This study investigates the impact of winter nighttime versus daytime milking on melatonin concentration in milk and explores its relationship with somatic cell count (SCC) and differential somatic cell count (DSCC). Milk samples were collected from 40 Holstein cows at 12-hour intervals (04:00 AM Night samples and 04:00 PM Day samples) during the winter season (11 h of light and 13 h of darkness). The relationship between melatonin content, SCC and DSCC was assessed. Night milk had significantly higher melatonin levels (15.63 ± 1.90 pg/mL) compared to day milk (6.80 ± 0.75 pg/mL). However, no structured end-of-life care programs currently exist for patients with head and neck cancer (HNC), who often experience profound physical and psychological distress. Background: Farmers in low- and middle-income countries face serious occupational and environmental health risks, including pesticide exposure, musculoskeletal disorders, and skin diseases. In Indonesia, limited evidence exists on the psychosocial factors that shape preventive health behaviors, hindering the design of effective interventions. This study applies an extended Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) framework to analyze preventive practices among vegetable farmers.

Ventricular arrhythmia (VA) is a common arrhythmia in dogs. Several extracardiac causes such as pain may contribute this condition. This case report describes a 9-year-old neutered male Labrador Retriever with ventricular tachycardia (VT) potentially related to severe neck pain due to intervertebral disc disease (IVDD). The dog was referred with a sign of inability to walk, tachypnea and an irregular heartbeat. Electrocardiography confirmed VT at 160-200 bpm and an increased cardiac troponin I level (35.22 ng/ml). Despite antiarrhythmic treatment, the VT persisted. Cardiac evaluation revealed no structural abnormalities. Method: Participants completed a questionnaire, performed a brushing task on a force-sensor–equipped dental model, and had plaque stained before brushing while being video recorded. Wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) are considered an entrance pathways for microplastic (MP) pollution in aquatic environments. This study reveals the removal and characteristics of MPs in wastewater from two municipal WWTPs in Indonesia. The influent contained 17.1 ± 5.65 particles L-1 (WWTP A) and 15.45 ± 4.31 particles L-1 (WWTP B), whereas the effluent contained 1.41 ± 0.01 and 1.5 ± 0.16 particles L-1. The removal efficiency was 91.75% for WWTP A and 90.32% for WWTP B, with no statistically significant difference (p > 0.05). This study maps English‑language research outputs by Thai Library Science (LIS) faculties from 2018 to 2022 using a descriptive‐mapping approach. A dataset of 197 articles was gathered from Web of Science, Scopus, and the Thai Journal Citation Index. After data cleaning (removing non‑research items, duplicates, and normalizing affiliations), articles were coded as LIS or Information Science under the ALISE Taxonomy (2023) with 94% intercoder reliability. Three analytical dimensions were examined: (1) author and institutional productivity; (2) thematic emphases; and (3) dissemination channels. Journal of Urban Culture Research

This study aimed to investigate the knowledge of traditional hand-woven products and the factors influencing this knowledge among 184 farmers in Hongsa District, Sayabouly Province, Laos. Data were collected through questionnaires and knowledge tests and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that over 62.5% of the participants—most of whom were women—had a moderate level of knowledge about traditional hand-woven products. Several factors had a statistically significant positive relationship with knowledge (p < 0.05), including income earned from weaving, frequency of contact with neighbors, education level, and time spent on weaving activities. Conversely, age was found to have a significant negative effect on knowledge levels. These findings suggest that younger, better-educated individuals who are more socially connected and spend more time weaving tend to have higher levels of knowledge. Therefore, interventions aiming to sustain and conserve traditional hand-weaving practices should focus on strengthening knowledge-sharing among community members, improving access to education, and offering targeted training programs. Such efforts could enhance local income opportunities and support the long-term preservation of traditional cultural practices.
