Strengthening Marketing Attribution Across The Funnel At Bluesnap Powered By Payroc, Lily Abigial Sturdevant
Business Analytics Student Projects and Publications
This case study examines how BlueSnap powered by Payroc can strengthen marketing attribution across a complex B2B funnel using its existing information systems. BlueSnap runs multichannel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display/CTV, email, SEO/PR, content syndication, and partner programs, but fragmented tracking across HubSpot, Salesforce, and media platforms prevents a unified, causal view of performance. The analysis combines a process and data-flow map of the TOFU-MOFU-BOFU customer journey, KPI and dashboard review, and a SWOT lens to diagnose issues in data integration, attribution modeling, and KPI interpretation. Nine in ten Maine residents plan to celebrate Christmas this year and a plurality will have an artificial tree. Most Mainers expect a white Christmas this year, up from just over half last year. Mainers prefer "Merry Christmas" as a holiday greeting rather than "Happy Holidays".

The trend towards artificial Christmas trees in New Hampshire continues apace, with just over half of state residents preferring them. Residents who prefer artificial trees most often say they like them because they already have one, they create less mess, and they last longer, while those who prefer real trees mention tradition or the look or smell. Nearly all New Hampshire residents plan on celebrating Christmas, and most primarily celebrate it as a family or cultural holiday rather than a religious holiday. Four in ten Vermont residents will have a real Christmas tree this year and most often cite the look or smell or tradition as the reason. Seven in eight Vermonters plan to celebrate Christmas, most of whom will celebrate it as a family or cultural holiday rather than a religious one. Given the heavy early snows, most Vermonters expect a white Christmas.

This paper examines the beta readiness of GrantSpace, an AI-powered grant management platform developed by North Light AI, as it pivots from institutional customers to freelance and independent grant writers. As generative AI tools have commoditized basic writing capabilities, competitive advantage in grant technology increasingly depends on supporting creative flow, reducing professional risk, and enabling policy-compliant workflows. Using market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and UX and data-readiness evaluation, this study assesses whether GrantSpace’s current beta experience aligns with freelance grant writer needs.

Enhancing Alumni Data Integrity And Collection Practices At The College For Social Innovation, Rhea A. Shirodkar

The College for Social Innovation (CFSI) is an educational nonprofit that provides 15-week credited social sector internship programs for undergraduate and gap year students. To assess program impact and support strategic decision-making, donor engagement, program improvement, and recruitment initiatives, CFSI collects alumni outcome data through two FormAssembly surveys integrated with their Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). However, organizational and data infrastructure changes taking place from 2020-2021 created a misalignment between FormAssembly and NPSP data structures, resulting in inconsistent field types, variable naming conventions, data mapping errors, and duplicate records entering the NPSP from 2021-onward.
