Neutrosophic Non-Newtonian And Geometric Measures: A Consistent Analytical Framework, Amer Darweesh, Kamel Al-Khaled, Mohammed Shakhatreh, Mahmood Shareef Ajeel, Nermin Abo Hasan

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems

The neutrosophic measure is a generalization of the classical measure in situations when the space contains some indeterminacy. In this paper, we introduce the concept of the Neutrosophic Geometric Measure, we also provide some results, and examples related to the Neutrosophic Geometric Measure. A classical measure of the objects determinate component, a classical measure of its indeterminate part, and a further classical measure of the objects opposite determinate part are the three classical measures that make up the neutrosophic measure. To de ne the Neutrosophic Geometric Measure, we introduce a new measure on R+ and call it the geometric Lebesgue …

Division Of 3-Refined Neutrosophic Numbers By Using The Identification Method And The 3-Refined Ah-Isometry, Yaser Ahmad Alhasan, Mohamed Elghazali Ali Mohieldin Mohamed, Qusay Ahassan, Raja Abdullah Abdulfatah

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems

This paper aims to study the division of 3-refined neutrosophic numbers, where it was discussed through two methods, the first is the identification method, and the second is the 3-refined AH-isometry. In addition to presenting special cases related to division of 3-refined neutrosophic numbers. The most important idea in this paper is that we were able to move from the formula we obtained in the 3-refined AH-isometry to the formula we found in the identification method and vice versa, hence this proves the validity of both formulas.

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems

This paper demonstrates the feasibility of using an electronic nose to assess fish quality by analyzing air quality and examining volatile organic compounds (VOCs) alongside physical variables, with pH, protein content, and VOCs serving as chemical reference points. Artificial intelligence algorithms were employed to predict quality and calculate regression coefficients. Using the reference neural network algorithm based on chemical and physical compounds, regression coefficients (R values) achieved were 0.99, 0.98, and 0.97, respectively. Additionally, ANFIS (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) produced R values of 0.99, 0.85, and 0.98. Both fuzzy logic and ANFIS proved effective for predicting fish quality. Image processing …

A Concise Introduction To Hyperfuzzy, Hyperneutrosophic, Hyperplithogenic, Hypersoft, And Hyperrough Sets With Practical Examples, Takaaki Fujita, Florentin Smarandache

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems

Various set concepts are widely recognized for effectively addressing u ncertainty, including fuzzy sets, neutrosophic sets, plithogenic sets, rough sets, and soft sets. These concepts have been further extended through hyperstructures (based on powersets) and superhyperstructures (based on n-th powersets, which are sets with repeated power set structures) [5,12–14,32]. These extensions are commonly referred to as HyperUncertain, SuperUncertain, and SuperHyperUncertain Sets/Logics/Probabilities/Statistics, and they were introduced by Smarandache in 2016-2017 [32] as parts of HyperStructures, SuperStructures, and SuperHyperStructures respectively. This paper recalls these concepts along with concrete examples.

Tribal Eminent Domain: Sovereignty Gaps And Policy Solutions, John Beaty Feb 2025

Tribal Eminent Domain: Sovereignty Gaps And Policy Solutions, John Beaty

New Mexico Law Review

This Article addresses the existence and scope of the tribal power of eminent domain. American Indian Tribes are sovereign entities within the United States and can exercise many traditional government powers. However, centuries of actions by the United States’ executive, legislative, and judicial branches have eaten away at the fabric of tribal sovereign powers. Currently, the scope of tribal sovereign authority is unclear with regards to eminent domain, the practice of a sovereign taking private property for public use. Eminent domain is important to many tribal governmental interests, including infrastructure development and fighting the fractionation of land interests. Although eminent …

“A Profusion Of Terms And Tests”: Clarifying New Mexico’S Double Description Analysis, Van E. Snow

New Mexico Law Review

The government cannot punish someone twice for the same offense. But determining whether two crimes are the same offense for double jeopardy purposes can be difficult. New Mexico courts approach this problem in a unique way. In 1991, the New Mexico Supreme Court created a multi-step test for double description cases that largely reflected federal law under Blockburger v. United States. Over time, the supreme court modified and expanded the inquiry. These departures have produced an overly complex analysis that has lost sight of the sole limitation on imposing multiple punishments: legislative intent. This Article proposes three changes that would …

A New Way For Justice For Families Of Schoolchildren With Disabilities? A Case Note On Luna Perez V. Sturgis Public Schools, Kevin R. Hart

New Mexico Law Review

For years, the majority of courts have ruled that parents of children with disabilities were required to exhaust special education due process procedures before filing civil actions under other disability statutes. Change would come through Luna Perez v. Sturgis Public Schools. In Luna Perez, a deaf student, Miguel Luna Perez, was denied a free and appropriate education for eleven years. After settling the case under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Mr. Luna Perez (initially through his mother, but later continuing on his own) filed a claim for compensatory damages under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section …

Landlord Licensure: A Pathway To Improved Rental Housing In New Mexico, Stefanie N. Jock Feb 2025

Landlord Licensure: A Pathway To Improved Rental Housing In New Mexico, Stefanie N. Jock

New Mexico Law Review

Over a thousand different professions throughout the United States are subject to occupational regulations for the purpose of protecting public health, safety, and welfare. Yet, few professions are as crucial to public health, safety and welfare as the business that controls access to rental housing. The availability of rental housing is critical to the people of New Mexico due to the state’s high percentage of low-income households and the shortage of affordable housing units available in recent years. Thus, low-income renters in New Mexico are often left dealing with substandard housing conditions or paying a significant portion of their income …

De-Dollarization And South Asia: Challenges And Opportunities For Nepal In A Multipolar Currency World, Keshav Bhattarai, Ambika P. Adhikari

Himalayan Research Papers Archive

The United States dollar’s dominance as the global reserve currency, established under the 1944 Bretton Woods system, persists despite the 1971 decoupling of the gold backing to the dollar. Its liquidity, stability, and full support by the US government confer a solid financial security and advantage to the currency, including a universal acceptance of the dollar and a relatively low borrowing cost. Because of these reasons, the US dollar has been able to dominate the global financial markets for the past eight decades. However, the rapidly emerging global political and economic power shifts are challenging the status of the US …

Irrigation And Society In The Upper Río Grande Basin, U.S.A: A Heritage Of Mutualism, José A. Rivera Ph.D

Faculty Publications

The acequias of the upper Río Grande are more than just irrigation canals. They also allocate and manage water for the community of landowners in the system. After four centuries of use, the acequias persist into modern times with their founding principles intact: self-government, local autonomy, internal rules for operating procedures, and a strong sense of mutualismo or communal responsibility. They have endured since Spanish colonial settlement and have maintained continuity of a water culture surviving political-administrative changes under three sovereigns, Spain (1598-1821), Mexico (1821-1848), and the United States (1848-Present). Despite stressors of climate variability, demographic changes, urbanization, and economic …

The First Resolution Of The Travelling Salesman Problem Under Neutrosophic Octagonal Fuzzy Environment, Mariem Miledia, Taicir Loukilb, Souhail Dhouiba

Neutrosophic Sets and Systems

The Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a challenging combinatorial optimization problem classified as NP-hard. Its objective is to identify the shortest cycle that visits every city precisely once before returning to the initial city. To the best of our knowledge there is no one in the literature who solved the TSP under the neutrosophic octagonal fuzzy environment. That’s why, in this paper the novel heuristic namely Dhouib-Matrix-TSP1 (DM-TSP1) is exploited to optimize the TSP under the neutrosophic octagonal fuzzy domain. So, this research work represents the first application of DM-TSP1 on this mentioned environment. A defuzzification function is used to …
