testRational rates were determined by calculating unit costs into account characteristics of product as information related ability and willingness to pay. Ability and willingness were calculated for quality control and cost at the hospital. Community satisfaction index in Kaliwates General hospital released number of customer satisfaction that hasn’t met the standard was rate of inpatient services. The application of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Fiduciary Duty in Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies creates a conflict of interest. The problem that arises is the placement of CSR in the company's income statement that will reduce the company's dividend distribution. This violates the principle of "fiduciary duty". Since 2009, there have been significant regulatory changes in coal mining in Indonesia, beginning with the enactment of Law No.4 of 2009 concerning Mineral and Coal Mining, which replaced the prior system of contracts and mining authorizations (Kuasa Pertambangan; KP) with mining business permits (Ijin Usaha Pertambangan; IUP). Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus Dengue dan ditularkan melalui gigitan nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau melaporkan jumlah kasus DBD sebanyak 277 dan Case Fatality Rate (CFR) DBD sebesar 1,4% pada tahun 2016, di mana kasus terbanyak berasal dari Kota Pekanbaru yaitu 58 kasus dengan CFR sebesar 0%. Adapun, CFR DBD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Payung Sekaki meningkat dari 0% pada tahun 2015 menjadi 0,7% pada tahun 2016. Kejadian luar biasa Hepatitis A di Pondok Pesantren X pada bulan Januari 2018 merupakan KLB Hepatitis A pertama di Kabupaten Cirebon. This study was done to look at the picture of pending claims that were returned by the BPJS Kesehatan and its causes at Hermina Ciputat Hospital, Tangerang Selatan Banten. This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data used were the claim files from inpatient and outpatient treatment that was delayed or returned by BPJS Health in June-August 2018. The variables used in this study are the number of pending claim files, reasons for returning and the reasons for cause of the returning. CO2 electrochemical reduction (CO2ER) activity is known to be influenced by electrode materials. In this study, we report the fabrication of a copper-nickel-modified boron-doped diamond (CuNi-BDD) electrode using wet chemical seeding and electrodeposition. Annealing was performed to improve the stability of the modified electrode during elec-trolysis. Characterization of the modified BDD electrodes shows successful deposition without damage to the surface of the BDD support material. CO2ER was conducted with the CuNi-BDD electrode, which produces various important products including methanol, formic acid, CO, and CH4. Soil contamination by pesticides should be controlled by using soil microbes with the ability to degrade pesticide resi-dues. Microorganisms that have adapted to a particular pesticide could accelerate the degradation process. The present study aimed to select bacteria in soil that could potentially degrade cypermethrin residues. Experiments were carried out in a laboratory and employed soil samples collected from the districts of Demak, Magelang, and Brebes. Each soil sample was initially tested for the presence of bacteria and pesticide residues. Micropowders of oxide-dispersion-strengthened (ODS) steel have been synthesized using the ultrasonic irradiation method with variations in amplitude. The ultrasonic irradiation process is performed for 50 h at a frequency of 20 kHz with 40%, 50%, and 60% amplitudes in toluene solution. The formation of Fe-Cr microalloys in the preparation of Fe- 15Cr-0.5Y2O3 powder was analyzed using SEM-EDS, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and TEM-EDS. The percentage of Fe- Cr phase mass fraction of ODS steel micropowder formed during ultrasonic irradiation with 40%:50%:60% amplitude was 12.2%:34.1%:22.1%, with 25.67:77.02:38.51 nm crystallite size. Hydroxyapatite (HAp) is one of the constituent minerals of bone and teeth, that has been widely used for synthesizing bone graft. Due to the limitation on properties of the hydroxyapatite, it is doping with Magnesium (HAp-Mg). The addition of Chitosan (Chi) was expected to improve the antibacterial properties of HAp-Mg. The present research aims to study the influence of Chitosan with 0, 5, 15, and 25 wt% addition on biocompatibility properties of Chi/HAp-Mg composite. Background: Environment, peer-groups, and salespersons influence consumers’ purchasing decisions regarding oral hygiene products. Other influences include various cultural, social, demographic, and socioeconomic factors. This study was designed to determine factors motivating and influencing consumers while choosing oral hygiene aids. Methods: 410 patients (age, 10–70 years), who visited the outpatient department of Sheikh Zayed Medical Complex, Lahore, Pakistan, were subjected to a close-ended questionnaire survey. Factors investigated included cost, packaging, media advertisement, perceptions, and previous experiences. Results: The cost of oral-hygiene products (82%) were the biggest influence.
