In describing their approach to ESP language needs analysis, Hutchinson and Waters (1987) distinguish target needs from learning needs. But what they describe as learning needs can, in fact, be seen as instructional logistics needs. They focus on target needs and, thus, view learners as being "short of the mark" rather than as people who bring their own experience to a program. แม้ว่าจะได้มีการสอนวิชาเภสัชกรรมคลินิกแก่นักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์มานานกว่า 20 ปี แต่บทบาทของเภสัชกรในฐานะเภสัชกรคลินิก ยังไม่ได้รับการยอมรับจากแพทย์ ซึ่งอาจเป็นไปได้ ว่าวิธีการที่คณะเภสัชศาสตร์จัดการเรียนการสอนวิชาเภสัชกรรมคลินิกภาคปฏิบัติ โดยมุ่งเน้น ที่จะให้ความรู้เรื่องยาเพื่อให้เภสัชกรเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญเรื่องยาแต่เพียงด้านเดียว ไม่สามารถทำให้เกิด การปฏิบัติได้ในความเป็นจริง จึงได้ทดลอง จัดแผนการสอนใหม่แก่นักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ ปีที่ 5 จำนวน 14 คน โดยใช้วิธีการให้นักศึกษาเข้าเรียนบนหอผู้ป่วยและปฏิบัติงานพร้อม นักศึกษาแพทย์ ในฐานะที่เป็นบุคคลากรทางการแพทย์สาขาหนึ่งมีบทบาทหน้าที่เฉพาะตน เปลี่ยนบทบาทเภสัชกรลินิกจากการที่มุ่งหวังให้ เป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านยาเมื่อจบการศึกษา เป็นผู้ให้บริการด้าน การดูแลผู้ป่วยเกี่ยวกับเรื่องยาในด้านต่างๆ ได้แก่ การซักประวัติการใช้ยา การติดตามและประเมิน ประสิทธิภาพของการใช้ยา การเฝ้าระวังและรายงานผลเสียที่อาจเกิดจากการใช้ยา และการให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ป่วย เรื่องยาที่ได้รับเพื่อนำไปใช้ต่อที่บ้าน โดยมุ่งหวังที่จะให้งานเหล่านี้ เป็นแกนนำที่จะก่อให้เกิดการปฏิบัติงานของเภสัชกรบนหอผู้ป่วยในขั้นต้น บทบาทของอาจารย์ผู้ควบคุมจะเปลี่ยนจากการสอน(teach) มาเป็นการสอนแนะ(coach) เมื่อประเมินถึงการยอมรับในบทบาทของเภสัชกรและความเป็นไปได้ของการศึกษาวิธีนี้โดยแพทย์ พยาบาลและตัวนักศึกษา พบว่าแพทย์ พยาบาลมีความรู้สึกที่ดีต่อนักศึกษา ยอมรับในบทบาท และมีความเห็นว่านักศึกษามีความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมทั้ง เภสัชกรควรมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลผู้ป่วย นักศึกษามีความพอใจในการเรียนมาก จึงมีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะจัดให้มีนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ขึ้นปฏิบัติ งานบนหอผู้ป่วย แต่นักศึกษาจะต้องได้รับการเตรียมตัวที่ดีจากอาจารย์ ชนิดของงานที่ควรเริ่มปฏิบัติบนหอผู้ป่วยควรเป็นงานในลักษณะบริการและเป็นที่ยอมรับได้ง่าย

In the 1960's language laboratories were often used for "programming students" employing repetitious, mechanical methods. The language laboratory was often a technological status symbol for a learning institution. The arguement here is in favour of accepting the "unreality" of the language laboratory and moving onto new goals like encouraging interaction among students and maximizing use of technology while emphasizing meaning rather than form. This experimental study investigated the effectiveness of the student-generated question technique. It aimed to find out whether teaching reading by students' questioning was better than answering questions posed by a teacher in increasing students' reading ability. Two groups of first-year nursing students at Mahidol University were randomly assigned to either control or experimental groups. Each group consisted of 30 students. The control group received practice in answering teacher's questions while the experimental group practiced generating their own questions after reading. The paper presents the CC (Collect/Combine) Approach. It aims at enhancing speaking in language instruction. There is an emphasis on repetition of well-known linguistic material (texts, dialogues). This could be done in the form of chorus reading and individual "all-at-the-same-time" buzz reading to warming up at the beginning of language periods. This familiarity with well treated texts and dialogues makes it possible for the students to "collect" linguistic elements, "combine" them and re-use them for expressing a content of their own. Naphthoquiones And A Sterol From Impatiens Balsamina L. Root Cultures, Pharkphoom Panichayupakaranant, Hiroshi Noguchi, Wanchai De-Eknamkul, Uchio Sankawa
The Thai Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences
A binaphthoquinone; diphthiocol, two naphthoquinones; lawsone and 2-methoxy -1,4-naphthoquinone, and a sterol; spinasterol, were isolated from the root cultures of Impatiens balsamina . Their structures were established on the basis of UV, IR, mass, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectral data. Diphthiocol is a new natural product in which its synthesis has been reported.

การกล่อมเกลาทางการเมือง หมายถึง การดำเนินการให้บุคคลมีความเชื่อถือในค่านิยม ทัศนคติ และแบบแผนของระบอบการปกครองที่เป็นอยู่หรือที่กำลังจะเปลี่ยนแปลงไป ให้บุคคลสํานึกในบทบาทหน้าที่ที่ "ถูกต้อง" ของตน ในฐานะผู้แสดงไม่ว่าจะอยู่ในฐานะผู้นำหรือผู้ตาม การดำเนินการดังกล่าวนี้ นับว่าเป็นสิ่ง จำเป็นที่รัฐต้องกระทำ ทั้งนี้ก็เพราะว่า สาระและปรัชญาของระบอบการปกครองใด ๆ จะไม่ยั่งยืนมั่นคง หาก มิได้รับการยอมรับและสนองตอบจากผู้อยู่ใต้การปกครอง ดังนั้นเจตนารมณ์ทางการเมืองการปกครองของสังคมจึงต้องส่งผ่านออกไป เพื่อให้เกิดการยอมรับ การกล่อมเกลาทางการเมืองนี้ รัฐอาจจะกระทำในหลาย วิธี ที่สำคัญวิธีหนึ่งก็คือ การจัดการศึกษาเพื่อกล่อมเกลาทางการเมือง สำหรับสังคมไทย กระบวนการกล่อมเกลาทางการเมืองโดยระบบการศึกษาที่ชัดเจนเริ่มในสมัยรัชกาล ที่ ๕ โดยใช้แบบเรียนหลวงเป็นสื่อ เนื้อหาสาระของแบบเรียนหลวงได้ส่งผ่านความคิดเรื่องรัฐประชาชาติ เพื่อตอกย้ำให้เกิดสำนึกในความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันของคนภายในชาติ การชี้ให้เห็นความสําคัญและคุณประโยชน์ของการมีรัฐบาลและการปกครองบ้านเมือง โดยเฉพาะความสูงส่งของสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ในฐานะ ที่เป็นศูนย์รวมอำนาจทางการเมือง การปกครอง ซึ่งนักเรียนจะต้องเป็นผู้สํานึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของ องค์พระมหากษัตริย์ และจงรักภักดีต่อเบื้องพระยุคลบาท
