Beyond Probability: An Analytical Exploration Of Fuzzy And Neutrosophic Paradigms In Binomial Acceptance Sampling, Uma G, Vela Muruga Anurahini P
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Acceptance sampling plans are widely used in Statistical Quality Control to determine the acceptance or rejection of production lots based on sample inspection. Classical sampling plans under the binomial distribution assume precise parameter values, which may not adequately represent uncertainty, vagueness, and indeterminacy encountered in practical inspection environments. This review summarizes acceptance probability formulations for single and double sampling plans developed using fuzzy and neutrosophic logic under the binomial distribution. The focus is on studies that model the fraction defective and related parameters as fuzzy or neutrosophic numbers, allowing imprecise and indeterminate quality information to be incorporated into sampling decisions. …
Reliability-Calibrated Q-Rung Orthopair Neutrosophic Soft Ranking Under Partial Observability: An Auditable Industrial-Process Benchmark, Nagham Ahmed Abdelmegeed, Zeshan Aslam Khan
Reliability-Calibrated Q-Rung Orthopair Neutrosophic Soft Ranking Under Partial Observability: An Auditable Industrial-Process Benchmark, Nagham Ahmed Abdelmegeed, Zeshan Aslam Khan
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Multi-criteria decision systems often interpret disagreement among criteria as evidence that some criteria are unreliable. This is problematic when the disagreement reflects a genuine operational trade-off. We develop a reliability-and-admissibility-calibrated q-rung orthopair neutrosophic soft ranking procedure (RAC-qRON) that distinguishes recorded evidence quality from the direction of criterion preferences. An explicitly bounded interval for each alternative–criterion observation is mapped to truth, indeterminacy and falsity memberships, with an admissibility proof for every integer rung q ≥ 1. Criterion weights are adjusted according to recorded information coverage rather than cross-criterion correlation, and a fixed-reference ideal-distance calculation produces an auditable rank. The method is …
Risk Prioritization Of ``Digital Drug'' And Consumer Neurostimulation Modalities: A Reproducible Interval-Valued Fermatean Fuzzy Entropy–Topsis Framework, Rawan Emad El-Saadany, Ahmed Samy, Mohamed M. Abdelhafeez, Mahmoud M. Ismail
Risk Prioritization Of ``Digital Drug'' And Consumer Neurostimulation Modalities: A Reproducible Interval-Valued Fermatean Fuzzy Entropy–Topsis Framework, Rawan Emad El-Saadany, Ahmed Samy, Mohamed M. Abdelhafeez, Mahmoud M. Ismail
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Consumer audio and multisensory stimulation technologies are increasingly accessible through streaming platforms, mobile applications, and immersive media. The expression digital drug is sometimes used for binaural-beat content intended to alter subjective states, but the term is a consumer/cultural label and does not imply pharmacological equivalence. Risk prioritization in this area is difficult because evidence is heterogeneous, several relevant criteria are qualitative, and judgments may be imprecise rather than point-valued. This paper develops a transparent interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy (IVFF) group decision framework that combines interval-preserving aggregation, Shannon entropy weighting, and TOPSIS for prioritizing digital drug risk scenarios under uncertainty. The method …

Risk-Based Cybersecurity Threat Prioritization In Digital Twin-Enabled Cyber-Physical Systems, Nada Mohamed, Alshaimaa A. Tantawy, Ahmed M. Abdelmouty
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Digital Twin (DT)-enabled cyber-physical systems (CPS) face cybersecurity risks due to their complex connections and high levels of interdependence. Traditional methods, for assessing risk often fail to rank these threats. This is especially true when expert opinions include ambiguity, uncertainty or unclear information. A Type 2 Neutrosophic Entropy– Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to COmpromise Solution (Entropy- MARCOS) framework for cybersecurity threat prioritization in DT-enabled CPS is proposed in this paper. The uncertainty and indeterminacy present in expert evaluations are represented by Type 2 Neutrosophic Numbers (T2NNs). While the MARCOS technique is used to assess and rank cybersecurity threats …
Context-Regulated Q-Neutrosophic Soft Model Selection Under Input Perturbation: Evidence From Three Classification Benchmarks, Poom Kumam, Supak Phiangsungnoen
Context-Regulated Q-Neutrosophic Soft Model Selection Under Input Perturbation: Evidence From Three Classification Benchmarks, Poom Kumam, Supak Phiangsungnoen
Neutrosophic Systems with Applications
Selecting a classifier using a single average metric can conceal instability across validation splits, poor lower-tail behavior, and sensitivity to input perturbations. This study formulates a context-regulated Q-neutrosophic soft model-selection procedure with two fixed evaluation conditions. For each classifier and performance criterion, mean attainment (truth), across-split dispersion (indeterminacy), and the complement of a lower empirical quantile (falsity) form an auditable three-component descriptor. A bounded lower-context regulator aggregates their penalized utilities; monotonicity and perturbation bounds follow directly from its convex representation. Four fixed classifiers are compared using five benefit-oriented criteria, three repetitions of stratified five-fold cross-validation, and paired test-feature perturbations. Three …

Return-To-Play After Turf Toe Injuries In Elite American Football Players: A Systematic Review And Clinical Guide, Vijay Karthikeya Raja, Joshua J. Leazer, Jared W. Nichols
Student Publications
Turf toe, a traumatic sprain of the first metatarsophalangeal joint capsuloligamentous complex, is a clinically important cause of missed playing time in elite American football players. Low-grade injuries are commonly managed conservatively, whereas complete Grade 3 disruptions present a more complex therapeutic challenge because management depends on joint stability, sesamoid alignment, performance demands, and season timing. This systematic review evaluated return-to-play rates, recovery timelines, patient-reported outcomes, and post-recovery performance after operative and nonoperative management of turf toe injuries in collegiate and professional American football players. A systematic literature search of MEDLINE via PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Central Register of …

A Trauma-Informed And Collaborative Approach To Safe And Sustained Family Reunification, Alissa M. Cummins
Master of Arts in Human Services
Family reunification involves more than returning a child to the care of their biological family; it requires the sustained promotion of child safety, stability, and family well-being. This literature review examined how trauma-informed and collaborative approaches support safe, stable, and lasting reunification within the child welfare system. The review explored adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and developmental, psychological, family, and socioeconomic risk factors associated with child welfare involvement and permanency outcomes, as well as protective factors such as supportive relationships, caregiver well-being, resilience, and access to services and resources. Analysis of the literature identified three interconnected principles essential to successful reunification: …

Autofield-Poa: A Hybrid Automl–Metaheuristic Framework For Automated Feature Selection In Recommender Systems, Mohammed Dheyaaldeen Taha, Waleed Kareem Ahmed, Rana Saad Mohammed, Zied O. Ahmed
Karbala International Journal of Modern Science
The problem of automated feature selection is one of the most important aspects of modern recommender systems, as overestimating the number of feature fields used, which can increase model complexity, inference latency, and performance degradation due to redundancy and noise. Although differentiable Automated Machine Learning (AutoML) based feature selection methods, including AutoField, are effective, they remain susceptible to initialization and local optima. Conversely, population-based metaheuristic algorithms are effective at global exploration, but are often inefficient in high-dimensional discrete spaces when randomly initialized. This paper presents AutoField-POA, a hybrid AutoML-metaheuristic framework that combines a differentiable controller with the Pelican Optimization Algorithm …
Precarity And The Social Organization Of Affect In Public Libraries, Naomi E. Nichols Dr., Phil Canuel, Maggie Pearson, Kathrine Williams
Precarity And The Social Organization Of Affect In Public Libraries, Naomi E. Nichols Dr., Phil Canuel, Maggie Pearson, Kathrine Williams
Journal of Institutional Ethnography
Material and felt precarity are increasing in Ontario cities, impacted by housing and food unaffordability, an unpredictable drug supply, rising homelessness, and unmet social and health needs. The social relations of precarity play out in public spaces like libraries, changing how people’s work in, and experiences of, public space are organized. In this institutional ethnography (IE), we draw on 38 interviews with library staff and visitors to describe how shifts in the activities undertaken by library visitors (i.e., an increase in survival-related work) is co-ordered with, and re-shaping the work of library staff. Beginning with the standpoint of library staff, …

Arts-Based Experiential Learning And Human Flourishing: A Perma-Informed Case Study Of Community Mural Making, Lindsay A. Beddes, Karen Yescavage, Krista Bridgmon
Journal of Contemplative and Holistic Education
The worsening mental health epidemic among college students is marked by significant risk for loneliness, anxiety, and depression. Given that the demand for mental health care is outpacing institutional capacity, creative solutions are needed to augment traditional reactive interventions. In this qualitative research, we used narrative case study to explore the transformative power of community mural-making as experiential learning. Drawing on Seligman’s PERMA model (positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, accomplishment) we investigated how creative expression can cultivate positive psychological states to help students flourish (1991; 2011; 2018). Mural making promotes the crucial skills of teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Outdoor public …

Palestinian Theatre Studies: The Emergence Of A Field, Noor Shihadeh
Regards
This article analyses the emergence of Palestinian theatre studies, a field of research bound to the modern history of Palestine and to the settler colonial violence that marks it. This violence strikes people, their cultural production and the very possibility of preserving it, shaping in turn how scholarship circulates and where it can be conducted. Studies on Palestinian theatre have nonetheless appeared since the 1960s. The article examines them through a multilingual literature review (Arabic, English, French, Italian, Hebrew) and identifies three main lines of research: a historical-documentary approach, a socio-political and anthropological approach, and a body of studies devoted …

Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-270-Master Title: Non-Von Neumann Ternary Logic Compilers For Closed-Loop Substrates: Physical Verification Schemas For Multi-Phase Fluid-Canvas Systems, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
- This master specification provides the definitive systems architecture, out-of-band verification schemas, and compilation protocols for a non-Von Neumann ternary logic operating network. Traditional binary computing structures are bound by rigid physical separation between processing cores and memory storage units, leading to the catastrophic Von Neumann bottleneck, immense thermal dissipation spikes, and logical vulnerabilities to software-level algorithmic hallucinations.
SPEC-270-MASTER resolves these vulnerabilities by replacing discrete binary bits (0, 1) with localized, physical sub-2-bit ternary states (-1, 0, +1) compiled directly within the continuous multi-phase fluid loop parameters established in SPEC-263-CORE. By utilizing out-of-band verification hardware stages to phase-lock computational operations to …
Technical Disclosure Specification: Spec-269-Core Title: Graded Interface Passivation Against Micro-Cavitation Corrosion: Solid-State Surface Passivation And Mechanical Implosion Deflection For High-Velocity Cooling Loops, Christopher L. Eckes
Defensive Publications Series
- This disclosure provides the definitive material resilience matrices, surface chemistry formulations, and solid-state passivation criteria required to protect the interior fluidic lines of the TECTONEX spaceframe chassis against high-velocity vaporous cavitation shockwaves. Under extreme operational load conditions, high-velocity magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) pumping cycles cause transient local fluid velocities to experience steep geometric contractions, inducing extreme localized low-pressure zones. When these vapor pockets inevitably collapse, they release intense, micro-scale kinetic implosion jets that destroy traditional pipe structures via mechanical cavitation erosion and subsequent localized chemical corrosion.
SPEC-269-CORE resolves this long-term wear vulnerability by engineering a continuous, graded ultra-nanocrystalline diamond (UNCD) and tantalum-nitride …

Defensive Publications Series
- This disclosure provides the definitive mathematical models, spatial layout configurations, and thermodynamic parameters required to build integrated thermal enthalpy recovery grids within Layer 3 of the TECTONEX panel mesh. When high-flux ionizing radiation impacts Layer 1, the localized kinetic and electromagnetic energy is translated into high-density standing phonon fields within the monolithic Eckesonium(TM) wave-sink backbone.
SPEC-268-CORE resolves the problem of thermal pooling and localized entropic losses by embedding solid-state, high-efficiency bismuth-telluride (Bi2Te3) and silicon-germanium (SiGe) quantum-well thermoelectric micro-grids directly within the walls bounding the microvascular channels. By capturing the steep spatial thermal gradient generated between the blazing exterior structural skin …
