Triangular Fuzzy Quadripartitioned Neutrosophic Set And Its Properties, Tanmoy Chatterjee, Surapati Pramanik
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
The main objective of the paper is to hybridize the triangular fuzzy number and the quadripartitioned neutrosophic set and develop the triangular fuzzy quadripartitioned neutrosophic set. The triangular fuzzy numbers have great potential to express uncertainty systematically. So, the combination of the triangular fuzzy numbers and quadripartitioned neutrosophic sets is an intelligent mathematical tool that will be a helpful mathematical tool for decision-making. We define some operations on the triangular fuzzy quadripartitioned neutrosophic sets such as union, intersection, and complement. We establish some important theorems on operations like union, intersection in between three triangular fuzzy quadripartitioned neutrosophic sets in an …

In this article, eight new definitions are introduced in the context of neutrosophic soft bi-topological spaces with respect to the soft points of the space. Among these new definitions, one important concept known as the soft open set is selected for a pairwise discussion of different structures. These structures include separation axioms, subspaces, the connections between separation axioms and closures, results concerning interiors and closures, the product of separation axioms, and their relationships with neutrosophic soft coordinate spaces regarding soft points. Finally, the most significant structure known as entropy is discussed, and based on this structure, an example related to …

Deciphering The Geometric Bonferroni Mean Operator In Pythagorean Neutrosophic Sets Framework, Mohammad Shafiq Bin Mohammad Kamari, Zahari Bin Md. Rodzi, R.H. Al-Obaidi, Faisal Al-Sharqi, Ashraf Al-Quran, Rawan A. Shlaka
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
The Geometric Bonferroni Mean (GBM), is an extension of The Bonferroni mean (BM), that combines both BM and the geometric mean, allowing for the representation of correlations among the combined factors while acknowledging the inherent uncertainty within the decision-making process. Within the framework of Pythagorean neutrosophic set (PNS) that encompasses truth, indeterminacy, and falsity-membership degrees, each criterion can be integrated into a unified PNS value, portraying the overall evaluation of that criterion by employing the Geometric Bonferroni mean. This study aims to enhance decision-making in Pythagorean neutrosophic framework by introducing an aggregation operator to PNS using the Geometric Bonferroni Mean. …

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Neutrosophic Fuzzy Sets (NFS) expand upon classical fuzzy sets in the field of fuzzy set theory by including measures of truth, indeterminacy, and falsity. This paper thoroughly examines the creation and assessment of similarity measures for Single-Valued Neutrosophic Fuzzy Sets (SVNFS). The similarity measure is a crucial metric that quantifies the extent of similarity between two sets. It finds extensive application in various fields such as pattern recognition, medical diagnosis, and decision-making challenges. Nevertheless, the current similarity measures of Neutrosophic Fuzzy Sets(NFS) suffer from limited practicality and interpretation, and do not yield highly reliable outcomes. In order to tackle this …

Enhanced Tfnn-Gra Technique For Multiple-Attribute Decision-Making With Triangular Fuzzy Neutrosophic Information And Applications To Performance Evaluation Of Internally Cured High-Strength Concrete, Huayang Sun, Zhongyu Liu
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Internal curing technology involves the integration of internal curing materials into concrete, typically under pre-water storage conditions. This method works by gradually releasing water to increase the internal humidity of the concrete, which enhances the hydration of cementitious materials, reduces self-shrinkage in high-strength concrete (HSC), and improves its overall performance. Commonly used internal curing materials include absorbent resin and lightweight aggregates. However, using these materials in excessive amounts can compromise the strength or durability of the concrete, making it essential to determine the optimal dosage for effective application. When applied to HSC, internal curing helps mitigate shrinkage and enhances frost …

Introduction To Algorithmic Ethics Under A Neutrosophic Framework: Re-Mapping The Debate, Antonios Paraskevas, Florentin Smarandache
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Algorithms have become an integral part of professional life and social interactions, in health, transport, commerce and industry. Moreover, they are bringing about changes in the natural, social and human sciences, enriching our knowledge and testing the limits of technology. In the age of artificial intelligence (AI), the ethical behavior of algorithms is facing increasing scrutiny. Traditional models that attempt to evaluate algorithm ethics using binary or probabilistic methods often fall short in addressing the complexity and uncertainties present in real-world situations. This study introduces a novel approach to assessing algorithmic ethics by utilizing neutrosophic indeterminacy. Neutrosophic logic, which considers …

Ng#− Irresolvable And Strongly − Irresolvable Spaces In Neutrosophic Topological Spaces, Martina Jency J, Babisha Julit R L, Pious Missier S
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
The notion of breaking down a topological space into smaller, disjoint subsets is the basis for the topological concepts of ‘resolvable space’ and ‘irresolvable space’. By synergizing topology and neutrosophy, we have introduced a new paradigm in neutrosophic topological spaces, represented by N g #− resolvable spaces, N g #− irresolvable spaces and strongly N g #− irresolvable spaces. This pioneering fusion enables the exploration of novel mathematical structures and their characterizations.

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
In recent years, a group of rapidly growing technology-based entrepreneurial enterprises have emerged in China, playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. However, small and medium sized technology startups have low profitability and high risk, making it difficult to obtain sufficient funds from traditional financing channels. At present, research on venture capital evaluation mainly focuses on the evaluation of projects before venture capital, and empirical methods are mostly used to study the promoting effect of venture capital on performance after investment, ignoring the issue of continuous evaluation after investment. The performance evaluation of risk investment in small and …

The Theoretical Framework On Approximation Of Neutrosophic Numbers And Their Application, Augus Kurian, Sumathi I R, Omaima Al-Shanqiti
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Neutrosophic sets are effectual logic represented to understand ambiguous and inconsistent information. They are frequently used to explain many types of partial or incomplete information. Researchers have given much attention to the decision-making theory and its associated methodologies based on uncertain linguistic factors. This article emphasizes the novel neutrosophic number approximations to handle linguistic variables and their application in multiple-attribute decision-making. Different approximation techniques are introduced in neutrosophic sets, but substantial data loss may occur. Hence, a hexagonal neutrosophic number was proposed to deal with information loss during approximation. Also, the comparison study with existing techniques is explored to show …
