This research study aimed to investigate the incidence and characterize antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in Salmonella enterica and Escherichia coli isolated from broilers, pigs and their meat products in Thailand–Cambodia border provinces. Resistance to clinically importance antimicrobials was additionally examined in the E. coli isolates from other provinces with high pig production in Thailand. A total of 941 samples were collected from broilers and pigs at slaughterhouses and their carcasses at local fresh markets in Sa Kaeo, Thailand (n=554) and Banteay Meanchey and Siem Reap, Cambodia (n=387) during 2014-2015. Thrombopoiesis is the process of platelet production from hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). Glycoproteins (GP) Ib-IX-V that is expressed on the surface of megakaryocytes and platelets binds von Willebrand factor (VWF) plays roles in platelet production. Either the GPIb deficiency or hyper-function can cause macrothrombocytopenia, the molecular mechanisms remain unclear. In this study, the pathogenesis investigations were performed in the human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) model. Cancer metastasis is the major cause of about 90% of cancer deaths. As epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) is known for potentiating metastasis. In the present study aimed to elucidate the effect of ovalitenone on the suppression of EMT and metastasis-related behaviors, including cell movement and growth under detached conditions, and cancer stem cells (CSCs), of lung cancer cells. Ovalitenone, as a flavonoid was extracted from roots of Millettia erythrocalyx Gapnep., was the first reported to show the anti-migration activity of H460 and A549 lung cancer cells. Carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) has been increasing reported worldwide. The aims of this study were to investigate the mechanisms of carbapenem resistance in K. pneumoniae Thai isolates and study the synergistic activities of antibiotic combinations against CRKP isolates. Two-hundred and forty CRKP clinical isolates were obtained from patients at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital between September 2016 and April 2020. The antibiotic susceptibility testing was determined by agar dilution to imipenem, meropenem, amikacin, fosfomycin, ciprofloxacin and by broth microdilution to colistin. Nanoscale zerovalent iron (nZVI) plays a significant role in environmental remediation including the removal of arsenic from groundwater and drinking water. This study synthesized modified nZVI particles in order to remove arsenic in drinking water. Reductive precipitation under various conditions was used to produce non-modified nZVI (B-nZVI) and lignin-modified nZVI using either 1 g/L lignin solution (L-nZVI) or pulp and paper wastewater (P-nZVI) as the substrate. The shifting of autophagy, a catabolic process for cell survival, toward death could be a potential mode of anti-cancer drug action. In addition, autophagic cell death (ACD) is an alternative death mechanism in resistant malignant cancer cells. This study, we demonstrated how PE5, a stilbene compound, exhibits potent ACD-promoting activity and apoptosis in lung cancer cells that may offer an opportunity for novel cancer treatment. It was found that PE5 exerted a higher toxic effect toward cancer cells compared with its effect on normal cells. However, molecular mechanisms of stress response in Leptospira are not fully understood. งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเล่าเรื่องและการสร้างตัวละครหลักของละครโทรทัศน์แนวโรแมนติกคอมเมดี้ตามแบบฉบับละครช่อง 7HD โดยศึกษาละครโทรทัศน์แนวโรแมนติกคอมเมดี้จำนวน 5 เรื่อง ซึ่งออกอากาศทางช่อง 7HD ในช่วงเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2562 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2563 งานวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพทั้งการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาละครและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ผลิตละคร ได้แก่ ผู้จัดละคร ผู้กำกับการแสดงและผู้เขียนบทละคร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การเล่าเรื่องของละครโทรทัศน์แนวโรแมนติกคอมเมดี้ทั้ง 5 เรื่อง ส่วนใหญ่นำเสนอเรื่องราวที่มีแก่นเรื่องเกี่ยวกับความรักและศีลธรรมเป็นหลัก ซึ่งนอกจากความรักของตัวละครหลักแล้วยังนำเสนอเรื่องราวที่สอดคล้องกับความรักความผูกพันภายในครอบครัวด้วย การดำเนินเรื่องราวมีโครงเรื่องไม่ซับซ้อนอาศัยความขัดแย้งระหว่างบุคคล ความขัดแย้งภายในจิตใจเป็นหลัก แต่สำหรับละครบางเรื่องมีการใช้ความขัดแย้งประเภทพลังธรรมชาติและพลังเหนือธรรมชาติเข้ามาผสมผสานด้วย ส่วนมุมมองการเล่าเรื่องอาศัยการเล่าเรื่องแบบผู้รอบรู้เป็นหลักสำคัญตลอดการเล่าเรื่องราวประกอบกับการเล่าเรื่องแบบความทรงจำในอดีตของตัวละครเป็นบางช่วง เพื่อให้การเล่าเรื่องมีความสมบูรณ์มากยิ่งขึ้น การสร้างตัวละครหลัก แต่ละตัวละครจะมีทั้งคุณลักษณะของตัวละคร ได้แก่ ลักษณะทางกายภาพ ประเภทและรายละเอียดของลักษณะนิสัย และเรื่องราวของตัวละคร ได้แก่ สถานภาพ อาชีพ ลักษณะทางสังคม ความเชื่อและทัศนคติ เป้าหมายของตัวละคร ปรากฏให้เห็นแตกต่างกันไปขึ้นอยู่กับเรื่องราวของละคร โดยภาพรวมของตัวละครหลักพบว่า ลักษณะทางกายภาพของตัวละครมีความหลากหลายมากขึ้นอย่างชัดเจน หน้าตาของพระเอกและนางเอกมีทั้งแบบไทยและแบบลูกครึ่งต่างชาติ ส่วนลักษณะนิสัยของตัวละครหลัก พระเอกเป็นคนจิตใจดี สุภาพบุรุษ แสดงออกชัดเจนตรงไปตรงมา รักครอบครัวและรักเดียวใจเดียว นางเอกเป็นคนจิตใจดี ฉลาดทันคน ค่อนข้างเข้มแข็ง มีเหตุผลและแสดงออกชัดเจนตรงไปตรงมาเช่นเดียวกัน ละครโทรทัศน์แนวโรแมนติกคอมเมดี้ตามแบบฉบับละครช่อง 7HD พบสูตรการสร้างสรรค์ละคร 2 สูตร ได้แก่ สูตรที่ 1 ละครโทรทัศน์แนวโรแมนติกคอมเมดี้ที่มีสัดส่วนของโรแมนติกคอมเมดี้เป็นหลักและสูตรที่ 2 ละครโทรทัศน์แนวโรแมนติกคอมเมดี้ที่มีส่วนผสมของแนวเรื่องประเภทอื่น โดยความถนัดของผู้กำกับละครแต่ละคนมีผลต่อการสร้างสรรค์ละครแนวนี้และในอนาคตมีแนวโน้มของการสร้างสรรค์บทละครแบบเขียนขึ้นใหม่มากกว่าการใช้เค้าโครงเรื่องเก่า

การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เรื่องเล่าที่องค์กรใช้ในกระบวนการกล่อมเกลาทางสังคมต่อ พนักงานใหม่และ 2) การรับรู้ของพนักงานใหม่ต่อเรื่องเล่าขององค์กรบริษัทผลิตภาพยนตร์ไทยแห่งหนึ่ง เครื่องมือหลักในการศึกษา ได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์ผู้ก่อตั้งองค์กร ผู้บริหารและพนักงานใหม่ (อายุงานไม่เกิน 3 ปี) รวมทั้งสิ้น 16 คน ร่วมกับการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามหลักการวิเคราะห์เรื่องเล่าและการวิเคราะห์แก่นสาระตามการปฏิบัติการต่าง ๆ ในองค์กร ผลการวิจัยพบว่า วัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมหลักขององค์กรที่ถ่ายทอดไปยังพนักงานผ่านเรื่องเล่า ได้แก่ แนวคิดสุขนิยม ครอบครัวมืออาชีพ และความเชื่อเรื่องสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ โดยผู้บริหารองค์กรใช้แนวคิดสุขนิยมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของกระบวนการคัดเลือก พนักงานใหม่ ในเรื่องครอบครัวมืออาชีพ องค์กรได้สื่อสารผ่านการปฏิบัติต่อกันแบบพี่น้องและการจัดการด้านกายภาพที่ออกแบบตกแต่งองค์กรในรูปแบบบ้าน ส่วนเรื่องความเชื่อสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์เกิดขึ้นภายหลังเนื่องจากรูปแบบธุรกิจที่ไม่สามารถ คาดเดาผลประกอบการได้ โดยผู้บริหารเห็นว่าพิธีกรรมมีส่วนช่วยรวมกลุ่มคนทำงานด้วย นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าเรื่องเล่าและการเล่าเรื่องที่ใช้ในกระบวนการกล่อมเกลาทางสังคมขององค์กรสอดคล้องไปในทิศทางเดียวกับวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมองค์กรและเกี่ยวข้องกับความเป็นมาขององค์กร ความยากลำบากของการทำงานในอดีต ความผิดพลาดในอดีต การเรียนรู้ และความสำเร็จขององค์กร ความภาคภูมิใจของคนในองค์กร และความเชื่อเรื่องสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ สำหรับกลวิธีที่ใช้เรื่องเล่าใน กระบวนการกล่อมเกลาทางสังคมขององค์กร พบว่ามีการกล่อมเกลาทางสังคมทั้งแบบเดี่ยวและแบบกลุ่ม การกล่อมเกลาทางสังคมทั้งแบบเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ การกล่อมเกลาทางสังคมแบบมีตัวแบบ และการกล่อมเกลาทางสังคมแบบที่ตารางเวลาไม่คงที่ ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับช่วงเวลาการฉายของภาพยนตร์แต่ละเรื่อง ในส่วนการรับรู้ของพนักงานใหม่ พนักงานใหม่รับรู้วัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมขององค์กรในด้านความเชื่อเรื่องสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ ครอบครัวมืออาชีพ และแนวคิดสุขนิยมตามลำดับ อย่างไรก็ตามในความเป็นครอบครัวมืออาชีพ พนักงานใหม่ส่วนใหญ่รับรู้เพียงมิติความเป็นครอบครัว นอกจากนี้การรับรู้เรื่องเล่าของพนักงานมีความสอดคล้องกับเรื่องเล่าที่องค์กรถ่ายทอด ส่วนในด้านการยอมรับและการต่อรองความหมายในวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมขององค์กร มีกลุ่มพนักงานที่ยอมรับวัฒนธรรมและค่านิยมขององค์กร และมีทั้งที่อยากปฏิบัติงานต่อและไม่อยากปฏิบัติงานต่อ เช่นเดียวกับพนักงานที่ไม่ยอมรับวัฒนธรรมองค์กรและค่านิยมขององค์กร

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และการตัดสินใจซื้อเนื้อทำจากพืชของผู้บริโภค (2) ศึกษาความแตกต่างระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากร กับความใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และการตัดสินใจซื้อเนื้อทำจากพืช (3) ศึกษาถึงอิทธิพลของความใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การรับรู้ และทัศนคติ ต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อเนื้อทำจากพืช เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านทางกูเกิลฟอร์ม (Google Form) โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 400 คน แล้วนำผลมาวิเคราะห์ประมวลข้อมูลทางสถิติด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เพศหญิงมีความใส่ใจต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ และการตัดสินใจซื้อเนื้อทำจากพืชสูงกว่าเพศชาย ผู้ที่มีอายุมาก มีการรับรู้ต่อเนื้อทำจากพืชสูงกว่าผู้ที่มีอายุน้อย ผู้ที่มีการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี มีทัศนคติ และการตัดสินใจซื้อเนื้อทำจากพืชสูงกว่าผู้ที่มีการศึกษาสูงกว่า นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ทัศนคติต่อเนื้อทำจากพืช มีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อเนื้อทำจากพืชอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบถึง 1) เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างระหว่างลักษณะทางประชากร กับคุณลักษณะเชิงระดับความนิยม คุณลักษณะเชิงบุคลิกลักษณะ ระดับความผูกพันของผู้บริโภคต่อเนื้อหา ระดับความไว้วางใจ และการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าด้านการท่องเที่ยว 2) เพื่ออธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะเชิงระดับความนิยม คุณลักษณะเชิงบุคลิกลักษณะ ระดับความผูกพันของผู้บริโภคต่อเนื้อหา กับระดับความไว้วางใจ 3) เพื่ออธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระดับความไว้วางใจ กับการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าด้านการท่องเที่ยว เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยแบบสำรวจด้วยการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในรูปแบบ แบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยต้องมีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป และมีการติดตามผู้นำทางความคิดด้านการท่องเที่ยว ในเครือข่ายสังคมออนไลน์เฟซบุ๊กเพจ ภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปีที่ผ่านมา จำนวน 400 คน นำผลมาวิเคราะห์ใน SPSS ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความนิยมด้านคุณลักษณะของผู้นำทางความคิดด้านการท่องเที่ยวในระดับปานกลาง 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับการรับรู้คุณลักษณะของผู้นำทางความคิดด้านการท่องเที่ยวในระดับปานกลาง 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีระดับความผูกพันต่อเนื้อหาในระดับปานกลาง 4) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความไว้วางใจผู้นำทางความคิดด้านการท่องเที่ยวในระดับมาก 5) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าด้านการท่องเที่ยวในระดับปานกลางโดยการศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีระดับนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐานพบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุ และอาชีพแตกต่างกัน มีระดับการรับรู้คุณลักษณะของผู้นำทางความคิดด้านการท่องเที่ยวแตกต่างกัน 2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีอายุแตกต่างกัน มีระดับความผูกพันต่อเนื้อหาแตกต่างกัน 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีเพศ อายุ อาชีพ รายได้ และสถานภาพต่างกัน มีการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าด้านการท่องเที่ยวแตกต่างกัน 4) คุณลักษณะของผู้นำทางความคิดด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงระดับความนิยมและเชิงบุคลิกลักษณะ ระดับความผูกพันของผู้บริโภคต่อเนื้อหา มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับความไว้วางใจ 5) การตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าด้านการท่องเที่ยวของผู้บริโภคมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับความไว้วางใจ
