การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบข้ามสลับในกลุ่มเดียว แบบสองระยะไขว้กัน (Single-group, two-sequence crossover design) เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการฟังเสียงของมารดา ต่อการตอบสนองของทารกแรกเกิดก่อนกำหนด และความผูกพันของมารดาต่อทารก กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยมารดาและทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด จำนวน 16 คู่ ซึ่งมีอายุครรภ์ระหว่าง 32–36 สัปดาห์ โดยผู้เข้าร่วมถูกสุ่มเข้าสู่สองลำดับ ได้แก่ ลำดับที่ 1 ทารกได้รับโปรแกรมการฟังเสียงของมารดา เป็นเวลา 4 วัน ตามด้วยระยะพัก 1 วัน และจากนั้นได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติอีก 4 วัน และลำดับที่ 2 ทารกได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ 4 วัน ตามด้วยโปรแกรมการฟังเสียงของมารดาอีก 4 วัน การตอบสนองของทารกถูกบันทึกด้วยวิดีโอ ในช่วงก่อน ระหว่าง และหลังการฟังเสียงของมารดา ทั้งการตอบสนองของทารกและความผูกพันของมารดาต่อทารก ได้รับการประเมินโดยใช้แบบประเมินการตอบสนองของทารก (Infant Response Assessment Tool) และแบบสอบถามความผูกพันของมารดาต่อทารก (Mother-to-Infant Attachment Questionnaire) ซึ่งเครื่องมือทั้งสองมีค่าความตรงและความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.8, 88.58%, 0.8–1 และ 0.89 ตามลำดับ ข้อมูลทั่วไปวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การตอบสนองของทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนดวิเคราะห์โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวแบบวัดซ้ำ (One-way repeated measures ANOVA) และความผูกพันของมารดาต่อทารกวิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติ paired t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) มารดาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุเฉลี่ย 31.25 ปี ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในครรภ์ที่สอง (ร้อยละ 56.25) และสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี (ร้อยละ 43.75) ทารกเพศชายร้อยละ 56.25 และเพศหญิงร้อยละ 43.75 อายุครรภ์เฉลี่ย 33.25 สัปดาห์ น้ำหนักแรกเกิดเฉลี่ย 1,967.88 กรัม ทารกส่วนใหญ่ (ร้อยละ 56.25) มีภาวะหายใจลำบาก และได้รับออกซิเจน (ร้อยละ 62.5) โดยมีค่า Apgar score …

This study investigates the effect of real-time data visualization on user performance and experience during treadmill running. Traditional treadmill displays usually present information in plain text, which may limit user engagement and motivation. To address this, the study introduced redesigned displays using data visualization techniques aligned with human perception, such as line graphs and progress bars, to make performance feedback more meaningful and easier to understand. การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความชุกของการเมาเรือจากการทำงานและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน และปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมกับการเกิดอาการเมาเรือในกำลังพลประจำเรือของกองทัพเรือไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยกำลังพลประจำเรือสังกัดกองเรือยุทธการ ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลดำเนินการผ่านแบบสอบถามที่ออกแบบเพื่อประเมินปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเมาเรือ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรเชิงคุณภาพกับการเมาเรือดำเนินการโดยใช้การทดสอบไคสแควร์และการทดสอบฟิชเชอร์ ผลการวิจัยพบความชุกของการเมาเรือที่ร้อยละ 40.8 โดยปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) กับการเมาเรือ ได้แก่ การใช้ยาป้องกันการเมาเรือและคะแนนความไวรับต่อการ เมาเหตุเคลื่อนไหวที่สูงกว่า 11.3 สำหรับปัจจัยด้านการท างานและสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่าขนาดของเรือ ระยะเวลาทำงานเฉลี่ยต่อวัน ตำแหน่งของห้องนอน และสภาพอากาศที่มีพายุขณะเดินเรือ มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) กับการเกิดอาการเมาเรือ ดังนั้นจึงควรกำหนดนโยบายการคัดกรองและประเมินความเสี่ยง ต่อการเมาเรือสำหรับกำลังพลก่อนการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ พิจารณาใช้คะแนนความไวรับต่อการเมาเหตุเคลื่อนไหวใน การวางแผนมาตรการป้องกันและการมอบหมายหน้าที่ที่เหมาะสม จัดอบรมให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและ จัดการการเมาเรือแก่กำลังพลอย่างสม่ำเสมอ รวมทั้งปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมภายในเรือเพื่อลดปัจจัยกระตุ้นการ เมาเรือ ทั้งนี้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันและจัดการปัญหาการเมาเรือในกำลังพลประจำเรือของกองทัพเรือไทย

This study aimed to examine protein consumption behaviors and the factors influencing protein intake among the pre-aging population, with a focus on egg white protein and the acceptance of egg white protein noodles. The study employed the Health Belief Model as a theoretical framework to explore health beliefs regarding protein consumption and its association with sarcopenia among pre-aging adults (45-59 years) in Bangkok, Thailand. Objective: This study aimed to comparatively evaluate the effects of polyherbal, chlorhexidine (CHX), and normal saline (NCC) mouthwashes on oral microbiome composition, microbial metabolic pathways, and patient-reported outcomes, exploring polyherbal alternatives in response to CHX-associated dysbiosis. Methods: A randomized, double-blind trial was conducted among 27 gingivitis patients, randomly assigned to polyherbal, CHX, or NCC mouthwash groups. Participants used the mouthwash twice daily for 7 days. Saliva samples were analyzed via 16S rRNA sequencing. BackgroundIron deficiency increases cardiovascular risk and all-cause mortality in hemodialysis patients. However, standard diagnostic tests, serum ferritin and transferrin saturation (TSAT), have limitations and are costly. Reticulocyte hemoglobin equivalent (RET-He) is a novel, less expensive marker for diagnosing iron deficiency. This study aimed to assess the non-inferiority of RET-He-guided intravenous (IV) iron supplementation compared with TSAT-guided supplementation in hemodialysis patients. Alopecia or hair loss in captive non-human primates (NHPs) such as cynomolgus macaques is a major concern of animal welfare in many primate facilities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the association between alopecic and healthy skin microbiome in cynomolgus macaques. This study included skin swab samples (head, arm, leg, ventral, and dorsal areas) collected from 33 healthy and 50 alopecic macaques housed at the NPRCT-CU. ที่มาและความสำคัญ: ภาวะกล้ามเนื้อลีบจากอายุที่เพิ่มขึ้น (Age-related sarcopenia) ส่งผลให้มวลกล้ามเนื้อและความแข็งแรงของลิ้นในผู้สูงอายุลดลง ซึ่งนำไปสู่ความบกพร่องในการกลืน (dysphagia) และเพิ่มความเสี่ยงต่อภาวะทุพโภชนาการ การสำลักปอดอักเสบ และการเสื่อมถอยของสมอง การออกกำลังกายเพิ่มความแข็งแรงของลิ้น (Tongue-strengthening exercises - TSEs) สามารถช่วยเพิ่มความแข็งแรง ความหนาของลิ้น และการทำงานของการกลืนในผู้สูงอายุที่สุขภาพดีได้ วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของการออกกำลังกายลิ้นรูปแบบต่างๆ ต่อการเพิ่มความแข็งแรง ความทนทานของลิ้นและการกลืนในผู้สูงอายุวิธีการ: ทำการสุ่มอาสาสมัครผู้สูงอายุสุขภาพดีจำนวน 36 คน ที่มีอายุ 65 ปีขึ้นไป ซึ่งเข้ารับการถอนฟันแบบง่ายเพียงซี่เดียวที่ภาควิชาศัลยศาสตร์ช่องปากและแม็กซิลโลเฟเชียล ที่คณะทันตแพทยศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย จากนั้นสุ่มแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มลิ้นห่อ (Tongue wrap) กลุ่มลิ้นมุมปาก (Tongue corner) และกลุ่มทาสีลิ้น (Tongue paint) โดยประเมินความแข็งแรงของลิ้น (Tongue strength) ความทนทานของลิ้น (Tongue endurance) และทดสอบความสามารถในการกลืนโดยการกลืนด้วยวิธี Repetitive Saliva Swallowing Test (RSST) ใน 2 ช่วงเวลา คือก่อนเริ่มฝึก (T0) และสัปดาห์ที่ 4 หลังการฝึก (T1) ผลการศึกษา: ในกลุ่มลิ้นทาสีพบว่าความแข็งแรงของลิ้นส่วนหน้า (Anterior Tongue Strength - ATS) และความแข็งแรงของลิ้นส่วนหลัง (Posterior Tongue Strength - PTS) เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญหลังการฝึก 4 สัปดาห์ (p < 0.05) โดยความแข็งแรงของลิ้นทั้งส่วนหน้าและส่วนหลังในเพศชายของกลุ่มทาสีลิ้นเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p < 0.05) ส่วนความแข็งแรงของลิ้นทั้งส่วนหน้า ส่วนหลัง และความทนทานของลิ้นส่วนหน้าในกลุ่มลิ้นห่อและกลุ่มลิ้นมุมปากเพิ่มขึ้นจากค่าเริ่มต้น แต่ไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ สรุป: การออกกำลังกายลิ้นด้วยการทาสีลิ้นอาจเป็นวิธีที่มีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการเพิ่มความแข็งแรงของลิ้น

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความผาสุก และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการมีอิสระแห่งตน ภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน และบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน กับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน 1 ปีขึ้นไป 3 โรงพยาบาล โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 163 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความผาสุกของพยาบาล แบบสอบถามการมีอิสระแห่งตน แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้างาน และแบบสอบถามบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ได้ค่า CVI เท่ากับ .97, .88, .96 และ .99 ตามลำดับ และทดสอบค่าความเที่ยง โดยคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่า ได้ค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .93, .80, .97 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพแผนกอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉินในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ กรุงเทพมหานคร มีความผาสุกโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.79, S.D. = .41) โดยบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในการปฏิบัติงาน การมีอิสระแห่งตน และภาวะผู้นำที่เอาใจใส่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานของหัวหน้างาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลางกับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = .504, .493 และ .426 ตามลำดับ) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นถึงปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับความผาสุกของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ดังนั้นผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรส่งเสริมความผาสุกกับพยาบาลวิชาชีพให้สอดคล้องกับปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์ เพื่อส่งเสริมและธำรงรักษาให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีความผาสุกที่ดี อันจะส่งผลถึงคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาลที่ดี

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาแนวทางของโครงการอาหารโลก (World Food Programme: WFP) ในการแก้ไขปัญหาความไม่มั่นคงทางอาหารในซูดานระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2019 - 2024 รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบจากการดำเนินงานตามแนวทางดังกล่าว โดยผู้วิจัยใช้กรอบความคิดที่มององค์การระหว่างประเทศเป็นหน่วยที่มีอำนาจใช้บังคับ (International Organizations as Bureaucracies) เพื่อวิเคราะห์การดำเนินงานของ WFP ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่ซับซ้อนของซูดาน อันได้แก่ ปัญหาความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองที่มีการใช้ความรุนแรง เศรษฐกิจที่ตกต่ำ สภาพภูมิอากาศที่แปรปรวน รวมถึงการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19)จากการศึกษาพบว่า แม้ WFP จะสามารถบรรเทาวิกฤตการณ์ขาดแคลนอาหารได้ในเฉพาะหน้า แต่ในความเป็นจริงไม่อาจสร้างผลกระทบในเชิงบวกที่ยั่งยืนให้เกิดขึ้นในซูดานได้ และย่อมหมายถึง WFP ไม่สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน 2 ยุติความหิวโหย (SDG 2 Zero Hunger) ได้เช่นกัน เนื่องจากแนวทางที่กำหนดมาเพื่อใช้แก้ปัญหาความไม่มั่นคงทางอาหารในซูดานไม่ได้มุ่งแก้ไขที่ต้นเหตุแท้จริง อันเป็นผลมาจากความเป็นหน่วยที่มีอำนาจใช้บังคับซึ่งสร้างข้อจำกัดให้กับ WFP ในการดำเนินงานดังกล่าวให้มีประสิทธิภาพ

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษากฎหมายและนโยบายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการส่งเสริมการบริจาคอาหารส่วนเกินในภาคธุรกิจอาหาร ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการลดขยะอาหาร เสริมสร้างความมั่นคงทางอาหาร และสนับสนุนเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDG 2 และ SDG 12) โดยใช้การวิจัยเอกสารเปรียบเทียบกฎหมายไทยกับกฎหมายของสหรัฐอเมริกา สหภาพยุโรป (โดยเฉพาะฝรั่งเศส) และแคนาดา ร่วมกับการประมวลทฤษฎีเศรษฐศาสตร์สิ่งแวดล้อมและเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน เพื่อศึกษาทางกฎหมายด้านความรับผิดของผู้บริจาค แรงจูงใจทางภาษี มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย ตลอดจนความเป็นไปได้ในการนำเครื่องมือคาร์บอนเครดิตมาใช้ในบริบทไทย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประเทศไทยยังขาดกฎหมายเฉพาะในการคุ้มครองผู้บริจาค ขาดสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี และยังไม่มีแนวทางกลางด้านความปลอดภัยของอาหารบริจาค ซึ่งเป็นอุปสรรคต่อการส่งเสริมการบริจาคจากภาคธุรกิจ ผู้วิจัยเสนอให้ตราพระราชบัญญัติส่งเสริมการบริจาคอาหารและลดการสูญเสียอาหาร กำหนดนิยาม หลักเกณฑ์ และความคุ้มครอง จัดตั้งกองทุนเยียวยาและสนับสนุนระบบประกันภัย เพิ่มสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี พัฒนา ระบบ e-Donation ควบคู่การตรวจสอบย้อนกลับ ออกแนวทางกลางด้านความปลอดภัย และนำการบริจาคอาหารเข้าสู่โครงการ T-VER มาตรการเหล่านี้จะสร้างกรอบกฎหมายที่ส่งเสริมการบริจาคอย่างรอบด้าน สอดคล้องกับหลักนิติธรรม ประโยชน์สาธารณะ และความยั่งยืนของประเทศ

Cigarette smoking among adolescent is a significant public health issue in South Asia, especially in Pakistan. This randomized controlled trial with a repeated-measures design aimed to compare changes in smoking cessation (primary outcome) measured by both self-reported and carbon monoxide exhalation level quit rates, and smoking quit attempts as secondary outcome, among male adolescent smokers aged 16-19. A multistage sampling technique was used to recruit 160 eligible participants from two public schools in Karachi, they were school-wise pair-matched based on age, class, smoking frequency, and initiation age. This study employs a newly established provincial panel for the period from 2004 to 2023, integrating the housing price index with CPI, investment, unemployment, fiscal expenditure, urbanization, consumption, land finance dependence, industrial structure, and demographic data. It adopts a two-way fixed effect and multiple identification strategy to estimate how housing price inflation affects provincial GDP And three transmission mechanisms were separated out - wealth-driven consumption, mortgage-backed investment and crowding-out effect. This study aimed to explore the cognition, attitude and consumption behavior of Isaan cuisine (northeastern Thailand) among Chinese living in Thailand. The study was based on a cross-sectional survey of 301 Chinese residents to explore how demographic factors, cultural background and taste preferences affect their acceptance of Isaan cuisine. The results showed that Chinese generally had a positive attitude towards Isaan cuisine, with dishes such as Som Tum and Gai Yang being the most well-known and consumed. This independent study examines the financial and strategic implications of the adoption of automation in the Thailand food processing sector, comparing two publicly listed companies, Betagro and GFPT, with remarkably different approaches. Although Betagro has made a comprehensive digital transformation in its value chain, GFPT sought a more focused and cost-conscious strategy centered on export-oriented automation. Lutein is a carotenoid widely recognized for its health benefits, including improved vision, cognitive function, and prevention of age-related diseases. This study presents a comprehensive techno-economic and environmental assessment of three crude free lutein production processes using marigold flowers (Tagetes erecta L.) at a processing capacity of 74 tons/year, modeled in Asplen Plus V.11. The evaluated processes include sequential extraction and de-esterification (SQP) using hexane (HEX) or liquefied dimethyl ether (LiqDME), and a one-step simultaneous extraction and de-esterification (SMP) using LiqDME. Short content about idealized body images, such as dieting and workouts on TikTok, has influenced teenagers' perceptions of body image due to frequent comparisons. This research examined a relationship between Thai teenagers' perception of TikTok's dieting and workout content concerning their body image and overall appreciation of their bodies. A sample of 516 Thai teenagers indicated their level of agreement with statements about the perception of their body image after watching these videos. This research explores the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the labor market in China, using provincial-level panel data from 2006 to 2022. To address the endogeneity problem and improve analytical accuracy, a fixed-effects model with lagged control variables is employed. The study focuses on three key dimensions: total employment, wages, and employment across different skill levels. Year and COVID-19 dummies are included to account for policy changes and economic fluctuations, and subsample analyses by industry and region are performed. This study aims to investigate the impacts of inward primary-sector foreign direct investment (IPFDI) and inward secondary-sector foreign direct investment (ISFDI) in agricultural and food industries on food security and its four pillars, including food affordability, food availability, food quality and safety, and food sustainability and adaptation. This study focuses on 21 high-income countries, 17 middle-income countries, and 5 low-income countries from 2012 to 2021. For the methodology, this paper employs panel regressions. This study aimed to investigate the identification of flea species infesting goats and to study the molecular prevalence and genetic characterization of hemotropic mycoplasmas in goats and fleas. A total of 500 blood and 79 flea samples were collected from goat farms across seven provinces in Thailand between January 2017 and October 2023. Among the 500 goats examined, 6.6% were infested with fleas, which were morphologically identified and molecularly characterized using mitochondrial (cox-I, cox-II) and nuclear (ITS1, EF-1α) markers as Ctenocephalides orientis. Antimicrobial resistance (AMR), food safety, and sustainable poultry farming are critical global concerns driving the exploration of probiotics as alternatives to antibiotics. This study focused on the isolation, characterization, and evaluation of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) strains and the performance of two probiotics—ProCU (a blend of locally isolated LAB strains) and TOP GUT (a commercial Clostridium butyricum product)—in mitigating Salmonella infection, improving growth performance, and modulating the gut microbiota and resistome in broiler chickens. This study evaluated the effects of dietary supplementation with a multi-strain probiotic containing Bacillus subtilis (5 × 107 CFU/g) and Lactobacillus plantarum (1 × 109 CFU/g) on reproductive performance in multiparous sows and growth performance in weaned piglets. In Experiment 1, 300 sows were assigned to control or probiotic diets across five parity groups (2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to 9) using a 2 × 5 factorial design. Experiment 2 involved 120 weaned piglets randomly allocated to four dietary treatments: control, antibiotic, enzyme, or probiotic.
