This note will address some of the issues involved when communities propose to use the zoning power to limit the exercise of the constitutionally protected abortion decision, focusing on abortion clinic regulations in Cleveland, Ohio, and comparing them to ordinances in three other cities.

Explorations in Ethnic Studies
Ethnic studies is a rather strange field. In the first place, it is not a "field" in the traditional sense of other academic disciplines, but rather it seeks to include any and all disciplines. Second, it deals with people, and as our colleagues in the so-called "behavioral sciences" have discovered, people are perhaps the most unpredictable of all living things to study, thus the problems are many. A playwright is confronted with a barrage of problems each time he attempts to write a playscript. As each problem is either solved, eliminated, or worked out on its own, the play grows closer to its life upon the stage. In writing The Invalid, I was spared not one of the many problems a playwright faces when he writes a play. am certain that I not only encountered, but solved many of the same problems that other writers encounter, in a manner not unlike their own. Sexual Autonomy And The Constitutional Right To Privacy: A Case Study In Human Rights And The Unwritten Constitution, David A. J. Richards

The author examines the jurisprudential foundations of the constitutional right of privacy to explain how the idea of human rights justifies the application of such a right of privacy to consenting adult homosexual acts.
