This dataset contains high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) data from phytoplankton obtained aboard the R/V Weatherbird II and R/V Bellows research cruises in the northeastern Gulf of Mexico and west Florida shelf from 2010-07-10 to 2014-08-11. Phytoplankton HPLC pigment data were collected between July 2010 and August 2014 in the northeastern Gulf of Mexico and on the west Florida shelf to assess the spatial, seasonal, and interannual variability of phytoplankton pigments in relation to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill. Phytoplankton were sampled for HPLC pigments from July 2010 to August 2014 at 2 – 4 depths at each station, ranging …

The last lecture in Fall semester 2021 in the Translation Lecture Series at the Center for Translation Studies. The Center hosted Dr Fayza Haikal, the first Egyptian woman to earn a PhD in Egyptology and the first female President of the International Association of Egyptologists. She is also the first Egyptian woman to work in Nubia during the salvage of the monuments threatened by the building of the Aswan High Dam.

Cases are aggregated by the date of onset of COVID-19 symptoms, if known, otherwise by laboratory specimen date if known, otherwise by case referral date. Deaths are aggregated by the date of death if known, otherwise by the last date of a change to the case status.

This dataset contains measurements of Legacy and alternative per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) in pelagic fishes collected aboard the R/V Weatherbird II (WB1810) of the Gulf of Mexico (GoM) from 2018-08-15 to 2019-03-01. Five pelagic species were collected in the GoM using pelagic longline and rod and reel gear. Per- and poly-fluorinated substances (PFASs) were extracted from liver samples following modified ion-pair extraction methods and confirmed and quantified using high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS; Agilent 1290 Infinity II LC and 6470 MS/MS) through a negative electrospray ionization (ESI) source (Agilent Jet Stream) and operating under …
