Flavobacterium oreochromis is an opportunistic bacteria and causative agent of columnaris disease that affects freshwater fish worldwide. To initiate infection, the bacteria are required to attach and form biofilm on the fish's skin. The bacteria cells in the biofilm then produce toxins that can degrade fish connective tissue, resulting in lesions and ulcers. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) extract by three organic solvents (hexane, ethanol, and methanol) in biofilm inhibition and modulation of biofilm-associated genes of F. oreochromis. The digeanean Clinostomum spp. is a significant parasitic pathogen of freshwater fish. It has low host specificity and a wide distribution geographically. Morphological and molecular data analyses have been performed on Clinostomum to assess its diversity. However, the molecular occurrence of Clinostomum spp. in aquaculture in Thailand has yet to be reported. Snakeskin gourami (Trichopodus pectoralis), a freshwater fish cultured in Thailand, has significant economic importance. The gastrointestinal infectious diseases caused by bacteria have been a major problem in the Thai swine industry. Porcine proliferative enteropathy (PPE), also known as porcine ileitis, is an enteric infectious disease caused by Lawsonia intracellularis. Porcine ileitis has been an economic threat to the global pork production system due to various types of diarrheas. Serological diagnosis can be applied for determining pathogen-antibodies seroprevalence and the timing of L. intracellularis infection when introduced to the herd. A lack of serological data since 2009, as well as recent antibiotic usage restrictions, may have a negative impact on porcine ileitis seroprevalence in Thailand. …

This study aimed to describe the AMR characteristics and transferable R plasmids in Escherichia coli isolated from meat ducks reared in an open house system. One hundred seventy-seven (n=177) commensal E. coli were previously isolated from duck cloacal swabs. In this study, all were biochemically confirmed and examined for their susceptibilities to 15 antimicrobial agents by broth microdilution method. Transfer of R plasmids was tested by biparental mating method followed by plasmid replicon typing (PBRT) and plasmid multi-locus sequence typing (pMLST). The highest resistance rates were observed for ampicillin (83.0%) and tetracycline (81.9%) while multidrug resistance was common (86.4%). Extended-spectrum …

Orthognathic surgery can limit oral intake postoperatively, leading to the loss of weight and muscle mass, which can weaken the immunity. To ensure proper perioperative care, it is crucial to provide adequate nutrition and mitigate surgical stress-induced catabolism. The microencapsulation, a promising technology, could preserve the probiotic viability during processing, storage, and delivery to gastrointestinal tract through the wall layer. However, the loss of probiotic depends on heat/stress-susceptibility of culture themselves and the microencapsulating efficiency of wall materials. The selection of wall material composition is very challenging. Maltodextrin (MD) is mostly selected for the microencapsulating application because of its low price, rapid water solubilization, and low viscosity. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาปัจจัยโลจิสติกส์การท่องเที่ยวที่ส่งผลต่อนักท่องเที่ยวเชิงส่งเสริมสุขภาพในจังหวัดภูเก็ต วิเคราะห์และจัดลำดับความสำคัญ และระดับความพึงพอใจของนักท่องเที่ยวเชิงส่งเสริมสุขภาพชาวต่างชาติ ต่อปัจจัยโลจิสติกส์การท่องเที่ยว และเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงการจัดการโลจิสติกส์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงส่งเสริมสุขภาพในจังหวัดภูเก็ต รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ผลด้วยเทคนิค IPA แบบสอบถามแบ่งตามกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักท่องเที่ยวเชิงส่งเสริมสุขภาพชาวต่างประเทศ จำนวน 140 ราย ผู้ประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ จำนวน 18 ราย และภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ จำนวน 5 ราย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) นักท่องเที่ยวเชิงส่งเสริมสุขภาพชาวต่างชาติ ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในวัยทำงาน เป็นผู้มีการศึกษา ประกอบอาชีพธุรกิจส่วนตัวและพนักงาน/ เจ้าหน้าที่บริษัท มีรายได้ปานกลางค่อนข้างสูงถึงสูง เป็นชาวยุโรปและอเมริกามากที่สุด (2) นักท่องเที่ยวเชิงส่งเสริมสุขภาพชาวต่างชาติ ให้ความสำคัญปัจจัยโลจิสติกส์การท่องเที่ยวภาพรวมรายด้านมากที่สุดทุกด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านการเงิน ด้านบริการในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพ ด้านกายภาพ ด้านสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว และด้านข้อมูลข่าวสาร ตามลำดับ (3) นักท่องเที่ยวฯ มีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อปัจจัยโลจิสติกส์การท่องเที่ยว ภาพรวมรายด้านมากที่สุดในด้านการเงิน ด้านบุคลากร และด้านสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ตามลำดับ (4) ปัจจัยโลจิสติกส์การท่องเที่ยวที่จำเป็นต้องดำเนินการให้มีการปรับปรุงอย่างเร่งด่วน คือ ภาพรวมในด้านบริการในสถานประกอบการ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งปัจจัย สถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพมีการให้บริการที่หลากหลาย และปัจจัยโลจิสติกส์ที่ทำได้ดี คือ ด้านบุคลากร (บริการด้วยความสุภาพ อ่อนน้อม เอาใจใส่) และด้านการเงิน (ค่าบริการ) ทั้งนี้ เพื่อเป็นเสริมจุดแข็ง และเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงส่งเสริมสุขภาพ จำเป็นต้องเร่งปรับปรุงในปัจจัย มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญในการให้บริการที่ดี (ด้านบุคลากร) และ มีบริการ Cashless ในสถานประกอบการเพื่อสุขภาพและแหล่งท่องเที่ยว (ด้านการเงิน)

This study aimed to explore, develop and test the psychometric properties of repositioning practice measures among nurses in Saudi hospitals and explores its components' psychometric properties. The study adopted the DeVellis scale development framework. Initially, the study clarifies the concept by literature review and interviewing six experts. Then a pool of 103 items was generated as the first draft. Over two rounds of expert revisions, the experts accept 61 items with content validity index means ( I-CVIs) equal to 0.91 and scale content validity = 0.81. later, the reliability with alpha Cronbach was 0.98. การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบสอบถามการบริโภคอาหารสำหรับประเมินประสิทธิภาพการบดเคี้ยวทางอัตวิสัยและจำแนกผู้ป่วยที่มีสภาวะช่องปากที่แตกต่างกัน รวมทั้งทดสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามการบริโภคอาหารที่พัฒนาขึ้น โดยแบ่งการศึกษาทางคลินิกแบบภาคตัดขวางเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ (1) การพัฒนาแบบสอบถามการบริโภคอาหาร 20 ชนิด ซึ่งประกอบด้วยอาหารที่มีความถี่ในการบริโภคสูงสุด 14 ชนิดจาก 4 กลุ่มอาหาร และอาหารที่ผู้ที่ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากเคี้ยวได้ยากหรือเคี้ยวไม่ได้เลยอีก 6 ชนิด และ (2) การนำแบบสอบถามการบริโภคอาหารไปใช้ประเมินประสิทธิภาพการบดเคี้ยวทางอัตวิสัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยที่ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก ฟันเทียมบางส่วนถอดได้ หรือฟันเทียมติดแน่นจำนวน 110 คน ประเมินความยากในการบดเคี้ยวอาหาร 20 ชนิดในแบบสอบถามการบริโภคอาหารด้วยมาตรวัดลิเคิร์ท 3 ระดับ เพื่อนำมาคำนวณคะแนนการบดเคี้ยว ประสิทธิภาพการบดเคี้ยวทางวัตถุวิสัยประเมินจากขนาดอนุภาคถั่วลิสงที่ผ่านการบดเคี้ยวโดยใช้วิธีการกรองผ่านตะแกรง 12 ชั้น ขนาดอนุภาคถั่วลิสงที่มีขนาดเล็กบ่งบอกถึงประสิทธิภาพการบดเคี้ยวทางวัตถุวิสัยที่ดี ทดสอบความตรงเชิงสอดคล้องของแบบสอบถามโดยเปรียบเทียบความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคะแนนการบดเคี้ยวและขนาดอนุภาคถั่วลิสง ทดสอบความตรงเชิงจำแนกของแบบสอบถามโดยเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการบดเคี้ยวระหว่างกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีสภาวะช่องปากแตกต่างกัน ทดสอบความเที่ยงภายในและความเที่ยงจากการทดสอบซ้ำของแบบสอบถามด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้น จากผลการศึกษาสามารถจัดกลุ่มอาหาร 20 ชนิด เป็น 5 ระดับตามความยากในการบดเคี้ยว พบว่าคะแนนการบดเคี้ยวมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางลบกับขนาดอนุภาคถั่วลิสงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = -0.659, p < 0.05) โดยค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการบดเคี้ยวและขนาดอนุภาคถั่วลิสงมีความแตกต่างกันระหว่างกลุ่มที่มีจำนวนฟันธรรมชาติที่เหลืออยู่ จำนวนคู่สบฟันหลัง ชนิดของฟันเทียม และคุณภาพของฟันเทียมที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ แบบสอบถามการบริโภคอาหารมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.892 และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ภายในชั้นเท่ากับ 0.953 จากผลการศึกษาสรุปได้ว่าแบบสอบถามการบริโภคอาหารที่พัฒนาขึ้นในการศึกษานี้มีความตรงและความเที่ยงที่เพียงพอในการประเมินประสิทธิภาพการบดเคี้ยวทางอัตวิสัยและสามารถจำแนกผู้ป่วยที่มีสภาวะช่องปากที่แตกต่างกัน

ในงานวิจัยนี้ได้เตรียมนาโนคอมพอสิตของยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์/นาโนเซลลูโลส โดยเริ่มจากการสังเคราะห์ยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์ผ่านกระบวนการอิพอกซิเดชันของน้ำยางธรรมชาติ พบว่ามีปริมาณหมู่อิพอกไซด์ร้อยละ 31 โดยโมล ต่อมาทำการเตรียมนาโนเซลลูโลสจากผักตบชวาโดยเตรียมเซลลูโลสนาโนไฟเบอร์ และเซลลูโลสนาโนคริสตัลจากการไฮโดรไลซิสเซลลูโลสนาโนไฟเบอร์ด้วยกรดที่ความเข้มข้นต่าง ๆ จากการวิเคราะห์โครงสร้างผลึกพบว่าเซลลูโลสนาโนคริสตัลมีปริมาณผลึกมากกว่าเซลลูโลสนาโนไฟเบอร์ และปริมาณผลึกเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อเพิ่มความเข้มข้นของกรดมากขึ้น และเมื่อทำการเตรียมนาโนคอมพอสิตของยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์/นาโนเซลลูโลส พบว่าการใส่นาโนเซลลูโลสมีส่วนช่วยในการปรับปรุงสมบัติด้านความทนแรงดึงและความทนน้ำมันของนาโนคอมพอสิตเมื่อเทียบกับยางธรรมชาติและยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์ หากแต่เสถียรภาพทางความร้อนของนาโนคอมพอสิตไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งจากการเตรียมนาโนคอมพอสิตของยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์/เซลลูโลสนาโนไฟเบอร์ (ปริมาณ 0.5–3 ส่วนต่อยางร้อยส่วน) พบว่านาโนคอมพอสิตที่ใส่เซลลูโลสนาโนไฟเบอร์ปริมาณ 2 ส่วนต่อยางร้อยส่วน แสดงสมบัติด้านความทนแรงดึงและความทนน้ำมันสูงกว่ายางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์ 1.80 และ 1.39 เท่า ตามลำดับ จากนั้นนำนาโนคอมพอสิตของยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์/เซลลูโลสนาโนไฟ-เบอร์ไปเปรียบเทียบกับนาโนคอมพอสิตของยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์/เซลลูโลสนาโนคริสตัลที่มีการไฮโดรไลซิสที่ความเข้มข้นของกรดต่าง ๆ ที่ปริมาณ 2 ส่วนต่อยางร้อยส่วน พบว่านาโนคอมพอสิตที่มีการใส่เซลลูโลสนาโนคริสตัลที่ไฮโดรไลซิสด้วยกรดความเข้มข้น 5 โมลาร์ มีสมบัติด้านความทนแรงดึงและความทนน้ำมันสูงที่สุด โดยมีค่าความทนแรงดึงและมอดุลัสที่ความเครียดร้อยละ 300 มีค่าเพิ่มขึ้น 1.89 และ 2 เท่า ตามลำดับ เมื่อเทียบกับยางธรรมชาติอิพอกซิไดส์ นอกจากนี้เมื่อทำการเปรียบเทียบกระบวนการผสมแบบเลเท็กซ์คอมพาวด์และ ‘อินซิทู’ พบว่ากระบวนการผสมแบบเลเท็กซ์คอมพาวด์มีสมบัติด้านความทนแรงดึงและความทนน้ำมันที่สูงกว่ากระบวนการผสมแบบ ‘อินซิทู’ เมื่อพิจารณาที่ปริมาณเซลลูโลนาโนคริสตัลในนาโนคอมพอสิตเท่า ๆ กัน

Therefore, this study aimed to prepare moringa leaf protein concentrate (MoLPC) from dried moringa leaves, compare their physico-chemical and functional properties and determine enhanced nutritional value of pancakes fortified with MoLPC compared to unfortified pancake. This research focuses on the optimization of ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) conditions of marigold flower extract (MFE) using response surface methodology (RSM) and to produce microcapsule using spray drying with different wall materials and ratios. In this thesis, we propose to apply the two main subtasks of natural language processing (NLP), namely natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG), to digital advertising to enhance the effectiveness of advertising. The data was collected from the surgery during November 2021 to April 2022, including 10 Pomeranians and 4 Chihuahuas, which were medial patellar luxation (MPL) grade 3.
