Streptococcus agalactiae is a highly contagious pathogen with a significant economic impact on bovine mastitis. The research aims to achieve three objectives: 1) identifying and characterizing S. agalactiae strains responsible for bovine mastitis based on their phenotypic and genotypic characteristics, 2) determining susceptibility profiles to antimicrobial agents, and 3) applying molecular epidemiological analysis to explore intramammary infections in Thai dairy herds. We analyzed a collection of one hundred S. agalactiae isolates from clinical and subclinical mastitis cases in thirteen dairy herds in central region of Thailand. The present study was carried out to (i) investigate the association between boar semen microbiota and semen qualities and (ii) determine the relationship between boar bacteria contamination and longevity of boar semen preserved for 3 days in BTS with and without gentamicin. A total of 20 Duroc ejaculates were collected from standard quality boars (n=10) and high-quality ones (n= 10). This cross-sectional correlation study aimed to: 1) discover the levels of aggression and its characteristics and 2) to examine direct and indirect paths of relationships between parental monitoring, self-esteem, self-control, academic self-concept, media violence exposure, peer deviance, and aggression among middle adolescents with conduct problems in the community, Indonesia. การตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมมีบทบาทสำคัญในการสร้างความมั่นใจต่อระดับความสะอาดของสภาพแวดล้อมในระหว่างกระบวนการผลิต โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในการผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทยาฉีด โดยควรต้องกำหนดให้มีโปรแกรมการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมอย่างเป็นประจำ เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงของการปนเปื้อนจากเชื้อจุลินทรีย์และอนุภาคสิ่งแปลกปลอมอื่นๆ ในการศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมตามแนวทางการประเมินความเสี่ยงในห้องสะอาดสำหรับยาฉีดของแผนกบรรจุผลิตภัณฑ์ ศูนย์ผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์จากพลาสมา สภากาชาดไทย จำนวน 13 ห้อง แนวทางการจัดการความเสี่ยงคุณภาพอ้างอิงตาม International Council for Harmonization Q9 โดยใช้เครื่องมือ Risk ranking and filtering ในการประเมินและจัดระดับความเสี่ยงเพื่อกำหนดความถี่และตำแหน่งในการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อม สำหรับขั้นตอนการระบุความเสี่ยง มีการประเมินความเสี่ยงเพื่อค้นหาปัจจัยที่อาจทำให้เกิดการปนเปื้อนจากเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ด้วย Fishbone diagram ในการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง ได้ทำการเลือกปัจจัยที่จะส่งกระทบผลต่อคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยของผลิตภัณฑ์ ในแง่ของความรุนแรงและโอกาสที่จะเกิดการปนเปื้อน ปัจจัยที่นำมาพิจารณา ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการผลิต, ระยะเวลาที่มีการปฏิบัติงาน, ขั้นตอนกระบวนการผลิต, ความยากง่ายต่อการทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์, ความถี่ในการทำความสะอาดและกำจัดเชื้อโรค, ข้อมูลประวัติแนวโน้มของการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อม, จำนวนบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงาน และการมีท่อเดรนหรือท่อน้ำในพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้เกณฑ์และคะแนนของแต่ละปัจจัยจะถูกกำหนดและประเมินโดยคณะทำงานประเมินความเสี่ยง เพื่อคำนวณค่าความเสี่ยงและจัดระดับได้เป็น 5 ระดับ แนวทางการประเมินความเสี่ยงนำไปสู่โปรแกรมการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมใหม่ ซึ่งมีความถี่ในการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมของแต่ละพื้นที่ได้เป็นสัปดาห์ละครั้ง จำนวน 5 ห้อง สองสัปดาห์ครั้ง จำนวน 1 ห้อง และสามเดือนครั้ง จำนวน 7 ห้อง สำหรับตำแหน่งและวิธีการทดสอบที่ประเมินได้ คือ Particle count 26 ตำแหน่ง, Volumetric air sampling 26 ตำแหน่ง, Settle plate 29 ตำแหน่ง และ Contact plate 33 ตำแหน่ง ในขั้นตอนการทบทวนความเสี่ยงพบว่าหลังจากเปลี่ยนโปรแกรมการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมใหม่ ผลการตรวจยังคงผ่านตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด และเมื่อพิจารณาจากการคำนวณ %Contamination recovery rate (CRR) พบว่ายังคงผ่านตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดเช่นเดียวกัน ดังนั้นจึงไม่ได้มีผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือระดับการปนเปื้อนในห้องสะอาด โดยรวมแล้วความสำเร็จของโปรแกรมการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมจะขึ้นอยู่กับประสิทธิภาพของการประเมินความเสี่ยง การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และวิธีในการทดสอบตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อม อย่างไรก็ตามสิ่งที่สำคัญหลังจากที่จัดทำหรือปรับปรุงโปรแกรมการตรวจติดตามสภาวะแวดล้อมแล้วจะต้องมีการประเมินและปรับปรุงโปรแกรมอย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสภาวะแวดล้อมในพื้นที่สะอาดจะคงอยู่ในสถานะที่ควบคุมได้และไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์

This research argues the history of the Chinese Association in Thailand (CAT) is strongly connected to the transformation of self-identity among the pro-Republic of China Thai Chinese. การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการวางตำแหน่งของตราสินค้า คุณค่าของตราสินค้า และภาพลักษณ์ของตราสินค้า และการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อ แนวโน้มในการเลือกเชียร์สโมสรไฮเทค บาสเกตบอล โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นแฟนบาสเกตบอลสโมสรไฮเทค จำนวน 400 คน โดยทำการกระจายแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ (Google Form) ผ่านทาง Inbox Page Facebook ของสโมสรไฮเทค ให้กับผู้กดติดตาม และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน จากการศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างพบว่า การวางตำแหน่งของตราสโมสรไฮเทค ภาพลักษณ์ของตราสโมสรไฮเทค คุณค่าของตราสินค้าสโมสรไฮเทค และแนวโน้มในการเลือกเชียร์สโมสรไฮเทค ในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนความคิดเห็นต่อการประชาสัมพันธ์ทางกีฬาในภาพรวมมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า การวางตำแหน่งของตัวสโมสร (r = 0.533) ภาพลักษณ์ของตราสโมสรไฮเทค (r = 0.676) คุณค่าของตราสโมสรไฮเทค (r = 0.705) และการประชาสัมพันธ์ทางกีฬา (r = 0.710) มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อแนวโน้มในการเลือกเชียร์สโมสรไฮเทคของแฟนทีม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์ตามกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบร่วมกับแนวคิดเกมมิฟิเคชันเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการบริการในห้องสมุดของนิสิตสาขาสารสนเทศศึกษา 2) สร้างรูปแบบสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์ตามกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบร่วมกับแนวคิดเกมมิฟิเคชันเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการบริการในห้องสมุดของนิสิตสาขาสารสนเทศศึกษา 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์โดยใช้กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบร่วมกับแนวคิดเกมมิฟิเคชันเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการบริการในห้องสมุดของนิสิตสาขาสารสนเทศศึกษา 4) นำเสนอรูปแบบสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวโดยใช้กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบร่วมกับแนวคิดเกมมิฟิเคชันเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการบริการในห้องสมุดของนิสิตสาขาสารสนเทศศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้พัฒนารูปแบบฯ คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 24 ท่าน นิสิตนักศึกษาสาขาบรรณารักษศาสตร์และสารสนเทศศาสตร์ จำนวน 388 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพและความต้องการเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์ฯ 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และ 3) แบบประเมินรับรองสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์ฯ กลุ่มทดลองที่ใช้สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์ฯ ได้แก่ นิสิตชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 39 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินต้นแบบนวัตกรรมห้องสมุด 2) แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ฯ ใช้เวลาทดลอง 8 สัปดาห์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า 1. สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์โดยใช้กระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบร่วมกับแนวคิดเกมมิฟิเคชันเพื่อส่งเสริมความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการบริการในห้องสมุดของนิสิตสาขาสารสนเทศศึกษาที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบได้แก่ 1) แนวคิดเกมมิฟิเคชัน 2) แหล่งข้อมูล 3) ผู้เรียน 4) ผู้สอน 5) สภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้บนคลาวด์ 6) การประเมิน โดยมี 5 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การเข้าใจปัญหา 2) การนิยามปัญหา 3) การสร้างแนวความคิด 4) การสร้างต้นแบบ 5) การทดสอบต้นแบบ 2. ผลการทดลองใช้พบว่า 1) คะแนนความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการบริการหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) ผลการประเมินนวัตกรรมการบริการหลังการประเมินอยู่ในระดับดีทุกกลุ่ม 3. ผลสำรวจความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ฯ ของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อยู่ในระดับมาก 4. ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิให้การประเมินรับรองสภาพแวดล้อมการเรียนรู้ฯ อยู่ในระดับเหมาะสมมากที่สุด

A viable method to lower the atmospheric CO2 concentration is artificial photosynthesis, which converts CO2 and H2O into products with added value. Herein, the catalytic activity of thin photocatalytic films was examined in water vapor, batch, and flow reactor configurations for CO2 reduction. In addition to the experimental study, a theoretical analysis of the reaction mechanism over silica-modified amorphous TiO2 (AM-TiO2-SiO2) and indium tin oxide (ITO) photocatalysts is conducted. In the case of AM-TiO2-SiO2, the research shows that surfaces with low loading of SiO2 groups have a higher affinity for certain target molecules (T-M). การคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพของสื่อพลเมืองในการชุมนุมสาธารณะ, ชนาภา ชาตะรูปะ

เอกัตศึกษาฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาถึงปัญหาการรับรองและคุ้มครองสิทธิและเสรีภาพของสื่อพลเมืองในพื้นที่การชุมนุมสาธารณะในประเทศไทย โดยได้วิเคราะห์และศึกษาเปรียบเทียบกับกฎหมายและแนวปฏิบัติของต่างประเทศ ประกอบกับแนวปฏิบัติในการให้ความคุ้มครองเสรีภาพสื่อและการดูแลการชุมนุมสาธารณะ ตามข้อความเห็นทั่วไป (General Comment) ของคณะกรรการสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งสหประชาชาติ (Human Rights Committee) ที่รัฐภาคีของกติการะหว่างประเทศว่าด้วยสิทธิพลเมืองและสิทธิทางการเมือง (ICCPR) ใช้อ้างอิงเป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกันในฐานะตัวอย่างของการตีความและการใช้ดุลพินิจของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐในการให้ความคุ้มครองเสรีภาพในการแสดงออกและเสรีภาพในการชุมนุม จากการศึกษาพบว่า ประเทศไทยมีปัญหาการแทรกแซงและจำกัดสิทธิและเสรีภาพของสื่อพลเมืองในการชุมนุมสาธารณะอย่างไม่สอดคล้องกับหลักการและแนวปฏิบัติของคณะกรรการสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งสหประชาชาติอยู่หลายประการด้วยกัน โดยที่สาเหตุหลักของปัญหานั้นมาจาก ความไม่ชัดเจนของขอบเขตของการคุ้มครองเสรีภาพที่ใช้ในการทำการรายงานข่าวในพื้นที่การชุมนุมสาธารณะ การกำหนดคำนิยามของคำว่า “ผู้ชุมนุม" ในพระราชบัญญัติการชุมนุมสาธารณะ พ.ศ. 2558 มีลักษณะที่กว้างขวาง และกลไกในการตรวจสอบการใช้อำนาจของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐไม่สามารถคุ้มครองการใช้สิทธิและเสรีภาพของสื่อพลเมืองได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้น เอกัตศึกษาฉบับนี้จึงได้เสนอแนวทางในการแก้ไขที่สาเหตุหลักของปัญหา โดยรัฐควรมีการขยายขอบเขตของการคุ้มครองการใช้เสรีภาพในการแสดงออกและเสรีภาพในการนำเสนอข่าวของประชาชนให้ครอบคลุมสื่อมวลชนทุกแขนงมากยิ่งขึ้น ควรมีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขคำนิยามคำว่า “ผู้ชุมนุม" และเพิ่มเติมคำนิยามคำว่า “สื่อมวลชน" และ “ผู้สังเกตการณ์" ในพระราชบัญญัติการชุมนุมสาธารณะ พ.ศ. 2558 รวมทั้งต้องมีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขกลไกที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบการใช้อำนาจของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐให้สามารถคุ้มครองการใช้สิทธิและเสรีภาพของประชาชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เพื่อให้ประชาชนที่เป็นสื่อพลเมืองสามารถมั่นใจได้ว่า จะสามารถใช้เสรีภาพในการแสดงออกและเสรีภาพในการเสนอข่าวเพื่อทำการรายงานข่าวในพื้นที่การชุมนุมสาธารณะได้ โดยไม่ถูกแทรกแซงและจำกัดอย่างไม่สอดคล้องกับหลักความได้สัดส่วน และแนวปฏิบัติในการคุ้มครองเสรีภาพสื่อตามเจตนารมณ์ของกฎหมาย

ปัญหาและผลกระทบที่เกิดจากการกระทำอันไม่เป็นธรรมเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลตามพระราชกำหนดการประกอบธุรกิจสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล พ.ศ. 2561นั้น จัดว่าเป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญมากปัญหาหนึ่งของประเทศ เพราะนอกจากจะก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่นักลงทุนในตลาดสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลแล้ว ยังกระทบกระเทือนต่อเสถียรภาพและความมั่นคงของตลาดสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลอีกด้วย และด้วยเหตุที่การกระทำอันไม่เป็นธรรมเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลเป็นอาชญากรรมทางเศรษฐกิจที่ให้ผลตอบแทนสูง จึงทำให้ในปัจจุบันมีกลุ่มอาชญากรที่เข้ามาแสวงหาผลประโยชน์จากการกระทำดังกล่าวในตลาดสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลเป็นจำนวนมาก และปัญหาที่ตามมาคือผู้กระทำความผิดจะนํารายได้ที่ได้จากการกระทำความผิดนั้นไปทำการฟอกเงินเพื่อนําเงินดังกล่าวกลับเข้าสู่ระบบการเงินปกติ อีกทั้งยังนํามาใช้เป็นทุนในการประกอบความผิดต่อไปอย่างไม่สิ้นสุด อย่างไรก็ตามในปัจจุบันยังไม่มีกฎหมายฉบับใดสามารถบังคับใช้เพื่อป้องกันและปราบปรามการกระทำอันไม่เป็นธรรมเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ด้วยเหตุนี้เองจึงจําเป็นต้องหามาตรการในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการกระทำอันไม่เป็นธรรมเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อมาบังคับใช้ ได้แก่ พระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน พ.ศ. 2542 เนื่องจากเป็นกฎหมายที่มีบทลงโทษทางอาญาที่รุนแรงและข้อสำคัญคือมีมาตรการริบทรัพย์สินที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะทำให้สามารถลดจำนวนผู้กระทำความผิด รวมถึงสกัดกั้นการฟอกเงินจากการกระทำความผิดที่กล่าวมาได้ จึงควรกําหนดให้การกระทำอันไม่เป็นธรรมเกี่ยวกับการซื้อขายสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลเป็นความผิดมูลฐานตามพระราชบัญญัติป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน พ.ศ. 2542 เพื่อที่จะนํามาตรการทางกฎหมายจากพระราชบัญญัติดังกล่าวมาใช้ในการแก้ไขปัญหาได้

The size-dependent effect of nanoplastics (NPLs) restricts the quantification of NPLs by surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) technique. In this study, we successfully established an innovative preparation method to eliminate this effect. This developed SERS method allowed us to quantify 100-, 300-, 600-, and 800-nm polystyrene nanospheres (PSNSs) in diverse aqueous conditions at a low concentration. The SERS substrate was easily fabricated and used as NPLs signal enhancement with sputtering gold particles onto a glass cover slide. By preconcentrating and dissolving PSNSs in toluene, SERS technique can be successfully quantify NPLs at extremely low concentrations with a limit of detection (LOD) …

A novel growth-based strategy for the determination of hydrogen peroxide has been developed using a mixture of silver nanospheres (AgNSs) and citrate-capped silver nanoprisms (AgNPrs). The unique ability of hydrogen peroxide to oxidize silver nanoparticles and reduce silver metal consequently was exploited to produce a highly sensitive and selective sensor (AgNSs/NPrs). Citrate-capping of the AgNPrs only allows the lateral growth that resulted in a red shift and intensity enhancement of the in-plane dipole plasmon resonance (IPDPR) band.
