At Stanford Children's Specialty Care Teams were pioneered within the PICU. Prior to team formation review of the data showed incidence of tracheostomy decannulations and pressure ulcers. During this time concerted efforts were made to distinguish the team's contribution versus an educational intervention to interdisciplinary staff on impacting outcomes.

Next, the researcher conducted a qualitative interview with two promotora participants to describe current practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas metroplex. Childhood asthma is a worldwide problem with increasing prevalence. Adolescents (N 313) completed the Perceived Family Support Scale. Data showed that lower social support was associated with low medication adherence. Nurses can identify adolescents who feel and experience a lack of family support and enhance their nursing care accordingly.

This study was to investigate the effectiveness of Smartphone Addiction Prevention Program (SAPP) based on Self-Determination Theory (SDT) of Korea college students. In conclusion, it was verified that SAPP based on SDT was effective to alleviate the level of smartphone addiction.

More information on women's experiences of perinatal-PTDS (P-PTSD) is needed. The purpose of this systematic review was to understand women's experiences of P-PTSD. A taxonomy of P-PTSD experiences was developed to understand this phenomenon. Additional research is needed to examine and develop effective interventions to address P-PTSD.

The average central line-associated blood stream infection (CLABSI) rate of ICU was 3.89â ° , higher than the average rate of 2.6â ° in all medical centers in Taiwan. which motivating us to improve this phenomenon. As a result, the rate of CLABSI was reduced from 8.79â ° to 3.56â °.

This study evaluated a long-acting injectable (LAI) treatment program through examining the short and long-term outcomes of patients with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorders receiving the LAI treatment in comparison with those receiving oral antipsychotic medications. Our findings provide insight into patient demographics, hospitalization rates, total medications, and dose ratios.
