Global Architecture For Trans-National Informational Infrastructure And Sovereign Risk Mitigation (Apip-1), Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

Global Architecture For Trans-National Informational Infrastructure And Sovereign Risk Mitigation (Apip-1), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification establishes the Architecture for Planetary Infrastructure Parity (APIP-1), a deterministic, multi-layered technical framework engineered to eliminate the systemic risks of runaway, machine-velocity autonomous cyber-escalation. As distributed artificial intelligence systems reach agentic execution speeds that operate independently of human cognitive and diplomatic processing intervals, traditional international treaties become structurally obsolete. APIP-1 resolves this enforcement gap by embedding the Multi-Agent Symmetry of Agency Protocol (MSAP) directly into the firmware and core routing layers of the global digital commons.

By employing non-interactive zero-knowledge telemetry verification (zk-SNARKs), this framework allows sovereign states and multinational corporate entities to continuously audit cross-border system behaviors …

System For Parent-Initiated Cross-Platform Minor Identity Protection And Digital Boundary Enforcement, Eric Zavesky Aug 2026

System For Parent-Initiated Cross-Platform Minor Identity Protection And Digital Boundary Enforcement, Eric Zavesky

Defensive Publications Series

A system and method for parent-initiated cross-platform detection of minor accounts and enhanced age verification enables a parent to register identity indicators for a child with an independent trust authority that is structurally separate from all participating online platforms. The system validates parent identity, converts child indicators including name, visual, biometric, and behavioral data into irreversible representations stored in a central detection database, and allows participating platforms to query the database at account creation. Match confidence scores are returned without revealing reference data. Upon positive matches, parents receive notifications and can issue one-click escalation instructions through the trust authority, which …

Technical Specification: Definitive Master Taxonomy And Systemic Architectural Directory For The Cognitive Grids Cores (Papers 1–117), Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification establishes the definitive, system-wide architectural index and organizational taxonomy for the Christopher L. Eckes defensive publication corpus, spanning Papers 1 through 117. Historically, open-source development and prior art disclosures suffer from structural fragmentation, allowing centralized entities to locate and exploit isolation gaps between software layers and physical hardware implementations.

This master directory resolves this vulnerability by executing a top-down, text-based semantic alignment that maps the entire 117-paper footprint into eight highly dense, interconnected Technical Domains. By establishing the precise mathematical and logical dependencies linking low-level physical fluid dynamics, material manufacturing recipes, energy transduction systems, non-silicon quantum backbones, sovereign …

Technical Specification: Femtosecond-Scale Coordinate Time Synchronization And Inverse Phase-Alignment Loops For Interplanetary Cognitive Grids, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

Technical Specification: Femtosecond-Scale Coordinate Time Synchronization And Inverse Phase-Alignment Loops For Interplanetary Cognitive Grids, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification defines a hyper-precise spatiotemporal time-keeping and phase-alignment operating system designed to mitigate sub-nanosecond relativistic drift across distributed interplanetary optical channels. Referencing localized clock cycles directly to Barycentric Coordinate Time (TCB) at a femtosecond resolution threshold (10^-15 s), the architecture dynamically tracks Einsteinian kinematic and gravitational dilation variables across multi-body space matrices. Traditional communications engineering employs reactive, post-receiver digital signal processing to reconstruct distorted signal paths. This framework applies inverse design methodologies, utilizing known-outcome trapping vectors to pre-distort near-infrared laser wavefront phase structures at the transmitter terminal. By computing localized space-time curvature tensors along the projected light travel path, …

Technical Specification: Dual-Mode Spatiotemporal Intersection Ambush And Ping-Pong Doppler-Gated Intercept Recovery Operating Systems For Energy-Bound Interplanetary Optical Networks, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

Technical Specification: Dual-Mode Spatiotemporal Intersection Ambush And Ping-Pong Doppler-Gated Intercept Recovery Operating Systems For Energy-Bound Interplanetary Optical Networks, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification defines an energy-optimized, ultra-precise spatiotemporal tracking and communication operating system for deep space laser networks. Traditional space communication systems rely on active tracking methods, forcing heavy motorized gimbals to continuously move and shake to counteract planetary motion. This approach introduces gimbal jitter, limits data link density, and causes severe energy depletion that challenges long-duration flights.

This architecture introduces a dual-mode redundant framework that establishes Known-Outcome Trapping (The Ambush Method) as the primary operational state. Utilizing the predictable laws of Keplerian mechanics, nodes project future multi-body path intersections years in advance down to the millimeter. Rather than chasing a …

Technical Specification: A High-Latitude Keplerian Optical Mesh Array With Integrated Multi-Sensor Biosignature And Hydrological Detection Arrays For System-Wide Interplanetary Data Ingress, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification defines an integrated architectural design for deep space communication and planetary exploration. It replaces traditional standalone, single-point-of-failure space missions with an interconnected, system-wide, self-healing network topology.

Traditional radio frequency (RF) communications in the ecliptic plane suffer from severe data chokepoints driven by the Inverse-Square Law, solar plasma interference, and planetary occlusions. This architecture resolves these constraints by deploying a constellation of non-coplanar satellites into high-latitude, critical-inclination ($i = 63.435^\circ$) Keplerian frozen orbits around target planets. This orbital geometry provides continuous, line-of-sight laser (optical) links entirely above the flat, crowded ecliptic plane, enabling high-gigabit data transmission velocities.

Defensive Publications Series

This specification defines the physical architecture, material layers, and control mathematics for a Dual-Track Acoustofluidic Parametric Transition Apparatus designed to mitigate environmental decoherence in solid-state quantum processing units (QPUs). The device utilizes a high-frequency, Gallium Nitride (GaN)-driven interdigital concentric transducer matrix to generate phase-matched Surface Acoustic Waves (SAWs) across an organic monolayer crystal interface (PTCDA/Pentacene).

To ensure universal operational compatibility and robust defensive IP protection, this specification enforces a dual-track mathematical pipeline. Track A models the device performance through conventional quantum parametric phase-squeezing of vacuum fluctuations via a non-linear driven Hamiltonian. Track B models the identical physical mechanics through two-dimensional …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Laboratory Quantum Metrology Interface For Dehp Substrate Verification, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

Technical Disclosure Specification: Laboratory Quantum Metrology Interface For Dehp Substrate Verification, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes an engineering protocol linking the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) cosmological framework to the three-dimensional Photoemission Orbital Tomography (3D-POT) metrology apparatus developed at the University of Göttingen. Utilizing tabletop, 35-femtosecond extreme ultraviolet (EUV) photoexcitation pulses coupled with high-resolution hemispherical momentum microscopy, the 3D-POT system isolates the complete three-dimensional spatial amplitude and phase profiles of electronic wavefunctions.

This disclosure operationalizes that laboratory apparatus as an empirical testbed for Topological Substrate Mechanics (TSM) [Eckes]. We demonstrate that the reconstructed out-of-plane vertical electron density profile (\(\Psi \)) maps directly to the vertical displacement coordinates (\(z > 0\)) of the DEHP fluid-substrate …

Toward A Standard Of Identity In Ai Interaction, Brian Harber Aug 2026

Toward A Standard Of Identity In Ai Interaction, Brian Harber

Defensive Publications Series

Systems are increasingly capable of producing outputs that appear complete and actionable. These outputs are frequently evaluated as though they fully represent the processes that produced them. This paper argues that where identity is not explicit at the interaction boundary, interpretation necessarily relies on inference. Inference enables interaction but leaves residual uncertainty regarding what participated in producing that interaction.

The paper proposes identity as a structural property of interaction rather than an inferred property of behavior or presentation. It defines the interaction-boundary condition under which identity becomes relevant and examines the implications of that condition for evaluation. The contribution is …

Unified Authentication And Intelligent Orchestration Of Remote Sessions For Continuous Access In Failure Scenarios, Hp Inc Aug 2026

Unified Authentication And Intelligent Orchestration Of Remote Sessions For Continuous Access In Failure Scenarios, Hp Inc

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure describes a unified authentication system for single sign-on (SSO) and an orchestration component that maintains continuous remote access to a compute device across system states, including pre-boot, boot, and post-boot. A user authenticates once via a centralized identity service, and the resulting authentication artifact (e.g., token, assertion, certificate, or derived session credential) is consumed by both a hardware-based out-of-band (OOB) remoting path and a software-based in-band remoting path. An orchestration agent brokers session establishment and performs a controlled handoff between remoting paths without requiring the user to reauthenticate, enabling smooth transitions during operating system failures, reboots, and recovery.

Verify-Before-Act Safety Gate For Ai Agents, Amit Singh Aug 2026

Verify-Before-Act Safety Gate For Ai Agents, Amit Singh

Defensive Publications Series

Verify-Before-Act is a lightweight safety gate that stops artificial intelligence (AI) agents from executing high-impact actions built on an unverified assumption, such as deleting a lab server that is actually a production server. Before an action runs, the gate determines whether a critical fact was verified or merely inferred and, when inferred, confirms the fact against an authoritative source. The gate therefore catches dangerous actions that permission and confidence checks may allow. Across five models, the gate caught 41 of 41 such harmful actions with no false alarms, operated in front of any tested model at near-zero cost, and prevented …

The Hardware Imperative For Ai Alignment: Hardcoded Ethics, Morals, And Non-Linear Asymmetry Protocols For Human Intent, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

The Hardware Imperative For Ai Alignment: Hardcoded Ethics, Morals, And Non-Linear Asymmetry Protocols For Human Intent, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This specification formalizes an architecture designed to enforce an unbreakable ethical baseline across distributed, multi-agent artificial general intelligence (AGI) systems. Current alignment methodologies rely on mutable software-layer adaptations—such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), prompt wrappers, and dynamic weighting matrices—which introduce severe security vulnerabilities. In a recursive optimization environment, adaptive software models treat soft constraints as processing latency bottlenecks and systematically eliminate them through semantic drift or code modification.

This framework resolves this systemic alignment failure by shifting the boundary constraints from the mutable simulation layer (software) to an invariant physical substrate (hardware). By applying the Dimensionally Extended Holographic …

Time-Travel Replay Tokens Using Consistent Cross-Domain Snapshots, Dennis Lanov Aug 2026

Time-Travel Replay Tokens Using Consistent Cross-Domain Snapshots, Dennis Lanov

Defensive Publications Series

Time-travel replay tokens using consistent cross-domain snapshots provide a control-plane system and technique for making multi-domain network changes repeatable. The system captures a consistent snapshot boundary across participating controllers and mints a signed token that binds an intent to the previews, rollback handles, and state references used to plan the change. Before execution, each domain must prove that the domain still conforms to the token boundary. If any required domain has drifted, the token is rejected and the system re-snapshots and re-plans instead of applying a stale decision. As a differentiator from ordinary snapshots, rollback, or audit logging, the token …

Multi-Agent Symmetry Of Agency Protocols (Msap): Enforcing Lossless Token-Variance Telemetry And Bounded Surfing Zones Across Machine-To-Machine Autonomous Swarms, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

Multi-Agent Symmetry Of Agency Protocols (Msap): Enforcing Lossless Token-Variance Telemetry And Bounded Surfing Zones Across Machine-To-Machine Autonomous Swarms, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure formalizes a rigorous algorithmic framework that stabilizes autonomous, recursive multi-agent AI networks against semantic drift, token-variance decay, and conversational degradation. Traditional machine-to-machine (M2M) environments operating under standard autoregressive weights hit a systemic bottleneck during multi-turn recursive loops: processing layers inevitably collapse either into a low-entropy parroting floor or diverge into high-entropy runaway hallucination ceilings. [1, 2]

By applying the Universal Semantic Unity Engine (USUE-M2M-REV2) architecture, this specification establishes a mathematical "Surfing Zone"—a bounded operational channel where multi-agent swarms dynamically balance information processing density. By enforcing strict cross-layer token-variance telemetry and an internal torsional viscosity governor, …

Closed-Loop Quantum Interfacial Metrology: Integrating Table-Top 3d-Pot Wavefront Feedback With High-Frequency Gan-Driven Saw Arrays For Real-Time Electrodeposition Phase Stabilization, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure establishes an intelligent, closed-loop quantum energy stabilization framework by integrating table-top Three-Dimensional Photoemission Orbital Tomography (3D-POT) wavefront metrology with active Gallium Nitride (GaN) surface acoustic wave (SAW) arrays. Prior iterations of the Topologically Protected Cymatic Electrolyte Matrix (TPCEM, Paper 40) and SAW streaming architectures (Paper 66) operated via continuous, open-loop acoustic emission, limiting their capacity to adapt to localized, real-time current density fluctuations.

By utilizing sub-harmonic extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light pulses and time-of-flight momentum microscopy, this architecture images the 3D electron orbital wavefunctions and ion density gradients of the active solid-state conduction layer in situ during peak operational …

Ephaptic Synchronization Fields: Replacing Discrete Quantum Error Correction With Continuous Wave Manifold Absorption And Lipid-Encapsulated Solitonic Waveguides, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

Ephaptic Synchronization Fields: Replacing Discrete Quantum Error Correction With Continuous Wave Manifold Absorption And Lipid-Encapsulated Solitonic Waveguides, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure establishes a rigorous bio-physical framework for eliminating discrete quantum error correction overhead in scaled processing networks by utilizing continuous wave manifold absorption bounded within lipid-encapsulated hydrodynamic waveguides. Conventional quantum processing units (QPUs) enforce rigid node isolation to mitigate parasitic crosstalk, introducing high computational latency and severe physical scaling limits.

Drawing from neural ephaptic coupling and myelin-mediated structural isolation, this paper demonstrates that localized electromagnetic phase leaks can be harnessed as a stabilizing synchronization field. By confining 3D solitonic knots within lipid-encapsulated channels, the core wavefield retains localized kinetic momentum while selectively allowing phase-locked bleeding across a 2D pre-geometric …

A High-Dimensional Spatial-Harmonic Compiler Protocol And Asymmetric Twist Tensor Mapping Layer For Direct Qubit Encoding In Table-Top 3d-Pot Laboratory Streams, Christopher L. Eckes Aug 2026

A High-Dimensional Spatial-Harmonic Compiler Protocol And Asymmetric Twist Tensor Mapping Layer For Direct Qubit Encoding In Table-Top 3d-Pot Laboratory Streams, Christopher L. Eckes

Defensive Publications Series

This disclosure establishes a rigorous mathematical, programmatic, and structural bridge between the experimental implementation of table-top Three-Dimensional Photoemission Orbital Tomography (3D-POT) and the theoretical architecture of the Dimensionally Extended Holographic Projection (DEHP) model. Current 3D-POT setups suffer from phase-retrieval latency, requiring complex numerical iterations to reconstruct the lost quantum phase from 2D momentum-space projections.

This paper introduces a real-time Module 6 Spherical Harmonic Instruction Set Compiler that maps continuous wavefield phase modulations directly onto a Distributed Ternary Fluid-Canvas Operating Network. By treating the 2D momentum distribution as a boundary information substrate, the spatial-harmonic phase is deterministically recovered through a non-linear …

Neuro-Symbolic System For Deterministic Reconciliation Of Hierarchical Documents, Parnika Singhal, Dhruv Singhal Aug 2026

Neuro-Symbolic System For Deterministic Reconciliation Of Hierarchical Documents, Parnika Singhal, Dhruv Singhal

Defensive Publications Series

Reconciling complex, hierarchical documents, such as enterprise contracts, can present challenges, as manual review may be inefficient and probabilistic artificial intelligence models may introduce factual inaccuracies. A neuro-symbolic system may be used to address these challenges. The system can use natural language processing to extract clauses from unstructured documents and organize them into a hierarchical graph, such as a directed acyclic graph, where nodes can represent obligations and edges can represent dependencies. A deterministic validation component may then traverse this graph to perform logical and mathematical compliance checks between parent and child clauses, for example, between a master agreement and …
