The present research consisted of two studies. In Study I, the objective was to develop and validate the job crafting measure in related to the levels of motivation, work engagement and job performance in Thai healthcare professionals using structured interview and structure equation model (SEM). Qualitative method using the interview (N = 20) was employed to extract employees’ experiences of crafting their job and explore additional dimension of job crafting. This is the first practical application of positive deviance on dengue in the two selected low-income slums of Islamabad which was conducted during June-October 2020. A total of 112 participants (56 for intervention and 56 for the control group) participated in the study. The intervention arm received the positive deviance intervention through the identified positive deviance role models during the regular PD sessions, role plays, illustration competitions, and songs for two months. The study aimed to examine the impact of tobacco excise tax increase on cigarette consumption, mortality, medical treatment cost, life-years gained, and government revenue in Indonesia. The study consisted of two phases. First, the demand for cigarettes was analyzed using the two-part econometrics model. Data were retrieved from the National Socioeconomic Survey (SUSENAS) 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2020. The smoking participation was examined using logit specification, while the second part (smoking intensity) used the Generalized Linear Model (GLMs). This study aimed to elucidate traditional Thai medical wisdom regarding to Moh Phon formularies, especially for skin diseases. Herbal crude drugs in Moh Phon’s traditional Thai medicine formularies for skin diseases were compiled and authenticated for their vernacular and scientific names. In the Philippines, the Hypertension control rate is only 20% due to low medication adherence. The author proposes an intervention to supplement government program. The aim of the study is to assess the effect on medication adherence and blood pressure control of patients. A randomized control trial was conducted at ten study sites in Region IV-A of the Philippines between May 2021 and January 2022. Outcomes are measured at enrollment as well as at three different time intervals. This research looks at the relations between Taiwan and Southeast Asia under President Tsai Ing-wen's first term (2016-2020) as her administration launched the people-centred New Southbound policy by analysing Taiwan's political discourse and interviewing shareholders in the policy projects. It argues that Taiwan acts as a norm entrepreneur framing its initiative and persuading targeted countries to join hands in development matters for people's well-being in the region. This study developed a mathematical model to select the most appropriate mode of equestrian horse transportation, which balanced between the costs of transportation and horse welfare. This study aimed to analyze the level and the effects of service quality on customer satisfaction. The research was designed as a quantitative study with a quota sampling technique (non-probability sampling). A total of 420 respondents were collected from 14 fitness centers. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and regression analysis. The results revealed that assurance, empathy, reliability, and responsiveness of perceived service quality had a higher value than expected service quality. On the other hand, tangible was the only dimension fell short of customers’ expectation. The results indicate a positive relationship between service quality and overall satisfaction. …

Close reading has become the means to help readers promote comprehension of complex texts. This study implemented the Close Reading instruction for Thai EFL secondary school students and explored their use of close reading strategies. Eighteen secondary school students participated in eleventh weeks to examine the effects of Close Reading instruction on their English reading comprehension. The research instruments were (1) English Reading Comprehension Test, (2) Close Reading Strategies Questionnaire, and (3) Semi-Structured Interview.
