The Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) and Sandia National Laboratories /New Mexico (SNL/NM) personnel submitted the Mixed Waste Landfill (MWL) Annual Long-Term Monitoring and Maintenance Report for the April 2019 through March 2020 reporting period to the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) in accordance with the requirements of Section 4.8.1 of the MWL Long-Term Monitoring and Maintenance Plan (LTMMP). The LTMMP became effective on January 8, 2014.

The MWL is a 2.6-acre Solid Waste Management Unit (SWMU 76) located in the north-central portion of SNL/NM Technical Area III that has undergone corrective action. As of March 13, 2016, …

In this paper we consider the concept of KM-fuzzy metric spaces and we introduce a novel concept of KM-single valued neutrosophic metric graphs based on KM-fuzzy metric spaces. Then we investigate the finite KM-fuzzy metric spaces with respect to KM-fuzzy metrics and we construct the KMfuzzy metric spaces on any given non-empty sets. We try to extend the concept of KM-fuzzy metric spaces to a larger class of KM-fuzzy metric spaces such as union and product of KM-fuzzy metric spaces and in this regard we investigate the class of products of KM-single valued neutrosophic metric graphs. Tourism development represents a key area for the economy. Its development depends largely on the ability to capture new sources of income. The city of Riobamba of Ecuador has the problem of not having a comfortable route that meets the current demands of tourists, which causes low levels of income. This research aims to develop a method for the analysis of the business plan through the Hierarchical Neutrosophics Analytical Process. The proposal is implemented in the Rioandes Company from which it is achieved as a result that the proposed plan represents a satisfactory alternative for its implementation.

Stormwater discharges from industrial activities at Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico (SNL/NM) are eligible for coverage under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP). This Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) was prepared by National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia (NTESS) for the Department of Energy (DOE) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Sandia Field Office (SFO), owner of SNL/NM, located in Albuquerque, NM. This SWPPP was prepared in compliance with the 2015 MSGP (effective June 4, 2015) and includes a description, potential pollutant sources, and control measures for each permitted site; and stormwater monitoring and compliance plans.

The dissemination of culture is an activity assumed by teaching institutions. Knowing the cultural elements that characterize each nation allows to preserve the cultural heritage. However, quantifying this result represents a complex task to perform. This research proposes a solution to the problem posed with the design of a multicriteria method for the evaluation of cultural diffusion. The method uses neutrosophical numbers to model uncertainty. The endothelial exocytosis of high-molecular-weight multimeric von Willebrand factor (vWF) may occur in critical illness states, including trauma and sepsis, leading to the sustained elevation and altered composition of plasma vWF. These critical illnesses involve the common process of sympathoadrenal activation and loss of the endothelial glycocalyx. As a prothrombotic and proinflammatory molecule that interacts with the endothelium, the alterations exhibited by vWF in critical illness have been implicated in the development and damaging effects of downstream pathologies, such as disseminated intravascular coagulation and systemic inflammatory response syndrome.
