The study aimed to enhance PHB production by improving solubility of PHAs synthase (PhaCA-04) using various promoters and hydrophilic tags. PHB biosynthesis genes consisted of phaCA-04, phaAA-04 and phaBA-04 from Cupriavidus necator strain A-04 was cloned into pColdI, pColdTF, pGEX-6P-1, pBAD/thio-TOPO and pUC19 (with native promoter) and transformed into E. coli JM109. The phaCABA-04 operon induction was optimized based on growth phase, induction temperature, IPTG concentration, different induction method and inoculum size in flask experiments. Ethyl lactate (EL) was selected as an extracting agent for drill cuttings washing throughout the work. นวัตกรรมกระบวนการสำหรับการวิเคราะห์โอกาสทางเทคโนโลยีและเชิงพาณิชย์ : กรณีศึกษาเทคโนโลยีการยืดอายุผลไม้สดในประเทศไทย, จักรกฤษณ์ ถาวร

วิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีเป็นสิ่งสำคัญสำหรับขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมและสร้างความได้เปรียบในการแข่งขัน มีการใช้ประโยชน์จากข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ในยุคเศรษฐกิจข้อมูลอย่างกว้างขวาง อย่างไรก็ตามข้อมูลวิชาการ เช่น บทความตีพิพม์และสิทธิบัตรยังไม่ถูกนำมาใช้ประโยชน์อย่างเป็นรูปธรรมเพื่อสร้างโอกาสทางเทคโนโลยีและเชิงพาณิชย์ ดังนั้นงานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ออกแบบต้นแบบกระบวนการวิเคราะห์โอกาสทางเทคโนโลยีและเชิงพาณิชย์ 2) ทดสอบกระบวนการกับกรณีศึกษาและการทดสอบการยอมรับ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการในการสร้างความร่วมมือในการวิจัยระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและบริษัทภาคอุตสาหกรรม และ 4) ศึกษาการนำกระบวนการสู่การทำธุรกิจนวัตกรรมเชิงพาณิชย์ ต้นแบบกระบวนการมี 4 ขั้นตอนหลัก คือ การระบุประเด็นหรือหัวข้อ การรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (องค์ความรู้และเครือข่ายการวิจัย) และการนำเสนอข้อมูล จากการนำบทความวิชาการและสิทธิบัตรจากกรณีศึกษาเทคโนโลยีการยืดอายุผลไม้สดไปทดสอบกระบวนการ พบว่า ผู้เล่นหลักของเทคโนโลยีนี้คือมหาวิทยาลัย โดยมีประเทศชั้นนำ คือ จีน สหรัฐอเมริกา และสเปน สำหรับในประเทศไทยพบว่าระบบเศรษฐกิจองค์รวมให้การสนับสนุนด้านการวิจัย การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร และการสร้างความร่วมมือกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์นี้สามารถนำไปใช้วางแผนกลยุทธ์ความร่วมมือกับผู้นำทางเทคโนโลยีได้ต่อไป นอกจากนี้ได้นำกรณีศึกษาไวรัสโคโรนาจากบทความวิชาการทดสอบกระบวนการนี้เพิ่มเติม ผลทดสอบการยอมรับกระบวนการจากการสัมภาษณ์ พบว่า เห็นด้วยในประโยชน์และผลลัพธ์จากการใช้กระบวนการเพื่อช่วยให้ทราบประเด็นการวิเคราะห์และขั้นตอนอย่างเป็นระบบ หลังจากนั้นได้ทดสอบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือในงานวิจัยระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและบริษัทภาคอุตสาหกรรม พบว่า ปัจจัยการสื่อสาร การสนับสนุนจากภาครัฐ และการถ่ายทอดความรู้ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือมากที่สุด ความเป็นไปได้ในการนำกระบวนการสู่การทำธุรกิจ คือ การจัดตั้งบริษัทที่ปรึกษาโดยให้บริการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ให้คำปรึกษา และนำเสนอผลลัพธ์ด้วยการใช้งานกระบวนการ ภายใต้ชื่อกระบวนการ "Strategic Technology Intelligence" (STI) นอกจากนี้การให้บริการของธุรกิจครอบคลุมการฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้กระบวนการ STI และวิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ตลอดจนบริการจับคู่ธุรกิจระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยและบริษัทเอกชนเพื่อโอกาสต่อยอดการพัฒนางานวิจัย ผลตอบแทนการลงทุนประเมินในประเด็นมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ อัตราผลตอบแทนภายใน และระยะเวลาคืนทุนพบว่ามีความคุ้มค่าและเป็นไปได้ในการนำไปใช้จริงเชิงพาณิชย์

ฤทธิ์การต้านมะเร็งของสารไบแซนโทนจากไลเคน Usnea Aciculifera ต่อเซลล์มะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนักของมนุษย์, ณัฏธิดา เมฆสุกใส

ไบแซนโทน (Bixanthones) เป็นกลุ่มสารชีวสังเคราะห์ที่มีโครงสร้างทางเคมีหลักเป็น xanthone ซึ่งเกิดจาก xanthone monomer สองโมเลกุลมาเชื่อมต่อกันด้วยพันธะแบบต่างๆแล้วเกิดเป็นสารไบแซนโทนขึ้นหลากหลายชนิดและสามารถพบได้ในแหล่งธรรมชาติ ได้แก่ พืช เชื้อรา และไลเคน ฤทธิ์ทางเภสัชวิทยาหลักของสารกลุ่มนี้ที่พบ ได้แก่ ฤทธิ์ต้านจุลชีพ ฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ และฤทธิ์ต้านมะเร็ง จากการศึกษาที่ผ่านมาพบว่า สารไบแซนโทนที่สกัดได้จากพืชและเชื้อราหลายชนิดมีฤทธิ์ในการต้านเซลล์มะเร็งต่างๆ ได้ เช่น เซลล์มะเร็งเม็ดเลือดขาว (P388) เซลล์มะเร็งปอด (LL2 และ H520) เซลล์มะเร็งเต้านม (MCF-7) เซลล์มะเร็งหลอดอาหาร (TE1 และ KYSE-150) และเซลล์มะเร็งต่อมลูกหมาก (DU-145) เป็นต้น แต่อย่างไรก็ตามยังไม่เคยมีรายงานการศึกษาฤทธิ์ต้านมะเร็งและกลไกการออกฤทธิ์ของสารไบแซนโทนที่สกัดได้จากไลเคนในเซลล์มะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนักมาก่อน ในงานวิจัยนี้จึงสนใจที่จะศึกษาฤทธิ์ต้านมะเร็งของสารไบแซนโทนทั้ง 8 ชนิดที่สกัดได้จากไลเคน Usnea aciculifera ในเซลล์มะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และทวารหนัก ได้แก่ เซลล์ HT-29 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า สารไบแซนโทนสองชนิด ได้แก่ TT-03 และ TT-08 สามารถยับยั้งการรอดชีวิตและมีความเป็นพิษต่อเซลล์มะเร็ง HT-29 มากที่สุด โดยพบว่า สารไบแซนโทน TT-08 มีความเป็นพิษต่อเซลล์ปกติ PCS201-010 น้อยกว่าสารไบแซนโทน TT-03 และมีค่าดัชนีความจำเพาะ (selectivity index) ของเซลล์ลำไส้ปกติ CRL-1790 ต่อเซลล์มะเร็ง HT-29 เท่ากับ 1.95 ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงเลือกสารไบแซนโทน TT-08 มาทำการศึกษาต่อไป จากการศึกษาต่อในระดับเซลล์และโมเลกุล พบว่า สารไบแซนโทน TT-08 มีความเป็นพิษต่อเซลล์มะเร็ง HT-29 แปรผันตามความเข้มข้นและระยะเวลาที่ใช้ทดสอบโดยมีค่าความเข้มข้นที่ทำให้เซลล์ตายร้อยละ 50 เท่ากับ 3.87± 0.13, 2.05 ± 0.06 และ 1.51± 0.11 ไมโครโมลาร์ หลังจากได้รับสารนาน 24, 48 และ 72 ชั่วโมง และสามารถยับยั้งการเจริญเติบโตของเซลล์มะเร็งผ่านการชักนำให้เกิดการหยุดของวัฏจักรเซลล์ที่ระยะ S …

นวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์แคลเซียมเปปไทด์คีเลตเสริมสุขภาพกระดูก จากผลพลอยได้จากกระบวนการผลิตซุปไก่, อริชญา มะลิซ้อน

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าให้กับของเสียจากอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร โดยผลพลอยได้จากกระบวนการผลิตซุปไก่ถูกนำมาแยกกากกระดูกและเศษเนื้อ เมื่อนำกระดูกมาล้างทำความสะอาดอบแห้งและบดเป็นผงจะให้ปริมาณแคลเซียม 31.4 +/- 0.6% ส่วนเศษเนื้อเมื่อนำมาสกัดจะได้เปปไทด์ที่มีลักษณะเฉพาะกว่าร้อยชนิด ซึ่งผลการวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ LC-MS / MS และ ฐานข้อมูลฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพของเปปไทด์ SpirPep บนเว็บแพลทฟอร์ม พบว่าเปปไทด์ที่ได้อุดมไปด้วย Glu, Asp, Lys, Gly และ Leu และยังมีฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพที่หลากหลาย โดยพบฤทธิ์ยับยั้ง anti-dipeptidyl peptidase IV และ angiotensin-converting enzyme สูงที่สุด เมื่อนำเปปไทด์มาคีเลตกับแคลเซียมสามารถจับแคลเซียมได้ 235.7 +/- 20.0 มิลลิกรัมต่อกรัมแคลเซียมเปปไทด์คีเลต และเมื่อทำการทดสอบการดูดซึมแคลเซียมเข้าสู่เซลล์ Caco-2 เซลล์ที่ได้รับการบ่มด้วยคีเลตที่ความเข้มข้นของแคลเซียม 0-10 mM มีการดูดซึมแคลเซียมที่ดีขึ้นเมื่อเทียบกับเซลล์ที่บ่มด้วยแคลเซียมคลอไรด์และแคลเซียมคาร์บอเนต แสดงให้เห็นว่าแคลเซียมและเปปไทด์ที่สร้างขึ้นจากผลพลอยได้เดียวกันนี้สามารถนำมาพัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์แคลเซียมเปปไทด์คีเลตเพื่อเป็นอาหารเสริมแคลเซียม และใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบในผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารอื่นๆโดยใช้ประโยชน์จากฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพของเปปไทด์ งานศึกษานี้ยังสำรวจข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารเป้าหมาย ประสบการณ์ ความคิดเห็น ความเชื่อ ความคาดหวัง และการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารที่เป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่ทำจากผลพลอยได้จากอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผู้ให้สัมภาษณ์ทุกคนให้การยอมรับ อย่างไรก็ตามการรับรู้เรื่องความเสี่ยงและความไม่แน่นอนเป็นข้อกังวลที่สำคัญสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหารที่เป็นนวัตกรรมใหม่ที่ทำจากผลพลอยได้จากสัตว์ ข้อมูลเชิงลึกเหล่านี้สามารถใช้เพื่อสนับสนุนการใช้ประโยชน์ผลพลอยได้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ต่อไป การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในทางธุรกิจสำหรับโครงการที่จัดตั้งขึ้นใหม่ด้วยเงินลงทุน 40 ล้านบาทสำหรับการผลิตแคลเซียมเปปไทด์คีเลตในโรงงานเช่าและใช้การจ้างผลิตผลิตภัณฑ์ขั้นสุดท้าย รายได้ของโครงการในปีแรกคือ 76 ล้านบาท โดยมีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 2.5 ปี มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิของประมาณการ 5 ปีเท่ากับ 17 ล้านบาทด้วยอัตราคิดลด 20% ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโครงการนี้มีความเป็นไปได้ในแง่การลงทุน

This study aimed to understand the level of air pollution in three Indian cities, i.e., Delhi, Kolkata, and Guwahati, evaluate the predictive ability of multiple linear regression (MLR) forecast models and assess the association between air pollution and daily hospital visits for the respiratory diseases (ICD-10, J00-J99). This study found that the mean value of PM concentrations for 2016-2018 was substantially higher than standard in all three cities. During COVID-19 in 2019-2020, air pollution compared control measurement, PM2.5, PM10, NO2, and CO were reduced drastically for Delhi but O3 and SO2 took an upward surge. Biopolymers of bacterial cellulose (BC), chitosan (C), alginate (A) and gelatin (G) were combined to fabricate three-dimensional (3D) hydrogel composite scaffolds for tissue engineering applications. The bacterial cellulose-chitosan/alginate/gelatin (BCC-AG) hydrogel scaffolds were characterized for chemical property by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopic analysis, morphology by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), mechanical properties, degradability, biocompatibility and potential application in cartilage tissue engineering. Results from Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy showed some weak interactions among BC, chitosan, alginate and gelatin, but no chemical interaction between those biopolymers was observed. The objective of this research was to study Chinese consumer behaviors on Heytea's co-branding campaigns (i.e., Dove, Kiehl's, and Fenty Beauty). Based on the quantitative research approach, two hundred and six Heytea's current millennial consumers, aged between 20 and 40 years old in China, who had purchased Heytea's products in the past six months, were asked to complete online questionnaires, to study their perception, attitude, and behavioral intention.
