In my study of Adolescent Psychology, I have learned that all individuals are not alike in any trait. Through observation, I have noticed these differences to be outstanding ones. Very often I hear someone say, "Oh I don't see why she likes this or, why she does that" then they answer their own question by saying, "Y/ell I guess that's due to individual differences," because I would not have that if it was on a Christmas tree." The Indians in New Mexico may be divided into two general types — wandering and pueblo. The Athapascan, or wandering Indians, constitute a group which has drifted from the far north into New Mexico, They are more or less nomadic and war-like, and not agriculturally inclined, therefore to a large extent dependent upon their neighbors. The remaining Indians in New Mexico are the pueblos. These groups are independent, peaceful, and industrious, particularly along their respective lines of weaving, basketry, pottery, and agriculture.

Botanists have long been interested in the manner of "sex expression" in plants. Some plant shave perfect flowers, that is, both sexes are expressed in a single flower, with no variation from this condition within the species. Other plants have flowers in which only one or the other sex is expressed, while still other plants occur in which "pure staminate or pure carpellate and all intermediate degrees" occur.

The scientific study of reading problems began in the laboratories of Europe about the middle of the nineteenth century. The motive for these studies was the interest in the psychological processes involved in reading. Prior to 1900 most of the investigations were made in Germany and France. Since that date scientific interest in reading has increased so rapidly in this country that the United States now surpasses all other countries in productive work in this field.

The points of comparison will be based on the differences or similarities in the style, philosophy, and general characteristics of each man as found through a careful study of the novels written by each. The purpose of this thesis is to give as completely as possible a survey of the Feature Syndicate Field in the United States, the events which led in the establishment of this branch of service for newspapers, and the results which such establishment have produced in the newspaper world. The modern Newspaper is not complete without a feature service. Spot news is of prime importance, necessarily, but there are a thousand and one stories in the day's events that are not always of prime importance, but nevertheless worthwhile and interesting.
