งานวิจัยนี้เป็นบทนี้สร้างขึ้นมาเพื่อเป็นโครงการวิจัย ประกอบด้วยการเปรียบเทียบรูปแบบการขนส่งการขนส่งแผงวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในเส้นทางไทย-จีนในช่วง Covid-19 รูปแบบการขนส่งทางเรือ ทางอากาศ และการขนส่งทางรถข้ามแดนที่เป็นการขนส่งทางหลัก ไปที่ประเทศจีน ในช่วง Covid -19 โดยประเภทสินค้าที่จะทำการศึกษาจะเป็น สินค้าแผงวงจรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่เปรียบเทียบการลดต้นทุนของการขนส่ง รวมถึงศึกษาประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการขนส่งในรูปแบบต่างๆ ซึ่งในช่วง Covid-19ที่ผ่านมาได้มีหลายปัจจัยที่ทำให้การขนส่งรูปแบบต่างๆเปลี่ยนแปลงไป เริ่มจากรวบรวมข้อมูลด้านการขนส่งในช่วงCovid-19 จากบริษัทกรณีศึกษาพร้อมกับศึกษาข้อมูลจากบริษัทผู้ขนส่งที่สามารถให้บริการได้หลากหลายรูปแบบเพื่อทราบถึงปัญหาในช่วงที่มีโรคระบาดเกิดขึ้นและศึกษาที่ต้นทุนค่าขนส่งแต่ละรูปแบบในช่วงCovid-19 และ ใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์ความสำคัญของปัจจัยต่างๆโดยเก็บรวบรวมการให้น้ำหนักจากผู้ผลิตแผงอิเล็กทรอนิกส์โดยกำหนดปัจจัยสำคัญในการขนส่งมา4อย่างได้แก่ ต้นทุนการขนส่งที่ประหยัด ความถี่ในการขนส่งที่สูง ระยะเวลาในการขนส่งที่สั้น และปริมาณการขนส่งต่อรอบจำนวนมาก โดยให้คะแนนการขนส่งทางเรือมากที่สุดเมื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนแล้ว แต่เนื่องจากสถานณการณ์ Covid-19 ทำให้การขนส่งทางรถข้ามแดนทางบกมีบทบาทมากขึ้นเนื่องจากสามารถประหยัดต้นทุนรองลงมาจากทางเรือและมีระยะเวลาการขนส่งที่รวดเร็วมากกว่าพร้อมทั้งสามารถกำหนดรอบการวิ่งได้ถี่และมั่นคงมากกว่าทางเรือ ส่วนการขนส่งทางอากาศถึงจะมีต้นทุนที่สูงที่สุดแต่เป็นการขนส่งที่มีระยะเวลาที่รวดเร็วที่สุดจึงจำเป็นอย่างมากในการใช้เติมสายการผลิตที่เร่งด่วนที่ได้เกิดขึ้นบ่อยครั้งในช่วง Covid-19 โดยได้ใช้เครื่องมือการหาปริมาณหรือจำนวนการสั่งซื้อสินค้าที่เหมาะสม (Economic Order Quantity) ด้วยสมการทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่เหมาะสม รวมกับการให้คะแนนของทางอื่นปัจจัยอื่นที่มีผลกระทบต่อการจัดส่ง

Using data from Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) 2018 which contain comprehensive information of the highly educated in mainland China, this paper estimates which of the two variables, type of tertiary education and major fields, is of greater importance to private earnings. With adoption of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Shapley Variance Decomposition based on R-squared, empirical results reveal considerable heterogeneity in returns to educational type (vocational college and academic university) and to major area. This study aimed to analyze factors that affected the unemployment rate in Thailand during 2011 to 2021, including inflation rate, real GDP growth rate, real gross fixed capital formation, real exports of goods and services, the dummy variables of year quarters and the dummy variable of COVID-19 by utilizing ordinary least square (OLS) method on the quarterly time series data from Q1:2011 to Q3:2021 from BOT, MOC, and NESDC. The results revealed that the predictor variables significantly produced an effect on the unemployment rate up to 59.2%. This study aims to 1) explore the reading strategies of EMI in science program Thai learners 2) explore students’ opinions towards the use of reading strategies in EMI context. Participants include 71 students studying at Kamnoetvidya Science Academy, the science high school located in Rayong, Thailand. The research instruments consisted of the Reading Strategies Questionnaire and the semi-structure interview. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and content analysis. The results from the questionnaire showed that the students reported overall medium frequency of reading strategy use. This paper applied the MODWT wavelet method to decompose correlations of the stock market of Thailand and China into different time scales and frequencies. The decomposed correlations are then examined and compared between short-term and long-term, and also between different time periods when the interdependence of two markets is expected to change. The result shows that long-term correlation is not significantly higher and sometimes is significantly lower than the short-term, whereas the correlation does significantly increase from 2005 to 2020. We use the active peer benchmarks (APB) methodology suggested by Hunter et al. (2014) to capture commonalities or common idiosyncratic noise in fund strategies. These commonalities cannot be captured by the Carhart 4-factor model and it also decreases the accuracy in fund performance evaluation. Firstly, we examine the efficiency of the APB methodology compared with the Carhart 4-factor model. Then we also use the APB methodology to evaluate the performance of actively managed Thai open-end domestic equity funds from January 2006 through December 2020. ปัจจุบันโรงแรมตากอากาศ ได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงจากวิกฤตการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัส COVID-19 จึงต้องเร่งปรับตัวและเตรียมตัวให้พร้อม จากการแข่งขันที่สูงขึ้นจากผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจโรงแรมอื่นๆ อันเนื่องมาจากมาตรการที่ผ่อนคลายจากรัฐบาล และเพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินธุรกิจต่อไปได้อย่างยั่งยืน จำเป็นต้องมีการพัฒนาคลังข้อมูล เพื่อจัดเก็บและรวบรวมข้อมูลให้อยู่ในที่เดียวกัน มีรูปแบบที่เป็นมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ง่ายต่อการค้นหาลดความซ้ำซ้อนของข้อมูล และสะดวกต่อการนำไปใช้วิเคราะห์เพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจ โครงการ “คลังข้อมูลและระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของโรงแรมตากอากาศ” นี้ ประกอบด้วย 5 ระบบหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ระบบวิเคราะห์รายได้และกำไร (2) ระบบวิเคราะห์ค่าใช้จ่าย (3) ระบบวิเคราะห์ลูกค้า (4) ระบบวิเคราะห์ห้องพัก (5) ระบบวิเคราะห์พนักงาน ซึ่งระบบได้ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2019 และใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆของชุดโปรแกรม Microsoft Power BI 2.102 คลังข้อมูลและระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของโรงแรมตากอากาศที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้จะช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสามารถมองเห็นภาพรวมของธุรกิจได้อย่างชัดเจน ทั้งรายได้ กำไร ค่าใช้จ่าย พฤติกรรมลูกค้า ห้องพัก และพนักงาน ระบบจะช่วยในการสนับสนุนการวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์ และการวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มศักยภาพในการแข่งขันให้กับองค์กร

ปัจจุบันสกุลเงินคริปโตบิตคอยน์ ถือเป็นสินทรัพย์สำหรับการลงทุนตัวหนึ่งที่ได้รับความสนใจจากนักลงทุนเนื่องด้วยความไม่แน่นอนของเศรษฐกิจ และความผันผวนของสกุลเงินปกติ ซึ่งวิธีการลงทุนในสกุลเงินบิตคอยน์ก็มีหลากหลายวิธี หนึ่งในนั้นคือการลงทุนโดยอาศัยการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางเทคนิคที่ประยุกต์มาจากการลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ประเภทอื่น การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางเทคนิคสามารถเรียนรู้ได้รวดเร็ว เพราะเป็นการใช้หลักการทางคณิตศาสตร์แปลงราคาของสินทรัพย์ออกมาเป็นปัจจัยชี้วัด ซึ่งปัจจัยชี้วัดนั้นมีหลากหลายชนิด แต่ละชนิดมีการตั้งค่าได้หลากหลายวิธี ทำให้โดยปกติการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทางเทคนิคจะมีการใช้ปัจจัยชี้วัดเพียงไม่กี่ตัว ดังนั้น เพื่อเพิ่มจำนวนปัจจัยชี้วัดที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ จำเป็นต้องอาศัยคอมพิวเตอร์โดยใช้การเรียนรู้ของเครื่อง มาช่วยวิเคราะห์และพยากรณ์ราคาบิตคอยน์ โครงการ “ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของธุรกิจค้าบิตคอยน์” ประกอบด้วย 5 ระบบหลัก ได้แก่ (1) ระบบรวบรวมข้อมูลธุรกรรมด้านบิตคอยน์ (2) ระบบสร้างปัจจัยทางเทคนิค (3) ระบบสร้างโมเดลพยากรณ์ราคาบิตคอยน์ล่วงหน้า (4) ระบบแนะนำการค้าบิตคอยน์ (5) ระบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชั่นสำหรับการพยากรณ์ราคาบิตคอยน์ โดยระบบถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูล PosgreSQL 14 และภาษาโปรแกรม Python 3.7 ระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของธุรกิจค้าบิตคอยน์ จะช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถสร้างโมเดลพยากรณ์ราคาบิตคอยน์ ผ่านส่วนติดต่อผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างสะดวกมากขึ้น และสรุปข้อมูลออกมาเป็นกราฟแสดงผล และสร้างคำแนะนำสำหรับการซื้อขายบิตคอยน์ในแต่ละวันได้อย่างรวดเร็วแก่ผู้ใช้งานได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ

ในปัจจุบันผู้ให้บริการซอฟต์แวร์ทางด้านหลักทรัพย์มีจำนวนเพิ่มขึ้นจากเดิมมาก ทำให้เกิดการแข่งขันกันอย่างสูง ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และการให้บริการ เพื่อให้สามารถรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง องค์กรจึงให้ความสำคัญกับการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามาใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในมุมมองต่างๆ เพื่อให้สามารถมองเห็นถึงสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในแต่ละช่วงเวลาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และช่วยให้ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจวางแผนพัฒนาปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และการให้บริการ บริหารจัดการปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในองค์กร และยังสามารถวางแผนกำลังคนเพื่อรองรับสถานการณ์ที่จะเกิดขึ้นได้ในอนาคต อีกทั้งยังช่วยให้เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า และนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการที่จะช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจได้ตามกลยุทธ์ที่วางไว้ เป็นการสร้างความพึงพอใจให้แก่ลูกค้า และทำให้องค์กรได้เปรียบคู่แข่ง โครงการ “คลังข้อมูลและระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของธุรกิจผู้ให้บริการซอฟต์แวร์ทางด้านหลักทรัพย์” ประกอบด้วย 5 ระบบ ได้แก่ ระบบวิเคราะห์การแจ้งปัญหา ระบบวิเคราะห์การใช้บริการ ระบบวิเคราะห์ความพึงพอใจ ระบบวิเคราะห์การปฏิบัติงานของพนักงาน และระบบวิเคราะห์การติดต่อผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ โดยพัฒนาขึ้นบนฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2017 และใช้โปรแกรม Tableau Desktop 2021.2 ในการจัดทำระบบวิเคราะห์และแสดงผลข้อมูล

ธุรกิจร้านอาหารถือเป็นหนึ่งในธุรกิจที่มีการแข่งขันที่รุนแรงในประเทศไทย พฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปจากอดีตทำให้ร้านอาหารต้องปรับตัวเพื่อที่จะตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้บริโภค อีกทั้งปัจจุบันธุรกิจร้านอาหารยังเจอกับวิกฤติจากสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกคือการระบาดของ Covid-19 ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบเป็นอย่างมากต่อธุรกิจร้านอาหาร ดังนั้นธุรกิจร้านอาหารต้องมีการปรับตัวเพื่อเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นในการบริหารจัดการ และการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามาช่วยในการบริหารจัดการจะช่วยทำให้ธุรกิจสามารถตอบสนองต่อความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างรวดเร็วและช่วยให้การตัดสินใจมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โครงการ “คลังข้อมูลและระบบสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของร้านอาหารทะเล” ประกอบด้วย 5 ระบบหลักได้แก่ ระบบวิเคราะห์การขายและกำไรขั้นต้น ระบบวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของลูกค้า ระบบวิเคราะห์กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย ระบบวิเคราะห์การใช้โต๊ะอาหาร และ ระบบวิเคราะห์การขายอาหารแบบจัดส่งถึงบ้าน โดยระบบได้พัฒนาขึ้นบนระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2019 และใช้เครื่องมือการวิเคราะห์ของ Tableau Version 2020.1 ระบบสารสนเทศที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นนี้จะช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในมุมมองต่าง ๆ ได้อย่าง ถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว เพื่อนำไปใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจทางธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ปัจจุบันธุรกิจร้านขายรถจักรยานยนต์กำลังเติบโตเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากเป็นยานพาหนะที่ราคาไม่แพง มีความคล่องตัวสูง จึงเป็นที่นิยมในประเทศไทย ดังนั้น เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มโอกาสในการขายและจูงใจให้ลูกค้าใช้บริการของร้าน จึงจำเป็นต้องมีการวางแผนการขายและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการภายในร้าน เพื่อเปิดโอกาสในการเพิ่มยอดขายและดำเนินธุรกิจที่สามารถแข่งขันกับคู่แข่งได้ โครงการ “คลังข้อมูลเพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจในธุรกิจร้านขายรถจักรยานยนต์” นี้ ประกอบด้วย 5 ระบบหลัก ได้แก่ ระบบวิเคราะห์การขาย ระบบวิเคราะห์การขายอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์แต่งรถ ระบบวิเคราะห์สินค้าคงคลัง ระบบวิเคราะห์ลูกค้า และระบบวิเคราะห์การผ่อนชำระ ซึ่งได้พัฒนาขึ้นบนระบบจัดการฐานข้อมูล Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Express และใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ ของโปรแกรม Microsoft Power BI Desktop Version 2.83 ระบบสารสนเทศที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้จะช่วยให้ผู้บริหารสามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในมุมมองต่างๆ ได้อย่างถูกต้อง และรวดเร็ว และสามารถนำไปใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจในการดำเนินธุรกิจ ทำให้สามารถดำเนินธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขันได้อีกด้วย

ในปัจจุบันการซื้อขายสินค้าและบริการในช่องทางออนไลน์เป็นที่นิยมมากขึ้น เนื่องจากพฤติกรรมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามเวลาของผู้บริโภค ที่ต้องการความสะดวกสบาย ได้รับข้อมูลที่รวดเร็ว มีตัวช่วยในการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้าและบริการ ดังนั้นการซื้อขายสินค้าและบริการช่องทางออนไลน์เป็นการตอบโจทย์ของผู้บริโภคได้อย่างดี ซึ่งผู้บริโภคสามารถเข้าดูข้อมูลสินค้าได้ตลอดเวลา รวมถึงการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันรูปแบบใหม่ จากการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโรค Covid-19 ที่ทำให้ผู้บริโภคสั่งซื้อสินค้าออนไลน์มากขึ้น จากการเติบโตของการซื้อขายสินค้าและบริการผ่านช่องทางออนไลน์ หลายองค์กรเริ่มเข้ามามีบทบาทและให้คำวามสำคัญกับการจัดทำเว็บไซต์ขององค์กรเอง ทำให้การแข่งขันทางธุรกิจช่องทางออนไลน์นั้นสูงมากขึ้น เป็นการเพิ่มช่องทางการขาย ที่ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสในการขายและแสดงถึงภาพลักษณ์ขององค์กร สำหรับการดำเนินงานในปัจจุบันของร้านจัดจำหน่ายผ้าวิบูลชัย ยังไม่มีระบบหรือเว็บไซต์ของตนเอง ทำให้ผู้บริโภคเข้าถึงการซื้อขายสินค้าได้ยาก ขยายฐานกลุ่มลูกค้าได้ช้า และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภคได้ไม่เต็มที่ ดังนั้นจึงนำหลักการคิดเชิงออกแบบมาใช้ในการจัดทำโครงการนี้ เพื่อให้การดำเนินธุรกิจของร้านวิบูลชัยมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ระบบต้นแบบที่ได้จากการพัฒนาของโครงการนี้ ช่วยให้การดำเนินงานของธุรกิจขายผ้ามีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น และเป็นการปรับภาพลักษณ์ให้ดูน่าสนใจ มีความทันสมัย และน่าเชื่อถือ แข่งขันกับคู่แข่งได้ รวมถึงสามารถตอบโจทย์และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ตรงกับความต้องการผู้ใช้งานอย่างแท้จริง

The intention of this master's thesis was conducted to evaluate the potential of using 1,8-Diazabicyclo [5.4.0] undec-7-ene (DBU) as an eco-friendly solvent and catalyst in the in-situ transesterification (in-situ TE) process for producing fatty acid ethyl ester (FAEE) from spent coffee grounds (SCGs) waste. Several parameters were also optimized the FAEE yield in this process by response surface methodology, including temperature, time, ethanol and DBU loading and water content in ethanol. Results showed that promising FAEE yield could achieved under 40 °C. Moreover, FAEE yield tended to decrease under high temperatures due to DBU and ethanol evaporation at 70 °C. …

การแบ่งส่วนเชิงความหมายบนชุดข้อมูลภาพท้องถนนสามารถนำมาประยุกต์กับระบบขับเคลื่อนอัตโนมัติที่สามารถอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้ขับขี่ และมีส่วนสำคัญในการลดอุบัติเหตุบนท้องถนน โดยระบบขับเคลื่อนอัตโนมัติที่ปลอดภัยนั้นจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติที่ดีคือสามารถทำงานได้อย่างแม่นยำในทุกภูมิประเทศ ซึ่งนำมาสู่ปัญหาในงานวิจัยนี้ โดยประการแรกการขาดแคลนชุดข้อมูลถนนประเทศไทยโดยเฉพาะในเมืองกรุงเทพมหานคร และประการที่สองสถาปัตยกรรมการเรียนรู้เชิงลึกโดยวิธีมาตรฐานนั้นยังให้ความแม่นยำไม่ได้มากพอที่จะนำไปประยุกต์กับระบบนี้ โดยวิทยานิพนธ์นี้จึงนำเสนอชุดข้อมูลถนนในกรุงเทพมหานครที่ประกอบด้วยภาพถ่ายนำเข้าและภาพผลเฉลยเป็นจำนวน 701 ภาพ ประกอบกับนำเสนอสถาปัตยกรรมใหม่ DeepLab-V3-A1 ด้วยการปรับปรุงโมเดล DeepLab-V3+ ด้วยการเพิ่มชั้นคอนโวลูชัน 1 x 1 ที่มีจำนวนแตกต่างกันในด้านดีโคตเดอร์ เพื่อเสริมประสิทธิภาพสถาปัตยกรรมต้นแบบ DeepLab-V3+ โดยชุดข้อมูลที่นำมาใช้วัดผลประกอบด้วยชุดข้อมูลถนนกรุงเทพมหานคร (The Bangkok Urbanscapes), The CamVid (ในเมืองเคมบริดจ์), และ The Cityscapes (50 เมืองจากยุโรปโดยเฉพาะในประเทศเยอรมัน) ผลการทดลองด้วยวิธีที่นำเสนอแสดงให้เห็นถึงประสิทธิภาพในการแบ่งส่วนภาพถ่ายเชิงความหมายได้ดีกว่าวิธีการมาตรฐานด้วยมาตรวัดเหล่านี้ Precision, Recall, F1 Score, และ Mean IoU

งานวิจัยนี้นำเสนอการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพพลังงานโดยการจัดตารางการเติมน้ำมันให้กับรถบรรทุกน้ำมันที่เข้ามารับน้ำมันในคลังน้ำมันกรณีศึกษา โดยการจัดตารางการรับน้ำมันจะคำนึงถึงความสำคัญของปั๊มมากกว่าคำสั่งซื้อน้ำมัน และคำสั่งซื้อที่ถูกจัดตารางเป็นคำสั่งซื้อที่สามารถรับน้ำมันได้หลายชนิดในเวลาเดียวกัน ประกอบกับการใช้งานปั๊มที่ปั๊มแต่ละตัวสามารถจ่ายน้ำมันให้กับรถบรรทุกน้ำมัน 2-5 คันพร้อม ๆ กัน ซึ่งกระบวนการจัดตารางจะเป็นแบบฮิวริสติกพลวัต (Dynamic Heuristic) โดยอาศัยกฎ Least Operation Remaining และ Largest Total Processing Time ในการจัดลำดับความสำคัญของใบคำสั่งซื้อ และการจัดตารางเวลาที่คำนึงถึงจำนวนหัวจ่ายที่ถูกใช้งาน งานที่เหลืออยู่ในระบบ และการใช้พลังงานของปั๊มที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตามเวลา จากการจัดตารางด้วยฮิวริสติกพลวัตทั้งหมด 6 วิธี พบว่าค่าพลังงานที่ใช้ต่อปริมาณน้ำมัน 1 ลิตรลดลงร้อยละ 42 จากการใช้พลังงานเฉลี่ยเดิม 0.42 วัตต์ชั่วโมงต่อลิตร เหลือเพียง 0.24 วัตต์ชั่วโมงต่อลิตร มีผลให้ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานเฉลี่ยของปั๊มเป็นจำนวนเงิน 199,006.25 บาทต่อเดือน ทั้งนี้การจัดตารางดังกล่าวดำเนินการภายใต้กระบวนการจัดตารางที่รู้จำนวนงานล่วงหน้า ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงจำนวนงานระหว่างการจัดตาราง ที่ถูกออกแบบโดยการคำนึงถึงลักษณะทางกายภาพของคลังน้ำมันเป็นหลัก

Chitosan (Ch)-coated nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) have great potential for topical delivery with high localization of chemotherapeutics. In this study, tetrahydrocurcumin (THC), a primary metabolite of curcumin with enhanced antioxidant and anticancer properties, was used as a model drug to prepare NLCs. Response surface methodology was employed to optimize THC-loaded Ch-coated NLCs (THC-Ch-NLCs) fabricated by high-shear homogenization. The optimized THC-Ch-NLCs had particle size of 244 ± 18 nm, zeta potential of -17.5 ± 0.5 mV, entrapment efficiency of 76.6 ± 0.2% and drug loading of 0.28 ± 0.01 mg/mL. Alpha-glucosidase inhibitory assay-guided isolation of Thunbergia laurifolia L. stems yielded a new compound named 5-acetoxyfuranonapthoquinone (1) along with nineteen known compounds (2-20). The structure of the isolated compounds was elucidated by the analysis of multiple spectroscopic data as well as by comparison with the previous reports. The isolated compounds were evaluated for α-glucosidase inhibition. Syringaresinol (6), rosmarinic acid (11), 1,2,8-trihydroxyxanthone (17), and isojacareubin (18) showed the most potent inhibitory activity among isolated compounds. Phytochemical and biological investigations were carried out on the heartwoods of M. gagei. Twelve known compounds (1–11, 29), ten new sesquiterpenoids (12–21), seven novel compounds (22–28) and one new neolignan (30) were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis (UV-Vis, FTIR, 1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS), and their absolute configurations were established by calculation of ECD data. Isolated compounds were evaluated for antioxidant, cytotoxic activity and enzyme inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase. The photocatalytic for C-C and C-S bond formations by ATRA reaction is an attractive topic in green organic synthesis. In the first part of this dissertation, a series of aminoquinoline-methylpyridine conjugates (1Q, 2Q, and 3Q) was synthesized, characterized, and used as a ligand for complexing Cu(II) ion. The ligand containing one aminoquinoline unit and two methylpyridine (1Q), gave the complex with the highest catalytic activity for haloalkylation of alkenes. The reaction proceeds well with high chemo- regio- and stereoselectivity for over 20 examples of alkenes. In this work, two methods for the detection of formaldehyde and one assay for detection of Cryptosporidium parvum DNA (C. parvum) in water samples were developed. For the detection of formaldehyde, silver-doped hydroxyapatite (Ag-HAP) was used to extract formaldehyde from high volume samples and the Tollens’ reaction occurred on the solid surface. After the reaction, silver nanoparticles were produced on the material resulting in the material color change from off-white to yellow or brown depending on the concentration of formaldehyde. In this work, a new composite sponge of chitosan, nanocellulose, and MIL-53(Fe) metal-organic-framework were synthesized and applied for As(III) and As(V) removal. Nanocellulose with an average size of 433.5 ± 41.0 nm were prepared and used. The octahedron crystalline MIL-53(Fe) was successfully synthesized. The nanocellulose was mixed with chitosan and MIL-53(Fe) before crosslinking and freeze-drying. The obtained materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nitrogen adsorption, scanning electron microscope, and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy. The results showed that the composite sponge was successfully fabricated with a suitable weight ratio of 2CS: 1NC: 1.5MIL-53(Fe). The CS-NC-MIL-53(Fe) composite exhibited a highly …
