through computer technology. ยาไซโคลสปอรีนเป็นยาลดการอักเสบที่ไม่ใช่สเตียรอยด์ ใช้เป็นยากดระบบภูมิคุ้มกันในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนอวัยวะและสามารถทําให้เกิดเหงือกงอกเกินได้เมื่อใช้ระยะยาว วัตถุประสงค์ในรายงานผู้ป่วยรายนี้เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการรักษาทางทันตกรรมแก่ผู้ป่วยเอสแอลอีที่ใช้ยานี้เป็นประจํา ผู้ป่วยเป็นโรคเอสแอลอีมาแล้วประมาณ 23 ปี ได้รับผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนไตมานาน 6 ปี แล้วผู้ป่วยคนนี้ได้รับยาไซโคลสปอรีน อซาไทโอพรีน ทุกวัน เพรดนิโซโลน วันเว้นวัน มีปัญหาทางทันตกรรมคือมีเหงือกงอกเกินที่บริเวณฟันกรามบนด้านขวา เคี้ยวลําบากเลือดออกง่าย การรักษาคือปรึกษาแพทย์ตรวจเช็คสภาพร่างกาย ให้ยาปฏิชีวนะเพื่อป้องกันการติดเชื้อหนึ่งชั่วโมงก่อนการรักษาทางทันตกรรมผู้ป่วยได้รับการถอนฟัน อุดฟัน ขูดหินน้ำลาย ตัดและตกแต่งเหงือกงอกเกิน ผลการรักษาเหมือนในผู้ป่วยปกติ สรุปการให้การรักษาผู้ป่วยเอสแอลอีที่มีระยะการใช้ยากดระบบภูมิคุ้มกันเนื่องการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนไต เมื่อตรวจสภาพร่างกาย ที่อยู่ในระยะโรคเอสแอลอีสงบและได้รับการรับรองจากแพทย์ให้ใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะก่อนการรักษาทางทันตกรรมเพื่อป้องกัน การติดเชื้อ ผู้ป่วยสามารถรับการรักษาได้เช่นเดียวกับผู้ป่วยปกติ

This is a project involving the phenomena of Near Death Experiences [NDEs] and changes in patients' spirituality or religious beliefs after having a NDE in relation to Nursing. There has been limited research in this area that analyzes the spiritual with the clinical aspect of the health care provider's awareness or even knowledge of NDEs. Nursing today encompasses the holistic care of the patient and must include NDEs since there have been over thirteen million people who have had this experience. Epithelial-Myoepithelial Carcinoma Of Intercalated Duct Origin: Review Literature, Kittipong Dhanuthai

Chulalongkorn University Dental Journal

The epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma of intercalated duct origin is a rare, low-grade salivary gland neoplasm that exhibits a dual composition of both the epithelial and myoepithelial cells. This tumor can manifest a spectrum of cytomorphologic and structural features, but it classically shows duct-like structures consisting of inner cuboidal, eosinophilic, epithelial cells surrounded by clear myoepithelial cells. This review article describes the clinical features, the histopathology, the immunohistochemis- try, the treatment of this tumor and the in-depth discussion on the differential diagnosis.

ผลของน้ำยาบ้วนปากคลอเฮกซีดีนต่อเชื้อสเตรปโตคอคคัส มิวแทนส์ในน้ำลาย, อัจฉรา วัฒนสานติ์, สุภาพร เมฆวัน, วรรณวิมล อนวัชพันธุ์

Chulalongkorn University Dental Journal

วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลของน้ำยาบ้วนปากคลอเฮกซีดีนความเข้มข้นร้อยละ 0.1 และความเข้มข้นร้อยละ 0.2 มีน้ำเกลือ เป็นตัวควบคุม (control solution) ในการลดจํานวนเชื้อสเตรปโตคอคคัส มิวแทนส์ (SM) วัสดุและวิธีการ ทําการศึกษาในอาสาสมัครจํานวน 12 คน โดยใช้น้ำยาบ้วนปากทั้งสามชนิดในเวลาต่าง ๆ กัน ครั้งละหนึ่งสัปดาห์ และเว้นว่างหนึ่งสัปดาห์ ก่อนที่จะเปลี่ยนชนิดของยาบ้วนปาก ทั้งนี้อาสาสมัครและผู้ทดลองจะ ไม่ทราบว่ากําลังใช้ยาชนิดใด เมื่อไร (double-blind randomized crossover design) เพื่อทําการเพาะเชื้อ SM จากน้ำลาย ผลการศึกษาและสรุป จากการศึกษาพบว่า จํานวนเชื้อ SM ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ ในกลุ่มที่ใช้คลอเฮกซีตีน ความเข้มข้น ร้อยละ 0.2 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับกลุ่มที่ใช้ยาความเข้มข้นร้อยละ 0.1 (p = 0.0077) และกลุ่มที่ใช้น้ําเกลือ บ้วนปาก (p = 0.0033) แต่การใช้คลอเฮกซีนความเข้มข้นร้อยละ 0.1 ได้ผลไม่แตกต่างจากการใช้น้ำเกลือบ้วนปาก จึงสรุปผลจากการวิจัยว่าน้ำยาบ้วนปากคลอเฮกซีดีนความเข้มข้น ร้อยละ 0.2 เป็นน้ำยาบ้วนปากที่เหมาะสมในการใช้ เพื่อลดจํานวนเชื้อ SM กว่าน้ำยาบ้วนปากคลอเฮกซีดีน ความเข้มข้นร้อยละ 0.1 และน้ำเกลือ
