This study revealed importance of information sources among the biological faculty members and research scholars of Madurai Kamaraj University. In this studies the relative importance of information sources among the biologist on the basis of statistical tests concludes that the personal attributes of biologists such as designation, gender, age, qualification, subject, experience, nature of work and nature of research in a university level have bearing on the use of information resources. We investigate the electronic and magnetic properties of Ca 2 CrIrO 6 and Ca 2 FeIrO 6 by means of density functional theory. These materials belong to a family of recently synthesized Ca 2 CrOsO 6 whose properties show possible applications in a room temperature regime. Upon replacement of Os by Ir in Ca 2 CrOsO 6, we found the system to exhibit a stable ferrimagnetic configuration with a bandgap of ∼0.25 eV and an effective magnetic moment of ∼2.58 μ B per unit cell. The Annals of Library and Information Studies (ALIS) is probably the most well-known journal in the library and information science discipline. This paper examines the collaboration and authorship pattern of ALIS within the study period from 2011-2020. Total 312 articles were published within 2011-2020, and a single author wrote 105 no of articles, two writers wrote 150 articles, 44 articles were written by three writers, and 13 articles were written by multiple writers. ABSTRACT This study investigated utilization of electronic resources by the users in the Kwara State University Library, Nigeria. Cross-sectional survey research design was adopted for the study. The population of the study comprised of 3,670 registered users with the library and a sample of 367 was selected using simple random sampling technique. To accomplish the goal, structured questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents, of which 144 received questionnaires. A survey of 134 faculty members of three oldest agricultural universities of Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh was conducted.
