This study is designed to investigate whether the concentration increase with music or scent. The results showed concentoration increase by smelling the scent of peppermint, not listening to music. When nurses work at night and get tired, the scent of peppermint may be effective for improved attention in nursing practice.

Environmental factors affect the epidemiological patterns of diseases, and particularly threaten the reproductive health of young women. In this study, an eating habit modification intervention was found to be effective for reducing menstrual pain and bisphenol A (BPA) levels in female college students.

Approximately 36% of university students did not meet the recommendations for physical activity, and over 60% engaged in too much sedentary behaviors. Self-efficacy for physical activity, self-regulation for sitting less and moving more, and family and peer support for physical activity are significant predictors of physical activity among university students.

Findings from the process evaluation provided insight into participants' perceptions of and engagement with various components of the "Sit Less, Walk More" workplace intervention. The team-based 10,000 steps challenge was the most helpful component, specifically including the elements of pedometer and Step Log, Sitting Log, goal setting, and group competition.

This mixed methods study describes importance of Family-Centered Care (FCC) to pediatric nurses and their view of institutional implementation of FCC. Factor analysis yielded three factors; qualitative analysis provided in-depth explanatory support of the factors. The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship among AQ, self-affirmation, and self-esteem in adolescents with ASD. It was shown that AQ and self-affirmation had a negative correlation, and a positive correlation was found between self-affirmation and Self-Esteem.
