Depression is a mood disorder that is a significant risk factor for suicidal behaviors (SB). This study aimed to explore the influence of the potential factors of depression, encompassing adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), negative life events (NLEs), rumination, neuroticism, and the immune-inflammatory and nitro-oxidative (IO&NS) biomarkers on the severity of depression and SB among young adults. The effects of IO&NS biomarkers in psychiatric patients with SB were identified through systematic reviews and meta-analyses. COVID-19 has spread across 200 countries, causing 705 million confirmed cases and 7 million deaths. Several vaccines have been approved by the World Health Organization to prevent the spread of the virus. The Omicron variant has become the predominant strain globally. Although most people have been vaccinated, primary doses of CoronaVac or AZD1222 may not provide adequate protection against the Omicron variants. Studies show that vaccine-induced immunity has declined over time, leading to increase of breakthrough infection cases. Background and Objectives: Peripheral neuropathy often precedes central degeneration and motor decline in Parkinson’s disease (PD). Here, we sought to evaluate corneal nerve parameters as markers of peripheral neuropathy comparing patients with prodromal PD, PD, and healthy controls using confocal microscopy. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study involving 53 participants (17 prodromal PD, 18 PD, 18 healthy controls). The Causal Relationships Of Work-Life Balance, Psychological Well-Being, Burnout, And Related Factors Among Public Secondary School Teachers In Bangkok: A Mixed-Method Research, Gunchanon Khawda

This study is a parallel mixed-method research, consisting of quantitative and qualitative studies. The objective is to examine the causal relationships among work-life balance, psychological well-being, burnout, emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, and psychological capital among public secondary school teachers in Bangkok. The quantitative results revealed that the study comprised 436 teachers, with an average age of 35.12 years old (SD = 9.56). The structural equation modeling analysis found that the model fit the empirical data (Chi-square = 348.89, df = 172, p < 0.001, Chi-square/df = 2.03, RMSEA = 0.05, GFI = 0.93, AGFI = 0.91, CFI = 0.97). Emotional intelligence had a significant positive effect on work-life balance (Beta = 0.43, p = 0.002) and psychological well-being (Beta = 0.29, p = 0.001). Psychological capital also had a significant positive effect on work-life balance (Beta = 0.35, p = 0.03) and psychological well-being (Beta = 0.51, p < 0.001). The qualitative study included in-depth interviews with 6 school administrators and focus group discussions with 20 teachers. The qualitative results demonstrated that school administrators and teachers had a convergent opinion on factors contributing to poor work-life balance, such as workload apart from teaching, urgent work during holidays, the burden of caring for family members, and financial debt. Additionally, factors contributing to teacher burnout, such as excessive workload, disliked assignments, monotonous tasks, and students lacking motivation to study, were identified. The merged results of the quantitative and qualitative studies can be summarized in four topics: (1) Teachers’ good work-life balance affects better psychological well-being and happiness, while poor work-life balance might affect greater burnout; (2) Teachers’ emotional intelligence and psychological capital affect good work-life balance; (3) Teachers’ emotional intelligence and psychological capital might reduce burnout; and (4) Teachers' emotional intelligence and psychological capital positively influence psychological well-being. In conclusion, teachers with high levels of emotional intelligence and psychological capital are likely to have better work-life balance and psychological well-being; in turn, these might reduce their burnout.

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสามารถในการฟื้นพลัง รูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหา และคุณภาพชีวิตในผู้ป่วยนอกที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้าที่เข้ารับการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา ณ จุดเวลาใดเวลาหนึ่ง ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ป่วยนอกที่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า ที่เข้ารับการตรวจรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ จำนวน 110 คน ผ่านการใช้แบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินโรคซึมเศร้า (PHQ-9) แบบวัดความแข็งแกร่งและยืดหยุ่นของชีวิต (CD-RISC) แบบสอบถามการเผชิญปัญหา และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต (WHOQOL-BREF) ทดสอบความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุระหว่างการฟื้นพลัง ภาวะซึมเศร้า รูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหา และคุณภาพชีวิต ผลการศึกษา : จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 110 คน พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความสามารถในการฟื้นพลังเท่ากับ 20.5 (ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตราฐาน 7) ร้อยละ 60 ใช้กลวิธีเผชิญปัญหาแบบมุ่งจัดการกับปัญหาอยู่ในระดับดีมาก ร้อยละ 77.3 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับกลาง ภาวะซึมเศร้าและรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหาสามารถอธิบายความแปรผันของการฟื้นพลังร้อยละ 26 และการฟื้นพลังสามารถอธิบายความผันแปรของคุณภาพชีวิตร้อยละ 55.30 สรุป: ภาวะซึมเศร้าและรูปแบบการเผชิญปัญหามีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตผ่านการฟื้นพลัง

บทนำ โรคสมองขาดเลือดที่มีอาการเนื่องจากการแข็งหลอดเลือดแดงในสมอง (symptomatic intracranial atherosclerotic disease; sICAD) เป็นโรคสมองขาดเลือดที่พบได้บ่อยมากเป็นอันดับที่ 2 ของผู้ป่วยโรคสมองขาดเลือดในคนไทย และมีอัตราการเป็นซ้ำที่สูง ประมาณ ร้อยละ 15 ในปีแรก เมื่อเทียบกับกลุ่มอื่นที่ประมาณ ร้อยละ 5% ในปีแรก ทำให้งานวิจัยและแนวทางการรักษาในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ จึงแนะนำให้ใช้ยาต้านเกล็ดเลือดสองชนิดควบคู่กันระยะสั้น (short term dual antiplatelet; DAPT) โดยเฉพาะสูตรที่มียาโคพิโดเกรล (clopidogrel) เป็นส่วนผสม เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองซ้ำต่อไป อย่างไรก็ตามยา clopidogrel นั้นจำเป็นที่จะต้องเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยผ่านเอนไซม์ไซโตโครมพีสี่ห้าศูนย์ เอนไซม์ซิปสองซีสิบเก้า (CYP2C19) เพื่อให้ยาอยู่ในสภาพออกฤทธิ์และป้องกันโรคต่อไป จากการศึกษาก่อนหน้าพบว่าความชุกของประชากรที่มีการเมตาบอลิสมยาไม่ดี (poor metabolizers; PM) ของเอนไซม์ CYP2C19 ในประชากรไทยมีสัดส่วนจากมากแตกต่างจากประชากรชาติตะวันตก อย่างไรก็ตามจากการศึกษาในอดีตเกี่ยวกับของการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางเภสัชพันธุศาสตร์ของเอนไซม์ CYP2C19 ต่อผลการรักษาทางคลินิกในผู้ป่วยโรคสมองขาดเลือดที่มีอาการเนื่องจากการแข็งหลอดเลือดแดงในสมอง ยังมีอยู่อย่างจำกัดและผลไม่สอดคล้องกันในหลายงานวิจัย วัตถุประสงค์ วัตถุประสงค์หลักของงานวิจัย (primary objective) คือศึกษาความชุกของประชากรที่มีการเมตาบอลิสมยาไม่ดีของเอนไซม์ CYP2C19 ผู้ป่วยโรคสมองขาดเลือดที่มีอาการเนื่องจากการแข็งหลอดเลือดแดงในสมองในโรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ วัตถุประสงค์รองของงานวิจัย (secondary objectives) คือเพื่อศึกษาผลของการเสียการทำงานของ CYP2C19 allele (LOF allele status) ต่ออุบัติการณ์การเกิดโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบซ้ำ (recurrent stroke) การเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนทางหัวใจที่รุนแรง (major adverse cardiac event; MACE) การเกิดเลือดออก (bleeding event) ที่ 90 วันหลังเกิดโรคสมองขาดเลือดที่มีอาการเนื่องจากการแข็งหลอดเลือดแดงในสมอง วิธีการทำวิจัย เก็บข้อมูลผู้ป่วยจากการศึกษาไปข้างหน้าเชิงพรรณนา (ongoing prospective study) ตั้งแต่เดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2565 โดยเก็บผู้ป่วยอายุมากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ 40 ปี ที่มีอาการ อาการแสดง ผลตรวจทางรังสีวิทยาที่เข้าได้กับโรคสมองขาดเลือดที่มีอาการเนื่องจากการแข็งหลอดเลือดแดงในสมอง (หลอดเลือดตีบ 50-99%) และมีผลตรวจทางรังสีวิทยามีผลการตรวจหลอดเลือดสมองทางรังสีวิทยายืนยัน โดยผู้วิจัยจะได้เก็บข้อมูลทางคลินิก ข้อมูลทางยา การตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการ การตรวจทางรังสีวิทยา จากการทบทวนข้อมูลในเวชระเบียนระหว่างมานอนโรงพยาบาลและที่ตรวจติดตาม …

ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดและพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคในธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์, คมสัน ฟองคำ

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิด และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค (ทัศนคติต่อเนื้อหา ทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้า และการมีส่วนร่วมกับเนื้อหา) และ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของคุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิด ทัศนคติต่อเนื้อหา ทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้า และการมีส่วนร่วมกับเนื้อหา โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างเจเนอเรชันวาย อายุระหว่าง 24-43 ปี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 222 คน ที่มีความสนใจเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ประเภทบ้านหรือคอนโด และเคยเห็นรีวิวเกี่ยวกับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ประเภทบ้านหรือคอนโดจากผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดสายไลฟ์สไตล์ 1 ใน 6 ท่าน บนช่องทางติ๊กต็อก (TikTok) และระบุตราสินค้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ได้สอดคล้องกับผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดที่ระบุข้างต้น โดยผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างรับรู้ถึงคุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดที่ตนติดตามอยู่ในระดับที่สูง ทั้งในด้านคุณค่าของเนื้อหา (M = 4.26) และด้านความน่าเชื่อถือ (M = 4.09) กลุ่มตัวอย่างยังมีทัศนคติต่อเนื้อหาของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดที่ตนติดตามในเชิงบวกมาก (M = 4.29) มีทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้าในเชิงบวกมาก (M = 4.38) และมีแนวโน้มที่จะมีส่วนร่วมกับเนื้อหาที่ค่อนข้างมาก (M = 4.09) ส่วนความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดกับพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคนั้น ทุกตัวแปรมีความสัมพันธ์กันในเชิงบวกทุกคู่อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น คุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดกับทัศนคติต่อเนื้อหา (r = .66**) คุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดกับทัศนคติต่อตราสินค้า (r = .59**) และคุณลักษณะของผู้มีอิทธิพลทางความคิดกับการมีส่วนร่วมกับเนื้อหา (r = .74**)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความแตกต่างของลักษณะทางประชากร ปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยา การเปิดรับสื่อและการตัดสินใจใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมของผู้บริโภคในพื้นที่ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 205 คน ที่มีอายุระหว่าง 18 – 60 ปี มีภูมิลำเนาหรืออาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐม และเคยใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐม อย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง ในระยะเวลา 2 เดือนที่ผ่านมา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาเกี่ยวกับการใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมทุกด้านในระดับมาก โดยมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อด้านทัศนคติมากที่สุด มีการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมผ่านช่องทางเฟซบุ๊ก (Facebook) ในช่วงเวลา 16.01 – 22.00 น. มากที่สุด โดยได้รับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและสินค้าใหม่ของร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้า และมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการทราบข้อมูลและการจำหน่ายสินค้าของร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้า นอกจากนี้กลุ่มตัวอย่างยังมีการตัดสินใจใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมโดยคำถึงความต้องการของตนเองก่อนตัดสินใจใช้บริการและจะยังคงใช้บริการศูนย์การค้าต่อไปในอนาคต ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานยังพบว่า ลักษณะทางประชากร เพศและอาชีพของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยด้านจิตวิทยาแตกต่างกัน และลักษณะทางประชากร เพศ อายุ และรายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนที่แตกต่างกันมีการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมแตกต่างกัน รวมถึงลักษณะทางประชากร เพศ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพที่แตกต่างกันมีการตัดสินใจใช้บริการ ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล นครปฐมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1.เพื่อสำรวจการเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง (ด้านประสิทธิภาพ การเงิน จิตวิทยา) การตระหนักต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม และความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค 2.เพื่อสำรวจอิทธิพลของการเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง และการตระหนักต่อปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อม ต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ด้วยการใช้แบบสอบถาม เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ระหว่างอายุ 25 – 50 ปี จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 200 ตัวอย่าง โดยวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัยด้วยวิธีการสถิติแบบการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นอย่างง่าย (Simple Linear Regression) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบพหุคูณ (Multiple Linear Regression) สำหรับผลการวิจัยเป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน และมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 1) การเปิดรับเนื้อหาที่มีการวางสินค้าบนยูทูบ มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค 2) ตัวแปรที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจซื้อรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าของผู้บริโภค มากที่สุดได้แก่ ทัศนคติของผู้บริโภคต่อลักษณะของผู้ส่งสาร ผู้วิจัยได้นำเสนอแนวทางในการประยุกต์ใช้สำหรับการออกแบบการสื่อสารของรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า โดยในด้านของผู้ส่งสารแนะนำให้ใช้ผู้ส่งสารที่กล่าวถึงหรือรีวิวรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าที่ดูน่าดึงดูดใจ ใช้เนื้อหาวิดีโออย่างสนุกและน่าสนใจมากที่สุด ระยะเวลารับชม 5 – 10 นาทีต่อครั้ง และมีเนื้อหาที่แสดงหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการปกป้องและรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม ก็อาจเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการตัดสินใจซื้อของผู้บริโภคระหว่างอายุ 25 – 50 ปีได้

This study investigates the determinants of Vitamin and Mineral Supplement Purchases among Generation Z, focusing on age and income as key factors. A sample of 385 respondents aged 16-27 completed an 18-question survey, categorized by income levels (< 20,000 THB, 20,000 - 40,000 THB, 40,000 - 60,000 THB, 60,000 - 80,000 THB, and above 80,000 THB) for comprehensive analysis. Younger respondents, particularly those aged 16-18, predominantly belong to lower income brackets, reflecting early career or student statuses. Income levels increase with age, peaking among 25-27 year-olds, indicating greater economic capability. Consumption patterns closely align with income, where higher income groups exhibit higher supplement usage. Primary barriers for lower income groups include safety concerns and affordability, while motivations across all income brackets center on health improvement and immune support. Economic disparities influence purchasing behaviors, with lower income groups buying smaller quantities more frequently and higher income groups opting for bulk purchases less often. Preferences for organic ingredients and trusted brands are notable among higher income segments. The study underscores the economic sensitivity of lower income consumers to price changes and the resilience of higher income groups to economic fluctuations. These findings emphasize the role of income in shaping supplement consumption behaviors and suggest implications for targeted marketing and public health initiatives aimed at Generation Z.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and dilated cardiomyopathy together make up one of the highest prevalence genetic diseases in the world, estimated to have a prevalence of around 1 in 200 to 1 in 600 individuals. Most of the genes implicated in causing cardiomyopathy are those that encode sarcomeric components in cardiomyocytes, such as MYBPC3 and MYH7. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ สำหรับระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินในภัยพิบัติ ตามกรอบในการสืบค้น (PICo Framework) โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยคือการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ เกณฑ์การคัดเข้างานวิจัย คือ งานวิจัยหรือบทความที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบบริการการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน การบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ และภัยพิบัติ ในประเทศและต่างประเทศ ที่ตีพิมพ์ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2536 ถึง พ.ศ. 2565 ส่วนเกณฑ์การคัดออกงานวิจัย คือ ไม่มีเอกสารงานวิจัยฉบับเต็ม งานวิจัยซ้ำกัน ทำการสืบค้นทั้งหมด 6 ฐานข้อมูล ได้แก่ ThaiJo, Journal of Emergency Medical Services of Thailand, Science Direct, PubMed, Scopus และ Scholar เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มี 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แบบคัดกรองสำหรับทบทวนงานวิจัย 2) แบบบันทึกผลการสกัดข้อมูล และ 3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพการวิจัยของโจแอนนา บริกส์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา งานวิจัยที่ผ่านเกณฑ์การคัดเลือกจำนวน 14 บทความ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ด้านระดับความน่าเชื่อถือของงานวิจัยเป็นประเภทการสังเกตเชิงพรรณนามากที่สุด ร้อยละ 42.9 2) ประเภทภัยพิบัติทางธรรมชาติถูกพบมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 57.1 3) การบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจพบหัวข้อแผนการบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจ (BCP) (ระดับ 4) มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 100 4) องค์ประกอบการทำงานระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินพบหัวข้อระยะการออกปฏิบัติการของหน่วยการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน (Response) มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 42.9 และ 5) องค์ประกอบการจัดการจัดการภัยพิบัติพบหัวข้อการเตรียมพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติ (Preparation Phase) มากที่สุด ร้อยละ 44.8 จากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบในครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงสถานการณ์งานวิจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารความต่อเนื่องทางธุรกิจสำหรับระบบการแพทย์ฉุกเฉินในภัยพิบัติในปัจจุบัน ซึ่งเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งสำหรับผู้ที่สนใจในการพัฒนางานวิจัยในอนาคต

Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI) is one of the significant global health issues. Toxin B is the main target protein preventing CDI recurrence. Clinical research has shown that bezlotoxumab (Bez), a monoclonal antibody designed to prevent CDI recurrences, is less effective against the B2 strain compared to the B1 strain, resulting in a high recurrence rate. Bez functions by binding to the epitope 1 and 2 regions in the combined repetitive oligopeptide (CROP) domain. Some binding residues are distinctively different between B1 and B2 strains. การวิจัยนี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวคิดการจัดตั้งโรงพยาบาลสนามเพื่อการจัดการภัยพิบัติทางโรคระบาดในประเทศไทย กรณีศึกษาการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 เก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์และส่งแบบสอบถามให้ผู้บริหารและผู้ที่ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลสนามในประเทศไทย จำนวน 5 กลุ่ม โดยเลือกโรงพยาบาลสนามที่เป็นตัวแทนของหน่วยงานทางสาธารณสุขในพื้นที่ ได้แก่ หน่วยงานที่สังกัด กระทรวงสาธารณสุข, กระทรวงและหน่วยงานของรัฐอื่น ๆ, โรงพยาบาลเอกชน และมหาวิทยาลัย และผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านการบริหารสาธารณสุข, การควบคุมโรคและด้านอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงพยาบาลสนาม จำนวน 15 คน โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย (Delphi technique) ทำการสำรวจความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญทั้งหมด 3 รอบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ (Interquartile Range; IQR) และค่ามัธยฐาน (Median) ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประเด็นที่สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดการจัดตั้งโรงพยาบาลสนาม มีทั้งหมด 8 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) ความหมายและบทบาทของโรงพยาบาลสนาม 2) คุณสมบัติสำคัญของโรงพยาบาลสนาม 3) องค์ประกอบในการจัดตั้งโรงพยาบาลสนาม 4) รูปแบบหรือกระบวนการดำเนินงาน 5) การเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการจัดตั้งโรงพยาบาลสนามในอนาคต 6) ปัญหาหลักในการจัดตั้งและการทำงานในโรงพยาบาลสนาม 7) อุปสรรคที่สำคัญที่สุดในการดำเนินงานโรงพยาบาลสนาม และ 8) หลักการแก้ไขปัญหาในโรงพยาบาลสนาม สรุป แนวคิดการจัดตั้งโรงพยาบาลสนามเพื่อการจัดการภัยพิบัติทางโรคระบาดในประเทศไทย กรณีศึกษาการแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด 19 ช่วยให้เห็นแนวทางในการจัดการภัยพิบัติในด้านการจัดตั้งและดำเนินการโรงพยาบาลสนามเมื่อเกิดโรคระบาดได้

การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์โครงข่ายการกระจายทรัพยากรด้านการตอบสนองต่อเหตุฉุกเฉินประเภทอัคคีภัย โดยพิจารณาศักยภาพเชิงพื้นที่ต่อการปฏิบัติการระงับเหตุอัคคีภัยในขอบเขตพื้นที่ เขตพระโขนง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยนำข้อมูลเชิงพื้นที่ (spatial data) ตำแหน่งของทรัพยากรในการจัดการอัคคีภัย ความหนาแน่นของประชากร และสถิติตำแหน่งการเกิดเหตุอัคคีภัยระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2563-2566 มาวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระยะทางและเวลาที่ใช้ในการเผชิญเหตุ (response time) โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีภูมิสารสนเทศ (GIS) แสดงการวิเคราะห์โครงข่าย (Network Analysis) ด้วยข้อมูลแบบเปิด (Open Data) ผ่านการนำเสนอแผนที่แบบเซลล์หกเหลี่ยม (Hexagonal Cell) เพื่อศักยภาพในการเผชิญเหตุอัคคีภัย และเสนอแนวทางการกระจายทรัพยากรด้านการจัดการระงับอัคคีภัยอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น เนื่องจากเขตพระโขนง กรุงเทพมหานคร มีพื้นที่ 13,576,720 ตารางเมตร สามารถแบ่งเป็นแผนที่รูปแบบเซลล์หกเหลี่ยมขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 100 ม. ได้ 1,675 เซลล์ ผลการวิเคราะห์เบื้องต้นชี้ให้เห็นว่า ภูมิศาสตร์ของการวางทรัพยากรในการควบคุมอัคคีภัย โดยเฉพาะสถานีดับเพลิง มีผลต่อศักยภาพในการควบคุมอัคคีภัย ตำแหน่งของทรัพยากรในการเผชิญเหตุอัคคีภัยซึ่งกระจายอยู่ในทิศ เหนือ ตะวันออก และตะวันตก ช่วยให้การเข้าถึงพื้นที่เกิดเหตุสามารถใช้เวลาที่สั้นที่สุดในการควบคุมอัคคีภัยได้ภายในมาตรฐานขั้นต่ำคือ 10 นาที อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อพิจารณาระยะทาง อุปสรรคด้านการจราจร และโอกาสในการเกิดเหตุซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับความหนาแน่นของจำนวนประชากรแล้ว สำนักป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยเขตพระโขนง กรุงเทพมหานคร และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ยังต้องการข้อมูลด้านสถิติของเวลาที่ใช้ในการเผชิญเหตุ (response time) ในแต่ละช่วงเวลา เพื่อนำไปพัฒนาระบบบริการการเผชิญเหตุอัคคีภัยที่สอดคล้องกับการปฏิบัติการในเวลาที่ต่างกันออกไปและพิจารณาการกระจายทรัพยากรให้ครอบคลุมในเขตพระโขนงเพื่อเป็นประโยชน์ต่อทั้งผู้ประสบภัยและผู้อยู่อาศัยต่อไป

การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการแสดงออกของ VGLUT1 ในสมองส่วนฮิปโปแคมปัส ที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการรู้คิดบกพร่อง และศึกษาการสูญเสียของเซลล์ประสาทโดปามีนในสมองส่วนซับสแตนเชีย ไนกรา ที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการเคลื่อนไหวบกพร่องในหนูเมาส์ที่ถูกเหนี่ยวนำให้เกิดโรคลูปัสโดยพริสเทน โดยการทดลองในครั้งนี้ศึกษาในหนูเมาส์ BALB/cAJcl เพศเมีย จำนวน 30 ตัว โดยแบ่ง เป็น 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ หนูเมาส์กลุ่ม sham และหนูเมาส์กลุ่ม pristane-induced lupus หนูที่เมาส์กลุ่ม sham จะได้รับการฉีด saline ขนาด 0.5 มิลลิลิตร และหนูเมาส์กลุ่ม pristane-induced lupus ที่ได้รับการฉีด pristane ขนาด 0.5 มิลลิลิตร ผ่านทางช่องในวันที่ 1 เช่นเดียวกัน โดยในทุก ๆ 1 เดือน หนูเมาส์ทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม ถูกชั่งน้ำหนักและเก็บเลือด หลังจากนั้นในเดือนที่ 4 หนูเมาส์ทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม จะได้รับการทดสอบพฤติกรรม ได้แก่ open field test, novel object recognition test, และ pole test หลังจากทดสอบพฤติกรรมหนูเมาส์ทั้ง 2 กลุ่ม ถูกผ่าตัดเก็บชิ้นเนื้อสมองไปย้อม microglia และ astrocytes ในสมองส่วนฮิปโปแคมปัส และในสมองส่วนซับสแตนเชีย ไนกรา ย้อม VGLUT1 ในสมองส่วนฮิปโปแคมปัส และย้อม Tyrosine Hydroxylase (TH) ในสมองส่วนซับสแตนเชีย ไนกรา ด้วยวิธี immunohistochemistry ผลการทดลองพบว่าหนูเมาส์กลุ่ม pristane-induced lupus มีการเพิ่มขึ้นของ anti-dsDNA antibody ในซีรั่ม และมีม้ามโต ซึ่งคล้ายกับการเกิดโรคลูปัสในมนุษย์ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่าหนูเมาส์กลุ่ม pristane-induced lupus มีการเพิ่มขึ้นของ …

Through the capacity to mediate Th1-biased immune responses and the induction of neutralizing antibodies, the mRNA-lipid nanoparticle (LNP) platform could represent an innovative approach for shorter, safer, and more effective treatment of house dust mite (HDM) allergy. Our previous study showed that nucleoside-modified mRNA encoding recombinant forms of HDM allergens Der p 1 and Der p 2 (ProDer p 1 and Der p 2 K96A) and formulated with ionizable LNP, induced Th1-biased immune responses and potent specific blocking IgG responses, while being non-reactogenic in sensitized mice. Intergenerational support refers to financial support and emotional support between parents and children. In South Korea and China, intergenerational support is significant in family relationships. This study examines the impact of intergenerational support influencing the elderly decision to work through an empirical research approach using data from CHARLS (China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study) and KLSoA (Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging). The Logit results showed that in South Korea, children’s financial support to parents and emotional communication between generations significantly impacted the elderly’s work choices.
