The right to make a will is essentially a property right. The entity with which a will is concerned is the testator's property and there is a very close relation between the right to acquire property when alive and the right to say who will get one 's property when one is gone.
Seeing, therefore, that wills and property are so closely allied, in order to better understand the ethical view of testaments and testamentary rights , it would be well to give a brief resume of the ethical view of property and property rights.

At the present time there is not much known about derivatives of acridine. However, there are derivatives of acridine which are important as dyes, drugs and antiseptics. Chrysaniline, rheonine, benzoflavine, are examples of leather dyes which are used extensively. The theory of Perkins and Robinson, says that the acridine ring system is probably present in strychnine and brucine, so a further study of the derivatives of acridine may shed light on the true structure of these alkaloids. Acridine is a compound that has a ring system similar to anthracene except that one of the CH groups is replaced by a -N- group. It is possible for this compound to have desmotropic forms as those that follow. When an amino group is present in the 3 or 6 position, there is possible another desmotropic form that probably causes a deepening in the color of the compound. Acridine was discovered by Graebe and Caro who found that it accompanied the crude anthracene obtained from coal-tar. For its isolation, the portion of the tar distilling at 300°- 360° C. was extracted by dilute sulphuric acid and precipitated by potassium dichromate, the precipitate recrystallized from hot water and then decomposed by dilute ammonia. The free base was then dissolved in hot hydrochloric acid, from this solution acridine hydrochloride was thrown out by addition of an excess of concentrated hydrochloric acid. From this salt the free acridine was liberated by ammonia.

Reconstruction began in Kentucky somewhat sooner than in the States south of the Blue Grass Commonwealth. As soon as the invading Confederate army withdrew from the State in 1862, loyal Kentuckians began to prepare for peaceful pursuits and to restore the State, as best they could, to somewhat the position it occupied before the war between the states. Of course it was impossible to remake the State as it was before the struggle, but at least the civil authority could be restored, and the State prepared for the reign of peace. It is the purpose of this thesis to show what influence the sixteenth century voyagers had on the Elizabethan writers. For expediency, we have divided these voyages into two classes: namely, the early, from Columbus, 1492, to Vasca de Gama, 1498; and the later voyagers from de Gama to Captain Smith, 1603. We find that commerce instigated nearly all early navigation. The Turks having cut off the Mediterranean trade route with India in 1453, it was necessary to find another water route to this country. As a direct consequence, Columbus discovered the West Indies in 1492 and claimed the new …
