AbstractColleges use academic success strategies to improve the retention rates of students with disabilities. The purpose of this qualitative case study was to investigate community college faculty’s perceptions of their level of self-efficacy in meeting the learning needs of students with hidden disabilities (SHD) in higher education. Bandura’s theory of self-efficacy provided the framework for the study. The purposeful sample included three full-time professors teaching SHD in any subject and one staff member from the student disabilities office. The purpose of this phenomenological qualitative study was to explore the lived experiences of followers under unethical leadership in private and public organizations in the United States. Data collection involved interviewing 20 participants from private or public U.S. organizations with open-ended interview question. Participant selection was limited to followers and frontline employees who directly contact stakeholders. Utilitarianism, Adams’s equity theory, social learning theory, stakeholder theory, and Eudaimonia were the conceptual frameworks used to guide this study. Dental disease is a highly preventable pediatric disease, and 70% of Native American/Alaskan Native (NA/AN) preschool children have a history of dental caries, which is 3.5 times higher than in the general population. This study aimed to conduct a meta-analysis examining the impact of oral health behaviors and attitudes of NA/AN parents and guardians on dental disease in NA/AN school-age children. AbstractEvery year there are approximately 20 million new cases of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in the United States, and half of these are among young adults. Stark County, Ohio recently experienced an increase in chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis cases among 18- to 24-year-old individuals. Public health practitioners have since called for research regarding factors that affect STD knowledge and perceptions in this population. Retail sector investors who do not interpret Altman's Z´´-score accurately can underestimate a company's economic viability and ability to secure debt and equity financing. Grounded in agency theory, the purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to examine the relationship between assets, liabilities, earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT), and financial distress. The data were based on financial statements from 101 U.S. public retail sector companies (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Standard Industrial Codes 5200 through 5990). This study examined the efficacy of the Get With The Guidelines (GWTG)-Stroke program in stroke belt hospitals (SBHs) compared to non-stroke belt hospitals (NSBHs) regarding disparities related to mortality and acute ischemic stroke (AIS) treatment (i.e., recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator [r-tPA] rates, Door-to-Needle [DTN], Door-to-Imaging [DTI]).
