งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนเฉลี่ยทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นภาระงานเกี่ยวกับการค้าขายสินค้าประจำท้องถิ่น และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจและทัศนคติของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นภาระงานเกี่ยวกับการค้าขายสินค้าประจำท้องถิ่น ตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเพชรบุรี ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 35คน โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ 1) แบบทดสอบทักษะการพูด 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ 3) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย Mส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน SD t-test dependent และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยของทักษะการพูดภาษาอังกฤษของกลุ่มตัวอย่างหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นภาระงานเกี่ยวกับการค้าขายสินค้าประจำท้องถิ่นสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 มีระดับความพึงพอใจสูงสุด มีทัศนคติไปในทางบวก โดยเห็นว่าการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นภาระงานเกี่ยวกับการค้าขายสินค้าประจำท้องถิ่นมีประโยชน์และสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตจริงได้

การเรียนรู้กิจกรรมทางกายมีความสำคัญต่อการปรับปรุงการทำหน้าที่ทางกายสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ช่วยทำให้ดำเนินชีวิตอย่างมีสุขภาพดี การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสอน และการเรียนรู้กิจกรรมทางกายของผู้สูงอายุ อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเจาะจง จากผู้สูงอายุพฤฒิพลัง อายุ 60 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 30 คน ลงทะเบียนอบรมในหลักสูตรกิจกรรมทางกายแบบองค์รวม ณ คณะศึกษาศาสตร์และพัฒนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ ระหว่างเดือนมกราคม–มีนาคม 2562 เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจต่อกระบวนสอนและการเรียนรู้ และแบบทดสอบความรู้ด้านทักษะกิจกรรมทางกาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยจำแนก จัดกลุ่มข้อมูล วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบ สรุปแบบอุปนัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบความแตกต่างของคะแนนก่อนและหลังการเรียนรู้ ด้วยสถิติ paired t–test ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กระบวนการสอนและการเรียนรู้กิจกรรมทางกายผู้สูงอายุ มุ่งเน้นทักษะป้องกันหกล้ม ข้อเข่า สมองเสื่อม และประเมินสมรรถภาพการทำหน้าที่ทางกาย กลวิธีสร้างสุข สนุกสนาน แรงจูงใจหลายรูปแบบจัดสภาพแวดล้อมทั้งสถานที่ สื่อคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เหมาะสม ผลการสังเคราะห์กระบวนการสอนและการเรียนรู้ 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) เคลื่อนไหวด้วยความสนุก 2) เรียนรู้แบบกลุ่ม 3) เชื่อมโยงประสบการณ์ 4) แรงจูงใจจากภายในและภายนอก 5) ความสุขในความสำเร็จแห่งตน เสนอแนะให้สถานศึกษาพัฒนาระบบการเรียนรู้กิจกรรมทางกายสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ ทั้งหลักสูตร การสอน และการประเมินผล

งานวิจัยปฏิบัติการในชั้นเรียนนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถในการถ่ายโอนแนวคิด เรื่อง สารละลาย และค้นหาแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบอิงบริบทที่สามารถพัฒนาความสามารถในการถ่ายโอนแนวคิดของนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 จำนวน 30 คน ของโรงเรียนสตรีแห่งหนึ่งในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษานนทบุรี จังหวัดนนทบุรี เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากแบบวัดความสามารถในการถ่ายโอนแนวคิด แบบบันทึกหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบบันทึกการนิเทศ และแบบสัมภาษณ์นักเรียนแบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสถิติ เชิงบรรยาย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า นักเรียนมีความสามารถในการถ่ายโอนแนวคิดในแต่ละองค์ประกอบแตกต่างกัน โดยองค์ประกอบที่ 1 ความเข้าใจในแนวคิด และองค์ประกอบที่ 3 การตัดสินใจนำแนวคิดไปใช้อย่างเป็นเหตุเป็นผลอยู่ในระดับดี แต่องค์ประกอบที่ 2 การเชื่อมโยงแนวคิดเข้ากับสถานการณ์ใหม่ นักเรียนมีการพัฒนาอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ สำหรับแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีที่ค้นพบ คือ 1) ควรสอดแทรกแนวคิดคลาดเคลื่อนในขั้นกำหนดสถานการณ์ เพื่อให้นักเรียนเกิดความสงสัยและนำไปสู่การลงมือสำรวจตรวจสอบ 2) ควรใช้สื่อการทดลองออนไลน์ร่วมกับการถามคำถามซักไซ้ความคิด เพื่อส่งเสริมความเข้าใจแนวคิดทางวิทยาศาสตร์และการเชื่อมโยงความรู้ไปยังสถานการณ์อื่น ๆ 3) เรียงลำดับเนื้อหาโดยเรียนรู้จากสิ่งที่เป็นรูปธรรมไปสู่สิ่งที่เป็นนามธรรม 4) ใช้สถานการณ์ที่ใกล้ตัวนักเรียนร่วมกับการเล่าเรื่องประกอบสถานการณ์ เพื่อกระตุ้นความสามารถในการถ่ายโอนแนวคิด

การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันสมรรถนะดิจิทัลสำหรับนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ, เมษา นวลศรี, กุลชาติ พันธุวรกุล

บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของงานวิจัย เรื่อง แนวทางในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะดิจิทัลสำหรับนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลองค์ประกอบสมรรถนะดิจิทัลสำหรับนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาครูจากมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ จํานวน 900 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบวัดชนิดมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ โดยผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องอยู่ในช่วง .80 ถึง 1.00 ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบวัดโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.991 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยายและการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสอง ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะดิจิทัลสำหรับนักศึกษาครูมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ ประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การรู้ดิจิทัล การใช้งานดิจิทัล การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์และติดต่อสื่อสาร จรรยาบรรณทางดิจิทัล และการจัดการเรียนรู้ แต่ละองค์ประกอบมี 3 ตัวบ่งชี้ และมีความกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พิจารณาจากค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืน คือ c2 = 97.155 (df = 78, p = .070), c2 /df = 1.246, CFI = .998, GFI = .986, AGFI = .978, RMSEA = .017 และ SRMR = .013 แต่ละองค์ประกอบมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานอยู่ในช่วง .889 ถึง .979 แต่ละตัวบ่งชี้ขององค์ประกอบหลักมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานอยู่ในช่วง .755 ถึง .845

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำ โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประชากรทั้งสิ้น 17 มหาวิทยาลัยที่มีการจัดตั้งศูนย์สหกิจศึกษา วิธีการเก็บข้อมูล คือ การสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างและแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่า PNI ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำดังกล่าววิเคราะห์จากค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 3 ลำดับ คือ รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำแบบอำนวยบริการ รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำแบบพี่เลี้ยง และรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้ไกล่เกลี่ย ผลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหารของมหาวิทยาลัย พบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำวิเคราะห์จากค่าความถี่สูงสุด คือ รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำแบบกำกับติดตามและรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้ประสาน สภาพพึงประสงค์ คือ รูปแบบภาวะผู้นำแบบผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยและรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำนวัตกรรม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 5 ขั้น (5E) ร่วมกับหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ จังหวัดชลบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 1 ห้องเรียน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม จำนวน 44 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) หนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง อัตราการเกิดปฏิกิริยาเคมี 2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง อัตราการเกิดปฏิกิริยาเคมี 3) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และ 4) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบทีแบบกลุ่มไม่อิสระ และการทดสอบทีแบบกลุ่มเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คะแนนของนักเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 5 ขั้น ร่วมกับหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง อัตราการเกิดปฏิกิริยาเคมี อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) คะแนนหลังเรียนของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 5 ขั้น ร่วมกับหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง อัตราการเกิดปฏิกิริยาเคมี สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เเละ 3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบสืบเสาะหาความรู้ 5 ขั้น ร่วมกับหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง อัตราการเกิดปฏิกิริยาเคมี อยู่ในระดับระดับมากที่สุด

Alimentary tract duplication is a rare congenital anomaly. We present herein, two cases of different types of alimentary tract duplications that have entirely different clinical presentations. The first case was a girl presented with chronic constipation was finally diagnosed with tubular duplications of the entire colon. The other was a toddler with acute intestinal obstruction diagnosed with cystic duplication at terminal ileum. These two cases remind us of the difficulty in preoperative diagnosis. High suspicion of the disease and multimodality approaches were beneficial for accurate preoperative diagnosis. Surgery was the mainstay of the treatment.

Background: The diagnosis of hepatic steatosis has been well-described on unenhanced computed tomography (UECT) study. However, current UECT often discarded from the abdominal CT protocol due to radiation dose reduction. Objective: To determine accuracy of contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) for diagnosis of hepatic steatosis. Methods: A total of 1,001 patients who underwent unenhanced and portal venous phase abdominal CT studies were assessed by using region-of-interests of liver and spleen, and visual detection of focal fat sparing.
