Solving The Minimum Spanning Tree Problem Under Interval-Valued Fermatean Neutrosophic Domain, Souhail Dhouib, Vidhya K, Said Broumi, Mohamed Talea
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
In classical graph theory, the minimal spanning tree (MST) is a subgraph that lacks cycles and efficiently connects every vertex by utilizing edges with the minimum weights. The computation of a minimum spanning tree for a graph has been a pervasive problem over time. However, in practical scenarios, uncertainty often arises in the form of fuzzy edge weights, leading to the emergence of the Fuzzy Minimum Spanning Tree (FMST). This specialized approach is adept at managing the inherent uncertainty present in edge weights within a fuzzy graph, a situation commonly encountered in real-world applications. This study introduces the initial optimization …

Critical Path Method & Project Evaluation And Review Technique: A Neutrosophic Review, Navya Pratyusha M, Arindam Dey, Said Broumi, Ranjan Kumar
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Fuzzy, intuitionistic, and neutrosophic sets are the primary focus of the review investigation under the extension concepts. The significance and use of triangular shape for data representation are investigated. For modelling and expressing ambiguous or complex data, the triangle shape is a useful tool due to its simplicity and computational efficiency. Further study involves the tool of the operations research technique i.e., Network Analysis that helps in implementing and developing using the fuzzy extension principle. Critical Path Method (CPM) & Project Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) plays a major part in the field of network in various decision-making scenarios using …

This paper is dedicated to defining and studying for the first time a two-fold algebra over the neutrosophic real number ring by merging the fuzzy set mapping with the algebraic operations of the neutrosophic real number ring. Also, we study the elementary algebraic properties of the defined two-fold algebra through its algebraic operations and substructures such as homomorphisms and ideals.
Theory Of Distances In Neutrogeometry, Erick González Caballero, Florentin Smarandache
Theory Of Distances In Neutrogeometry, Erick González Caballero, Florentin Smarandache
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
NeutroGeometry is one of the most recent approaches to geometry. In NeutroGeometry mod els, the main condition is to satisfy an axiom, definition, property, operator and so on, that is neither entirely true nor entirely false. When one of these concepts is not satisfied at all it is called AntiGeometry. One of the problems that this new theory has had is the scarcity of models. Another open problem is the definition of angle and distance measurements within the framework of NeutroGeometry. This paper aims to introduce a general theory of distance measures in any NeutroGeometry. We also present an algorithm …

Neutrosophic Statistics For Enhanced Time Series Analysis Of Unemployment Trends In Ecuador, Stephanie M. Delgado Estrada, Katia Del Rocio Ruiz Molina, Fernando Enrique Ponce Orella-Na, Jorge Luis Chabusa Vargas
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
This study harnesses advanced time series models ARIMA, ETS, and SARIMA, coupled with neutrosophic statistics, to forecast unemployment trends through interval-based predictions. Transforming these predictions into neutrosophic forms enables the quantification of indeterminacy, providing a nuanced interpretation of potential economic scenarios. The integration of neutrosophic statistics enhances the interpretative power and accuracy of these models, offering a deeper insight into the inherent uncertainties of economic forecasting. The approach reveals not only the variabilities and potential outcomes within the unemployment rates but also strengthens the decision-making processes by presenting data that encompass both precision and indeterminacy. This paper underscores the importance …

Cubic Spherical Neutrosophic Sets And Selection Of Electric Truck Using Cosine Similarity Measure, S. Krishnaprakash, R. Mariappan, Said Broumi
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
The concepts of cubic spherical neutrosophic sets (CSNSs), introduced and investigated by Gomathi et al. [5], o er a geometric representation of collection of neutrosophic sets (NSs), enhancing their ability to capture uncertainty. The formulation characterizes information using points on a sphere with a de ned center and radius, providing a more precise depiction of fuzziness inherent in uncertain data. The cubic spherical neutrosophic Archimedean triangular norms(ATN) and conorms (ATCN), expanding the models capabilities to handle uncertainty. These algebraic operators enable the aggregation and combination of uncertain informa tion, o ering a more comprehensive approach to decision-making. The research further …

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
It is a well-known fact that groups are the only algebraic structures having a single binary operation that is mathematically so perfect that it is impossible to introduce a richer structure within it. The main purpose of this study is to introduce the notion of the Pythagorean neutrosophic triplet (PNT) which is the generalization of neutrosophic triplet (NT). The PNT is an algebraic structure of three ordered pairs that satisfy several properties under the binary operation (B-Operation) " " . Furthermore, we used the PNTs to introduce the novel concept of a Pythagorean neutrosophic triplet group (PNTG). The algebraic structure …

Diabetes mellitus type 2 is an illness condition in which the glucose level is abnormal and causes harm to the peripheral nervous fibers originating the diabetic neuropathy. The major frequent damage occurs in the sensory-motor system, whose sym ptoms include alteration in tactile perception, temperature, and loss of sensitivity in hands and feet. The evidence for treatments that include neural mobilization is limited, so this study aims to determine if intervention strategies with neural mobilization improve both sensory and functional responses in the neuropathy diabetic peripheral. We selected plithogenic statistics to carry out the statistical study because this disease is …

Analysis Of Scientific Production On Neutrosophy: A Latin American Perspective, Oscar E. Velázquez-Soto, Eduardo Enrique Chibas Muñoz, Maykel Leyva Vazquez, Lee Yang Díaz Chieng, Jesús Estupiñan Ricardo
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Neutrosophy is a branch of philosophy proposed in 1998 by Romanian philosopher and mathematician F. Smarandache, which studies the origin, nature, and scope of neutrality and its interaction with different spectra of ideas. Because it is a relatively new field, specific scientific production on this subject may be limited, but as it develops, new research and contributions are likely to emerge. This is why it is becoming more necessary to undertake studies to understand the evolution, impact, and scope of research, especially in a context where it had never been examined in depth before: in the Latin American region. This …

Late Cretaceous Ammonites And Other Non-Rudist Mollusks From Costa Rica And Their Paleoecology, Esteban David Lopez-Murillo
Earth and Planetary Sciences Faculty and Staff Publications
The Nicoya region in northwestern Costa Rica contains a rich record of Upper Cretaceous fossiliferous sediments, which have received variable levels of study over the past several decades. In particular, rudists from these deposits have been well-characterized, however, the non-rudist ammonite, gastropod, and bivalve fauna have received much less attention. However, this area is particularly important because the Nicoya region was attached to the southernmost tip of North America, making it a unique crossroad between the western Tethys (Caribbean) and Pacific Oceans. Here I present a detailed investigation of these rocks and their fauna between the Late Campanian to Early …
Predictors Of Success In Controlled Drinking Outcomes, Felicia Rose Tuchman
Predictors Of Success In Controlled Drinking Outcomes, Felicia Rose Tuchman
Psychology ETDs
In order for clients to make informed decisions about what treatment goal is best for them and for clinicians to help clients bolster their chances of recovery, it is critical that we know for whom non-abstinence-based treatment goals are most effective. We collected data from 143 treatment-seeking adults with AUD. The final sample consisted of participants with baseline goals of controlled drinking and follow-up data (N = 25). Success for individuals with controlled drinking goals was not predicted by any of the variables studied in multiple regression analysis. Results of latent change score analyses indicate that participants of lower …
The Second Rebellion Of Satan: The Beautiful Raw Power Of The She-Other. An Interview With Violet Castro (Mario Morera, Pp. 16-19), Mario Morera
Intersecciones Hispánicas: Revista de Cultura, Literatura y Lingüística
The idea of this interview was, in fact, born from the participation of Violet Castro in the anthology Inferno (The Infernal Clock, 2020.) Such text presents a series of short stories representing each of the nine circles of hell in Dante’s Divine Comedy. Her short story At the bottom of my lake of blood, inspired by circle number six, suggests to accompany its reading with the 1990’s song Seasons in the abyss, by the californian trash metal band Slayer. A particular daring trait in this short story is the fact that Satan is portrayed as woman. This interview took place …

“So, Like… Tú Sabes”: An Approach To Bilingual Discourse Markers In Puerto Rican Spanish Oral Interaction (Piero Visconte, Pp. 21-45), Piero Visconte
Intersecciones Hispánicas: Revista de Cultura, Literatura y Lingüística
This paper examines discourse markers (DMs) (i.e., pues, entonces, you know, so, I mean, etc.) and their linguistic variations in contexts of English-Spanish interaction in Puerto Rico. This linguistic category represents an aspect of discourse analysis that has captivated great interest in recent years, since its “main function is to connect utterances to each other and to the larger context” (Crible and Blackwell 2020: 24). As shown in several sociolinguistic research articles conducted in the Puerto Rican diaspora of New York City in the last twenty years (Torres 1997, 2002; Lipski 2005), the profound and protracted contact between Spanish and …
