This study aimed to investigate the prevention of acidosis in ruminants, which causes yield and financial losses, and toevaluate the effects of feed additives on starch digestion. Four male Bafra yearling lambs with cannulated rumens were used in a 60-daystudy. Each lamb underwent 10 days of adaptation to a ration and 5 days of sampling for four different rations including a control ration(CR), monensin ration (MR), Saccharomyces cerevisiae ration (SR), and a ration with the combination of monensin and Saccharomycescerevisiae (MSR). Common bean is one of the most nutritionally important legumes because of its high-quality protein content. While its genome has been widely studied however, the IQD gene family has not been extensively investigated in common bean to date. The IQD proteins (IQ-67 domain), a type of calmodulin-binding protein, are involved in plant growth and development, as well as the plant's response to environmental stressors. 154 walnut genotypes from various geographic regions were analyzed in the study. Micronutrient concentrations of zinc (Zn) ranged from 1.61 to 8.98 mg/100 g, and the concentrations of copper (Cu) varied between 0.12 and 0.38 mg/100 g. 16,473 SNPs were generated using Diversity Array Technology (DArT) for genome-wide association (GWAS) studies. The Mixed Linear Model (MLM) utilizing the Q + K model revealed seven associated markers for the element Zn in 2021 and four in 2022. The apple (Malus domestica [Suckow] Borkh) is economically and culturally significant worldwide, thriving in temperate regions. This study examined genetic variations among 52 apple accessions from three research centers in Kazakhstan using the iPBS-retrotransposons marker system. Out of 35 screened markers, 12 highly polymorphic markers were selected for PCR amplification, resulting in 280 bands, 279 of which were polymorphic, yielding a 99.64% polymorphism rate. Genetic diversity indices showed substantial variation: effective number of alleles (ne=1.655), Shannon's information index (I=0.373), gene diversity (h=0.549), and an average genetic distance of 1.2. The advent of next-generation sequencing technologies, mainly double digest restriction site-associated DNA sequencing (ddRADSeq), has significantly advanced the development of molecular markers for crop genetics. This study used ddRADSeq to identify and develop insertion-deletion (InDel) markers in 25 peanut genotypes from diverse geographic regions. The bioinformatic analysis unveiled 62728 InDels across the peanut genome, predominantly between 1-5 bp, which constituted 96% of the total, while InDels of ≥ 6 bp accounted for 3.96%. Background/aim: To investigate the possible morbidities associated with the implantation of a totally implantable venous access device (TIVAD) in breast cancer (BC) patients.Materials and methods: Clinical data and developed complications in 546 BC patients with TIVAD between 2017 and 2021 were analyzed retrospectively. Among these patients, 524 (96.0%) patients who underwent TIVAD implantation via the right subclavian vein (SCV) route were examined separately.Results: The mean patient age was 56.1±11.4 years, and the mean patient body mass index was 25.3±6.5. In agroecosystems, interactions between maize root systems and soil microbes have significant effects on soil health and plant yield. In order to quantitatively assess the impact of this mutualism, the study used field experiments and soil analysis methods to analyze the effects of different sludge applications on soil physicochemical properties and microbial activity. The experiments were studied in a controlled trial with different sludge treatment gradients. The results showed that the sludge-applied soil exhibited positive changes in structure and biological activity compared to the control. Sherbet is one of the most popular traditional beverages in Türkiye and it has existed since the early times of the Ottoman Empire. The production of sherbet consists of the dilution of mixed syrups made from various plants, flowers, fruits, roots, barks, or seeds. In this study, purple basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) sherbet was produced, and the physical changes, phenolic content, volatile profile and sensory properties were evaluated. Boron (B) toxicity is an abiotic stressor in plants due to the narrow threshold range between B deficiency and B toxicity.Glutathione (GSH) has been reported to reduce abiotic stress in plants, but its effect on B toxicity alleviation, particularly in riceseedlings, is not clear. Therefore, the present research yields information on the antioxidant mechanism, nitrogen metabolism, cell wallcomponents, and B concentrations that allow rice seedlings to withstand the adverse effects of B toxicity by GSH application. Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is considered important cereal crops worldwide, ensuring food security post green revolution. Our study results displayed an elevation of 10.6% in root weight density, 15.0 % of root volume density during flowering stage, respectively. The highly significant values for root weight density, root length density and root bulk density were recorded under nitrogen application of 180 kh ha-1 both at flowering and maturity stage. Moreover, delayed senescence and increase in photosynthetic rate were observed during middle and late stages of flowering enhancing light energy interception and improvement in its utilization. Plants quickly absorb the Cr subsequently, it enters the human food chain and poses serious health issues. Controlled pollination, involving the transfer of pollen from Tagnanan Tall palm (male parent) to the Malayan Yellow or Red dwarf (female parent) is essential for producing MATAG coconut hybrids.
