This paucity of data makes determination of interests and preferences of users of such platforms difficult, e.g., for advertisers. Techniques are described herein for efficient tunnel management for secured communication between Network Functions (NFs) across different Public Land Mobile Networks (PLMNs) through Security Edge Protection Proxies (SEPPs). A common secured tunnel is created for all the NFs to interact between visited SEPPs (vSEPP) and home SEPPs (hSEPPs). There is a choice to select different authentication methods between different vSEPP-hSEPP pairs.

A Presence Reporting Area (PRA) feature coupled with Dual Connectivity New Radio (DCNR) / 5G Non-Standalone (NSA) network deployments enable Packet Data Gateways (PGWs) to offer Quality of Service (QoS) upgrade/downgrade of the respective bearer that was switched as part of a path update procedure based on the PRA Identifier (PRA-ID). This disclosure describes techniques to perform improved automatic white balance correction to digital images in a user’s collection. With user permission, multiple photos that depict the same subjects are found in the user’s collection in photos depicting a variety of different lighting and environments, and an automatic white balance correction is determined based on the multiple photos. The white balance correction can be automatically applied to new photos and/or older photos in a user’s collection. Tablet computing devices without pogo pins connect to keyboards via Bluetooth or micro-USB. These connectivity options have certain problems - Bluetooth consumes additional power and often has connectivity problems, while micro-USB keyboards exclusively occupy the USB port, which makes simultaneous charging of the tablet or use with other accessories impossible.

Techniques are provided herein to enhance detection of compromised network devices by maintaining a list of network device indicators of compromise (i.e., a footprint), determining the viable footprints relevant to the device’s specific deployment context, and placing checks for these footprints onto a device. Languages differ in the way they express gender. Some languages are gender-neutral, while others have masculine, feminine, or neuter forms. When translating gender-neutral text into a language with gender, there can be more than one valid translation. For example, the Turkish query “O bir doktor” is translated into English as either “He is a doctor” or “She is a doctor.” Historically, machine translation has not been able to generate more than one gender specific translation. Fingerprint sensors often have difficulty authenticating users if the user’s fingers are wet or moist, e.g., due to sweat. This disclosure presents robust techniques for fingerprint identification based on the K-SVD algorithm, which is a technique to represent images in a sparse manner. A K-SVD dictionary is created out of enrolled fingerprint images. A fingerprint that is to be authenticated is segmented into blocks, and each block is projected against the dictionary.
