Aim: This study aimed to present the research productivity of Pakistan in the field of medical sciences as reflected in the Scopus database.
Methods: The retrospective research method was used on the retrieved dataset at the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Saudi Arabia on the 2nd of March 2021. We collected bibliometric data on medical sciences produced by the authors affiliated to Pakistan during the first two decades of the 21st century from January 2001 to December 2020, using the Scopus-Elsevier database. The study focused on the institutional factors variable as determinants of lecturers’ utilization of electronic publications in library schools in universities in Nigeria. The study was guided by one research questions and one null hypotheses. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of digital reference services in university libraries in the Punjab, Pakistan. The study employed the quantitative research method to achieve its objectives. The quantitative data were collected from users of four selected university libraries which offered digital reference services through the questionnaire.
The findings of the study suggest that more than half of the respondents were aware of digital reference services offered by their libraries. An introduction to the genre of monumental gravesites and tombs conceived and built by self-taught creators of art environments for their own eventual personal use, illustrated through a presentation of the constructed final resting places of six artist-builders. This article distinguishes these unique constructions from more traditional gravesites that evidence communally recognized motifs and symbols with forms and components that fall within standard parameters. The present study examines the reliability of web citations in scholarly journals of Library and Information Science and Communication and Media Studies. The journals were selected based on their high impact factor published between 2008 and 2017. A total 5,55,428 references were extracted, out of which 1,02,718 had web citations. The research findings indicated that there more number of URLs in CMS journal articles than in LIS journal articles. The aims of the study were to explore the need of the professional development courses, and effectiveness of the professional development courses in academic libraries of the capital city of Punjab, Pakistan.

Wireless Sensor Networks Research Output In India From Scopus Database Between 2010 And 2019 : A Scientometric Analysis, Ravichandran Shanmugam, Vivekanandhan Sellamuthu

This study aim to scientometric analysis of wireless sensor networks research output in India from 2010 to 2019 and the data has been collected from Scopus online database with 11775 research publications. During the study period it is identified that, maximum number of 2058(17.48%) publications are contributed in the year 2019 and compound annual growth rate is 5.44. This study identified that, relative growth rate is 0.88 in the year 2011 and 0.19 in the year 2019. At the same doubling time found that 3.61 in the year 2019 and 0.78 in the year 2011.
