In many cases, land tenure and rights are not formally recorded, and land administration systems are inaccessible to rural communities. This research study examined the benefits and attendant challenges of using blockchain and digital land registries for land tenure security and management/administration processes. Low productivity remains a persistent challenge in the construction industry, often stemming from fragmented workflows, poor integration, and collaboration across the supply chain. This study investigates feasibility of incorporating dry superabsorbent polymer (SAP) particles as internal curing agents in concrete utilizing two delivery methods: direct addition of the particles and addition of the particles encapsulated in dissolvable bags. The use of dissolvable bags provides a practical method of storing, handling, and dosing pre-measured amounts of dry SAP particles into cementitious mixtures. Sanitary sewer flows are greatly impacted by infiltration and inflow (I&I), which is water that enters the sewer but is not wastewater. Workplace Violence (WPV) is a pervasive issue in healthcare systems worldwide, which significantly impacts the wellbeing of healthcare personnel and the efficiency of care delivery systems. This study aims to review the relationship between the influence of the physical environment attributes and the WPV risk mitigation within general service hospitals and academic medical centers to develop a preventive concept. The review focuses on the physical attributes of hospitals that contribute to creating safe and resilient environments for staff and patients. The construction industry is a significant contributor to global environmental pressures, China, with its vast construction market, has pledged to peak carbon emissions by 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality by 2060. However, provincial disparities in China, including economic structure, urbanization rates, and resource endowments, have led to carbon transfers and carbon leakage, exacerbating provincial carbon inequality and complicate the implementation of effective carbon reduction strategies. Using data from 2011-2020, this study analyses the spatiotemporal characteristics of CO2 emissions and value added in China’s construction industry and identifies driving factors contributing to regional disparities.
