Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
An integrated multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach is used in this study to evaluate multilingual higher education internationalization. This study is the first to employ a novel combination technique that has not yet been used for corporate performance evaluation. It is based on root assessment method (RAM) and indifference threshold-based attribute ratio analysis (ITARA) methodologies. The weights of the criteria are determined using the ITARA approach, and the RAM method is used to rank the alternatives. these methods are used under the neutrosophic sets to deal with vague and uncertainty data. This study uses the Probabilistic Simplified Neutrosophic sets to overcome …

Effective Approach To Shock Absorption Performance Evaluation Of Mechanical Component Springs Using The Single Valued Trapezoidal Neutrosophic Numbers For Structural Stability, Hanwei Qu, Caiyun Duan, Jiancheng Yu
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
We propose a decision-making approach for shock absorption performance evaluation of mechanical component springs. The main goal of this research is to provide a decision support system that will help decision makers to select the best alternative to alleviate this ambiguity. The selection of the best alternative is done using the multi-attribute group decision-making approach. The hybrid model is created utilizing two-step logarithmic normalization (ARLON) and Single Valued Trapezoidal Neutrosophic Numbers (SVTNNs) for MEREC and alternative ranking. The criteria's relevance levels are ascertained using the innovative SVTNN-MEREC approach. The alternatives are ranked using the recently developed SVTNN-ARLON technique. The suggested …

Fixed Point Theorems In Neutrosophic Fuzzy Metric Space And A Characterization To Its Completeness, Samriddhi Ghosh, Ramakant Bhardwaj, Satyendra Narayan, Sonam Sonam
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
The present research work aims to establish some basic conventional fixed point theorems such as the Banach fixed point theorem, Edelstein fixed point theorem and Kannan fixed point theorem, for a recently introduced topological space, known as the neutrosophic fuzzy metric space. The Kannan fixed point theorem has also further been classified into two categories namely, (1/2)−Kannan and (1)−Kannan fixed point theorems. Also the concept of semi-metric in the said space has been introduced, and along with it the results hence obtained are used to characterize the completeness of the mentioned space. To the best of known literatures, this type …

Application Of The Neutrosophic Fuzzy Sets In Profession Determination, K. Rajesh, S. Moorthy, A. Jeeva, D. Moganraj
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
We present several operations, such as algebraic sum, algebraic product, and arithmetic mean, over the neutrosophic sets extended with moment in time and sketch numbers. Through mathematical illustrations, we explore various properties and apply this concept to professional decision-making. Existing neutrosophic set (NS) and fuzzy set theories lack the capability to dynamically account for time and evolving circumstances. Many approaches fail to provide satisfactory solutions for handling evolving decision criteria or dynamic uncertainties. While operations like algebraic sum, algebraic product, and arithmetic mean exist for neutrosophic sets, their adaptation and extension to dynamic and temporal dimensions (moment in time and …

Solving A Global-Mixed Integer Signomial Geometric Fractional Programming Problem, J. Shirin Nejad, M. Saraj
Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
This article addresses mixed integer fractional signomial geometric programming (MIFSGP) problems, which have been widely used in industrial design. In this paper, first, we convert fractional signomial programming into a nonfractional problem so that it maintains its geometric structure. Then, convex relaxation is used to reach a mixed integer global solution. Although, in many cases, we obtain a better objective function value with this process, designers may still be dissatisfied with the rupture between the original objective function value and the relaxed value. Therefore, we apply a spatial branch and bound algorithm to decrease that distance to an acceptable extent …

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems
Neutosophic graphs are an extension of fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy graphs by including the uncertainty, vagueness, and indeterminacy that are normal in the real world. This paper looks into the edge connectivity of a neutrosophic graph, which is a basic parameter that shows how strong and fault-tolerant networks are that are modelled by these graphs. Edge connectivity, which is the smallest number of edges that need to be taken away from a graph to make it trivial or disconnected, is a key concept in figuring out how strong and resilient networks are in many situations. This paper also addresses computational …
