The criminal justice system is not necessarily just and is particularly unfair towards Black Americans. The research shows that they face discrimination in every step of the justice system, from initial arrest to sentencing. Many peer-reviewed sources were analyzed in order to compile the evidence that supports that claim, and what follows is a summation of that research. This paper succinctly proves, using facts, that discrimination and racism still run rampant in the American justice system. The study investigated conference attendance and job satisfaction of librarians in some selected university libraries in South –South, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive study. Two research questions were formulated to guide the study. The population of the study consists of 113 recruited librarians in all the federal universities libraries in South- South Nigeria. A total of 113 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 95 copies of the questionnaire were retrieved using descriptive statistics mean and percentage mean score of 2.5 and above and percentage score of 50% were considered as acceptable. This study examined the application of social media (SM) in marketing library resources and services at Kyambogo University Library (KYUL). The study adopted a mixed method utilizing both quantitative and qualitative research approaches. The study revealed that: KYUL uses WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube to market its resources and services. Other channels were Websites, emails, displays of new information resources, flyers, newsletters, user orientations, posters, and exhibitions. SM is considered a vital library marketing platform. However, the respondents raised various impediments to successful SM at KYUL. Based on the findings, the study made conclusions and recommendations.

This study analyzes the citations of Masters Theses in Library and Information Science of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria submitted from 2011 to 2018 with a view to determining the format and age of materials used and most frequently cited journals. The document checklists were used for data collections and the citations were extracted from the title pages and reference lists of each of the theses. Data obtained from 48 Masters Theses were examined. The proliferation of digital resources has continued to necessitate studies aimed at regulating students’ digital information-seeking behavior. This study investigated the knowledge of information ethics and digital information-seeking behavior of first-year undergraduates in Topfaith University, Nigeria. Interdependence across time and length scales is common in biology, where atomic interactions can impact larger-scale phenomenon. Such dependence is especially true for a well-known cancer signaling pathway, where the membrane-bound RAS protein binds an effector protein called RAF. To capture the driving forces that bring RAS and RAF (represented as two domains, RBD and CRD) together on the plasma membrane, simulations with the ability to calculate atomic detail while having long time and large length- scales are needed.
