This study aimed to 1) identify latent research topics in educational measurement and evaluation from academic databases covering the years 2008–2025 using Structural Topic Modeling (STM), 2) analyze topic prevalence trends and forecast their growth trajectories for 2027 using Bayesian Multilevel Piecewise Regression (BMPR), and 3) synthesize strategic research themes from the topic classification and forecasting results. This qualitative study explores teacher resilience, professional engagement, and informal leadership in community-led schools located in conflict-affected areas of Myanmar. The study draws on two online focus group discussions with 14 high school teachers selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a semi-structured focus group discussion protocol. The discussions were conducted in the Myanmar language, and the data were analyzed using inductive thematic analysis. The findings indicate that teachers sustain resilience through moral purpose, professional commitment, and strong relational ties with students, peers, and local communities. Background: Body mass index (BMI) screening is commonly used in schools to identify students at risk of overweight or obesity, but BMI alone may not adequately guide counselling when students’ perceived weight differs from BMI-based status.

Method: This cross-sectional secondary analysis used 2023 US Youth Risk Behavior Survey data from 17,814 students in grades 9–12. Survey-weighted estimates and logistic regression examined overweight or obesity, underestimation among students with overweight or obesity, and excessive concern among students without overweight or obesity.

Statins are widely used lipid-lowering agents that significantly reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality through inhibition of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG-CoA) reductase. Beyond their cholesterol-lowering properties, increasing evidence demonstrates that statins exert several pleiotropic effects independent of lipid reduction. Objective. The present study investigates MDM2 mRNA expression and its association with clinical and pathological characteristics in OSCC patients.

Background: Exclusive breastfeeding (EBF) is a critical determinant of infant health and survival, yet its prevalence remains suboptimal in low-income communities globally. Barriers such as limited access to lactation support and misinformation continue to challenge EBF promotion efforts in these settings. This review maps and evaluates mHealth interventions that promote exclusive breastfeeding in low-income populations.

Methods: This scoping review was conducted following the JBI methodology and reported in accordance with the PRISMA-ScR guidelines.
