Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Surat Keterangan Ganti Rugi (SKGR) yang banyak ditemukan di Propinsi Riau. SKGR pada dasarnya merupakan surat keterangan yang dikeluarkan oleh Lurah atau Camat, terhadap peralihan tanah garapan yang belum bersertipikat. Tidak jarang, SKGR yang merupakan tanah yang belum memiliki sertipikat ini dijadikan jaminan dalam suatu perjanjian utang piutang. Padahal, tanah yang belum memiliki sertipikat seharusnya tidak dijadikan jaminan dalam suatu perikatan. Adapun permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai keabsahan dan kekuatan SKGR yang dijadikan jaminan dalam suatu Perjanjian Utang Piutang. Starch was extracted from Kwakil beans and cross-linked with POCl3 (1% v/w of starch dry basis [db]). The cross-linked starch (PCS) derivative was carboxymethylated with sodium monochloroacetate (5% to 30% w/w of starch db) to obtain cross-linked carboxymethyl starch (PCCS) derivatives. The derivatives were used in the adsorption of Pb2+ and Cd2+, and the process was monitored using atomic adsorption spectrometer. Carboxymethylation enhanced adsorption of ions (Cd2+, 95% to 96%; Pb, 65% to 94%), and it was more appreciable with Pb2+ than Cd2+ as degree of substitution increased from 0.008 to 0.052. …

Bioactive compounds in Eucheuma cottonii include phenols or polyphenols with antioxidant, antibacterial, and antiviral properties. Seaweed quality, including phenolic content, is highly determined by several factors, including the growth location, cultivation technique, and harvest age. This study aimed to determine the effect of harvest age and solvent type on the phenolic content of E. cottonii. The study discusses the drivers of conflict in the construction of Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) in Temon, Kulon Progo, using a politico-economic framework. This research employs the theory of land-based elite domination of urban growth machines and theories that explain the drivers of conflicts caused by construction and development of infrastructure. This paper discusses the role of social worker in implementing the removal of neglected children of Indonesia citizens by foreign citizens (intercountry adoption) in Yayasan Sayap Ibu Branch of Jakarta. This paper also uses qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The data collection carried out by observation and in depth interviews with ten informants consists of social workers, coordinator for child alleviation, four people of prospective parents, and four people of related ministries/institutions.
