Transcatheter pulmonary valve replacement (TPVR) was launched since 2000. It indicated for cardiac patients who have the right ventricular outflow tract obstruction (RVOT) and a prior surgery history. TPVR have a shorter hospital stay, fewer complications, and a less-invasive method. However, TPVR is more expensive than surgical pulmonary valve replacement (SPVR). This raises access concerns for low income countries. There are no cost-effectiveness studies in Indonesia, and limited efficiency evidence due to rare disorder. Background: Although betel or areca nut use has less global attention and public health concern than smoked tobacco uses, but it is particularly one of a neglected public health problem in Bhutan in which the masticatory use of betel is rampant and epidemic. A Situation Analysis Of The Outpatient Dispensing Service Patterns Among Hospitals In Thailand, Trisak Chetsurakarn

This study aims to examine outpatient dispensing patterns in Thai hospitals, focusing on the current situation. The research explores the structures, processes, outputs, and environmental factors of alternative outpatient dispensing services. Surveys were conducted through phone interviews and in-depth interviews with pharmacy department heads using structured interviews with accurate content. Key findings from 197 participating hospitals revealed that 97.35% of interviewed hospitals offered at least one alternative outpatient dispensing service. The most popular method was home delivery (88.6%), followed by sub-district health promoting hospital medication pick-up service (45.1%), hospital refill service (44.7%), community pharmacy medication pick-up service (26.6%), and drive-thru …

This study investigates the effectiveness of the UCC-IAQ program in Thai childcare centers, focusing on BRS and indoor air pollution. It involves 81 childcare workers in Nonthaburi and Saraburi provinces, Over eight hours, air quality measurements were taken at ten settings. Data on BRS and building-related factors were collected via surveys. Statistically significant differences in pollution levels were not observed between the UCC-IAQ program's intervention and comparison groups. However, the intervention group experienced a significant decrease in BRS compared to the comparison group. This study aimed to investigate the effects of co-ingestion of HBCD and dietary nitrate on physiological responses and endurance capacity in recreational endurance runners compared with an isocaloric HBCD beverage, a maltodextrin-dietary nitrate beverage, and a maltodextrin beverage during high-intensity prolong running. However, the existing fabrication methods of amorphous cellulose (AC) and amorphous cellulose-graphene oxide (ACGO) beads are complicated with many chemical use, multi-step, time and energy-consuming. In this research, we proposed an efficient method for fabricating amorphous cellulose-graphene oxide (ACGO) beads using less chemical under a simple 2-step approach. Microplastics pollution effects are increasingly observed as new studies emerge in different ecosystem and organismal levels. It is becoming clear that exposure to different types of microplastic can impair the nonspecific immune system of crustaceans. Therefore, this study investigated the impact of high-density polyethylene microplastic particles (HDPE-MP) in feed on nonspecific immune system gene expression of Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). The LC50 at day 28 of HDPE-MP ingestion was 3.074% w/w of food. The extent of CDV exposure in captive carnivores in Thailand has never been estimated before. Therefore, the objective of this study is to estimate CDV exposure in captive carnivores in Thai zoos using a pseudotype-based neutralization assay (SNT). The primary goal of this research was to assess the situation analysis and knowledge, attitude, and practices (KAP) of poultry practitioner veterinarians (PPV) and broiler poultry farmers (BPF) regarding antimicrobial use (AMU) and antimicrobial resistance (AMR) in Nepal. The study area covered approximately 88.1% of Nepal's poultry population. A total of 327 PPV from 56 districts and 500 BPF from 40 districts of seven provinces participated. AMU situation and demographic information were collected and analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis to determine associations between variables. However, in post-transplantation, the autoimmune destruction incidentally attacks the activity and survival of beta-cells are reported in animal and human. To address these concerns, the generation of immortalized, biocompatible beta-cells, and the engraftment platform are insightfully investigated. The stepwise chemical process was used for in vitro Insulin-producing cells (IPCs) production from mouse gingival fibroblast-induced pluripotent stem cells (mGF-iPSCs). Flavobacterium oreochromis is an opportunistic bacteria and causative agent of columnaris disease that affects freshwater fish worldwide. To initiate infection, the bacteria are required to attach and form biofilm on the fish's skin. The bacteria cells in the biofilm then produce toxins that can degrade fish connective tissue, resulting in lesions and ulcers. The gastrointestinal infectious diseases caused by bacteria have been a major problem in the Thai swine industry. Porcine proliferative enteropathy (PPE), also known as porcine ileitis, is an enteric infectious disease caused by Lawsonia intracellularis. Porcine ileitis has been an economic threat to the global pork production system due to various types of diarrheas. Serological diagnosis can be applied for determining pathogen-antibodies seroprevalence and the timing of L. intracellularis infection when introduced to the herd. This study aimed to describe the AMR characteristics and transferable R plasmids in Escherichia coli isolated from meat ducks reared in an open house system. One hundred seventy-seven (n=177) commensal E. coli were previously isolated from duck cloacal swabs. In this study, all were biochemically confirmed and examined for their susceptibilities to 15 antimicrobial agents by broth microdilution method. Transfer of R plasmids was tested by biparental mating method followed by plasmid replicon typing (PBRT) and plasmid multi-locus sequence typing (pMLST). การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจของการระรานทางไซเบอร์ของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการระรานทางไซเบอร์ของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต และ 2) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจของการระรานทางไซเบอร์ของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิตจำนวน 466 คน (เพศหญิง 60.7%) อายุเฉลี่ย 19.75 ปี (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน = ± 1.064, ช่วงอายุ = 18-22 ปี) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบวัดการระรานทางไซเบอร์ของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิตที่มีลักษณะเป็นมาตรวัดประมาณค่าแบบ 5 ระดับ จำนวน 45 ข้อ ที่ทดสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (IOC = 0.80-1.00) และทดสอบความเที่ยงแบบสอดคล้องภายในด้วยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ของอัลฟ่าครอนบาค (.947) โดยวิเคราะห์คุณภาพขนาดความสัมพันธ์ของตัวแปรด้วยค่า Bartlett’s test of Sphericity พบว่ามีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (χ2 = 23413.326, df = 946, p = .00) วิเคราะห์คุณภาพของขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยค่า Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) ได้ค่า KMO เท่ากับ .971 และวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบร่วม (Common factor analysis) แบบวิธีแกนหลัก (Principal axis factoring: PAF) และทำการหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบมุมแหลม (Oblique rotation) แบบอ๊อบลิมินตรง (Direct oblimin) ด้วยโปรแกรม SPSS for windows ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบของการระรานทางไซเบอร์ของนักศึกษาปริญญาบัณฑิตจากการศึกษาสามารถแบ่งได้ออกเป็น 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านผู้ระรานทางไซเบอร์ (Cyber-Perpetrators) สามารถวัดได้จากการใช้ภาษาหยาบคาย การยุยงให้เพื่อนทะเลาะกัน การปล่อยข่าวลือเพื่อทำลายชื่อเสียง การแอบอ้างตัวตนด้วยข้อมูลส่วนตัวของเพื่อน การกีดกั้นเพื่อนจากกลุ่มทางออนไลน์ การเผยแพร่ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเพื่อน การข่มขู่เพื่อน การดูถูกเพื่อนผ่านช่องทางการสื่อสารออนไลน์ การใช้ชื่อผู้ใช้และรหัสผ่านของเพื่อนโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต การส่งไวรัสคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อทำให้เพื่อนเดือดร้อน การทำให้เพื่อนอับอาย การส่งสิ่งที่มีเนื้อหาทางเพศ …

Cleidocranial dysplasia (CCD) is a skeletal disorder affecting the skull, teeth, and clavicles, and is associated with the RUNX2 variants. We identified the five variants from five families, three were novel, comprising c.739delA (p.(Ser247Valfs*)), c.901C>T (p.(Gln301*)), and c.1081C>T (p.(Gln361*)) and two were reported, comprising c.673C>T (p.Arg225Trp) and c.674G>A (p.Arg225Gln). All patients exhibited typical CCD features, but we observed the unreported phenotypes, left forth-ray brachymetatarsia. Moreover, we reviewed the C-terminus RUNX2 variants in the CCD patients and found 81 variants that have been reported.
